A special shoutout to our photographer, Ana Karotkin—she is unbelievably talented. I was honestly a bit nervous going into our photos because I’ve never felt very photogenic, but Ana made me feel so comfortable and confident the entire time. When we got our photos back, I was blown away. She captured us so beautifully and authentically—I actually felt beautiful in every shot.

THIS IS THE ONLY PHOTO OF ME COMING DOWN THE AISLE…. And I paid for TWO photographers. This is just one of many issues with the photographs. Majority of my photos are out of focus....
I went back and forth with them for months promising to make it right….. Almost a year and a half later, they haven’t made it right or even offered. JUST SAY NO. Don’t let the ruin your big day too.

ad any questions. I shared a timeline of the day along with a list of requested photos with her that she reviewed and gave thoughtful and insightful feedback on. On the day of, she was punctual to every single call time, and we had a few different locations running all over time. She was professional and very easy to work with. She took the list of photos I had sent her and knew that I wanted and elevated it that day with small moments of inspiration that she found. She was also excellent at working with and collaborating with our wedding producer to ensure everything ran smoothly and that we all had a great time while getting the photos. I am very thrilled and pleased with the experience and would highly recommend Jarrah and Bellagala. We also worked with Emma at Bellagala to coordinate the actual securing of a photographer for the day and she was responsive and helpful throughout that process. Overall, we had a great experience!

We hired Bellagala for videography for our wedding in September. We got the video back and it was utterly disappointing. The entire ceremony was focused on a guest in front of the...
camera instead of us. The videographer should have checked it before leave the camera recording. There was no footage of the groom at the altar while the bride walked. All the first looks were focused from the side. The highlights video pulled out random shots that didn’t make sense, and parts of the speeches that didn’t flow. The music was cheesy and we were so mad that we spent so much but it came up so short. When we reached out to them, they re-edited our video and it was slightly better, but we can never get back the footage that was missed - mainly the entire ceremony. I’d recommend a more reliable company for videography.

t our second photographer never showed up on the day of the wedding and therefore, we did not get the amount of photos we were hoping for. I was extremely disappointed as we cannot go back and "re-do" this day. Due to the fact that we only had one photographer with an extremely large bridal party (22), we only got a handful of good pictures and got 1 photo of our family together with parents and grandparents and everyones eyes were shut. Lastly, our main request for our video was to have drone footage of our wedding and ceremony, and our videographer did not come with a drone. He did although go back the next day to get footage of the venue but the fact that he missed the entire wedding makes me want to cry. It is what it is at this point, but I would consider that before booking Bellagala!

/smoking instead of getting the requested candids. The photos she chose for our set were lazy and blurry. Now, 9 weeks after my wedding, I’m waiting to hear from someone about my photos. The initial set I was given had about 300 photos, with the remaining 400 that we paid for being repeats. Photos of my bridesmaids in the middle of eating while getting ready or blinking. Tons of photos of the food and my mother zipping up my dress, and only 5 of my guests dancing/candids. When confronting the business about this I’ve only received rude remarks such as, “you never specified you wanted photos of your guests”... what?!? Absolutely ridiculous, would not suggest, completely disappointed in the photos when I should be elated with wonderful memories.

n more thorough. I would also suggest to spend the money to get a second photographer because I feel like we missed out on pictures we wanted because our photographer was overwhelmed. He stated the company did not pay for face to face meetings so we had to discuss my vision via phone/text and I don't think that sufficient . We got the essentials but some pics were ruined due to his inattentiveness. For example, we attempted to take a picture of the bride and flower girls' manicures and when I got the finished pic the flower girl's hand are cut off. Also there are no pics of groomsmen without these big cardboard boxes behind them, a true professional would pay attention to everything including the background.

Debra Lawrence was the photographer I chose. She did take a lot of photos, but she did not follow the shot list she asked me to fill out for her. (I only had about five family memb...
ers I really wanted photos of, and she did not get one of them). There was not one photo of my cousin, and she never asked me who it was. I was so busy and distracted, I didn't think to point her out.
Debra insisted that we hire a second photographer to get more photos, but they never left each other's side.
We only had the reception- not the wedding, and when guests were arriving, I had to get the photographers to come out to the main area to take pictures, because I felt like that was a great opportunity to take them. They were “looking at the schedule”. There was no schedule- it was entirely the reception- and this is something they should have had memorized beforehand.
At times during the evening I noticed them looking back through photos- that was not the time to have been doing that. They had plenty of time to do that after the event.
I like a lot of the photos, but I wish I could go back and choose someone else to capture that night. I’m sad that there were none of my cousin because we are very close, and that’s why I listed her on the short list of people I wanted in a photo. I feel like a lot of good photo opportunities were missed, and it caused unnecessary stress that evening.

we had to choose another photographer. Though panicked and worried it was actually a blessing. We got Andrew P. who was just amazing to work with on our wedding day. Our pictures were delivered in the indicated time frame and there so many precious moments caught that we can't decide what to print. It was nice to have Photo & Video from Bellagala b/c our video guy Travis worked well with Andrew to coordinate we had all moments covered. Our DJ was assigned the week before the wedding date. We got to work with Theo who did a great job following our music choices and making it great party.

apher we have ever worked with, but I genuinely felt that she was a great person and very easy to work with. She did an impeccable job coordinating everything and everyone as well as sticking to the day of timeline. It was such a relief to have her organizing and executing per our agreed upon details so I didn't have to be. Her work in being concise, timely, and working with my husband's impatient personality (He absolutely hates taking photos) surpassed my expectations. You are making a mistake choosing anyone else.

We met with our photographer, Jess, before our engagement shoot, and again before our wedding day. She was genuinely interested in what we wanted and needed, and spent time with us...
talking and planning. She was easy to communicate with, share our thoughts with, and she gave us ideas and advice when we asked for it. Her photography was beautiful, and met and exceeded all our expectations!

ade sure to meet me at the venue during the wedding week and was able to show up early and set up on our wedding day. She and her assistant were able to get plenty of good shots throughout the day during the ceremony and reception. Thanks to them we have many photos to help us remember that wonderful day. Would recommend to Bellagala to our friends and family.
