They captured our favorite moments of the day, and they captured so many moments that we as a couple weren't present to see. Claire has a very calm and laid back demeanor that makes her incredibly easy to work with. She was kind yet direct, helpful and willing to guide us, and she was picky in how she wanted shots posed. This resulted in an easy going and fun photo shoot that produced remarkable final products. We were thrilled with our final photos and can't believe Claire made us look so good. We happily recommend her!

We didn’t have to wait long for the final images and when we received them we couldn’t believe how stunning they were – from classic posed shots to more candid, fun moments when we were not looking - She captured everything we wanted and more! We’ve shown them to family and friends who all loved them. We were so glad we found Claire, to be our photographer, she fitted in with the day perfectly and we are so thankful for the photographs she took of our day. d sticker shock when searching for videographers but found a great deal with Bellagala around the end of the year and the quality of service and product they provided was definitely on par with more expensive videographers we looked at. The communication was great from start to finish, and the planner was easy to fill out. We were assigned our videographer far in advance of the wedding and he reached out to us promptly and scheduled a call to talk timeline and details and get the vibe of what we were looking for. This videographer unfortunately was unable to film our wedding do to emergency medical circumstances that occurred the day before, but Bellagala immediately reached out to let us know what had happened and who our new videographer would be, who already had all of the notes and timeline given to him by our original videographer. Andrew B. was super pleasant to work with, made sure to check in with us personally via text as soon as he knew he would be filming our wedding, and checked on both me and my husband as soon as he arrived at the venue, making note of any special requests we had. He even brought a drone to capture a super cute shot of us and our families after the ceremony, which we were not expecting! The final highlight film delivered to us was everything we wished and hoped for, and it was delivered well within the expected 8 week timeframe. When we had a slight edit request, they happily fixed it and got it back to us within a couple of days. We also received video of our entire ceremony, speeches/toasts, and first dances which was exactly what we were looking for. So happy that we went with Bellagala for our wedding videography!

r biggest hype man on your wedding day which I loved! I would recommend them both to anyone, I absolutely loved working with them.

vent he was so particular and directing us out of the shadows, or harsh lighting. Multiple retakes in some instances, which was reassuring. The photos are unfortunately very underwhelming. There are a handful of good ones, but our photographer while polite, and personable, did not understand lighting, flattering poses or attention to details. Very disappointed.

We were weary about having the perfect photographer for our cultural ceremony, she executed each detail perfectly and ensured she didn't miss any of our customary traditions and components. I would recommend working with Sabrina over and over again. Aside from her professionalism, she was a genuine support system throughout and made sure we were taken care of the whole night. She was on top of each and every detail and a true rockstar.

husband and I are super awkward and she perfectly captured that in the most beautiful ways. The pictures took about 5 weeks to get edited / returned to us (just color correction) from Bellagala and look really great. The website itself where the pictures are stored is not super ideal (long load times, slow response to clicks), but I would say that's a minor inconvenience since you can just download them all in one click! My feelings on the Bellagala experience alone are pretty good. I was nervous using a service like this vs just booking with a photographer directly... but the booking experience felt safer / easier this way. Brittany K absolute surpassed any expectations I had for what I was signing up for here, and I'm really pleased we went this route!

Our wedding planner took charge and called her at 8:20, rousing her from sleep, and confirming that she had the time wrong for our wedding (so the detailed email was ignored...). OH NO! With over an hour's drive to arrive at our venue, there was no way Emerald could arrive in time for the ceremony. Thankfully, our wedding planner is a miracle worker; she secured a very excellent local photographer who arrived in a half hour and took amazing photos, saving the day.

cé (not affiliated with Bellagala) and convinced us he could take photos instead. I reached out to customer support and they refunded us only the cost of the additional second photographer. Unfortunately, that impacted our photos from the entire day. Another issue came up when my dad ordered prints from the site after we received our photos. He never got the photos. After a couple of weeks went by, he reached out to the customer support team (they never contacted him). It took another two phone calls from me, another one from him, and finally they sent him the digital download link to the files. They still never actually mailed the prints he initially ordered.

Our personalities clicked right away and she quickly became my 6th bridesmaid on my wedding day as she was attentive to detail. She was kind, thoughtful, and most of all funny. She made a stressful day enjoyable. She made us feel comfortable in front of the camera and was patient with our family photos. I would highly recommend Bellgala and Sarah as they truly made my wedding memorable. I am looking forward to seeing what memories she captured of our special day.
