We had Katie Compo as our photographer and couldn't have been happier with her! She made taking photos so much fun, natural and so personal. She communicated clearly through the whole day and even prior to our wedding. She helped make our day perfect and magical!

My wedding photographer, Josh Schwartz, was amazing! His fantastic personality made everyone so comfortable.

We worked with Ben H. for our wedding and he was outstanding. He went above and beyond our expectations and we definitely recommend him for anyone looking to get videography done for their wedding!

We worked with Katie Compo as our main photographer and she was phenomenal! From the moment she arrived, I knew we were in good hands for our photos. She was calm, professional, and had great ideas for posing and staging the perfect shots-all of which was very reassuring on such an emotional day. She went above and beyond to make it a great day for us-even helping bustle my dress when my bridesmaids and I were struggling haha. Additionally, we used Nick as a second shooter and he was fantastic as well. He also had a professional, friendly demeanor that put us and our bridal party at ease, with great ideas of creative shots. We just got our photos back and absolutely love them-they are so beautifully done. We are blown away. Katie and Nick did such a wonderful job and I am SO happy we chose to work with them!

We worked with Jeffrey O for our engagement photos and cannot wait to use him for our wedding! He was thorough in his preparation call, and is so easy to communicate with. He is very responsive and his photos turned out great!

Katie and Matt were amazing! They were very organized, had a printed list of the pictures we requested, and got them all, even our second and third tier list of lesser priority. They were quick to adapt, when make-up ran long, then when the rain came and we needed to take family pictures inside they were so nice, pleasant, and just fun to be around. Anyone who is asking me for a recommendation Katie is the right girl for the job and I can not recommend her enough. She took her time and was so nice to our guests and was willing to go take the picture our guests asked for when the time was right. Everyone during and after our wedding loved Katie and continued to tell us how amazing she was. Thank you Katie and Matt for capturing our day so beautifully. We can not wait for the final pictures from Bellagala and if you ever need a name of a previous client to talk with a new potential client we would love too! Katie C and her partner Ian did a outstanding job! 10/10 does not even cover how great they both did for my wedding day. I was a bit nervous selecting a photographer that I did not meet, however Katie made sure my day turned out perfect and made my husband and I feel comfortable! If you want to capture a day you’ll get to cherish forever select Katie as your photographer! Could not recommend her enough

As most of the reviews say, Katie C is THE BEST. She brought Ian as her second shooter and he did the mens photos before the wedding off site. The guys loved him and said it was like having one of the guys there with them. Katie helped me so much throughout the day and made sure we got the shots we wanted to. She even helped guests, a friend of mine was safety pinning her dress with her (slightly clueless) husband, and Katie hopped in to help her with her dress. She was amazing. Abdulla was our videographer and I have nothing but good things to say about him as well. He took every opportunity to get shots and made us laugh throughout it. Having Katie C, Ian and Abdulla there was amazing for us and I couldn't have chose a better crew for out day!

My biggest wedding regret was hiring bellagala as my wedding photographer. I paid extra to get one of their nicer tier photographers, Merry Ohler. The engagement photos were excellent. The photographer seemed very prepared, organized, and experienced. She was so nice and had multiple calls with us. Then, day off, she showed up with a melancholy assistant who I later saw sitting in a corner at my reception with her fingers in her ears. I have no idea what to make of that. I thought the photos would be great. Everything felt fine. She said they were great. She suggested a great location bc it rained. We were so happy. Then I saw them. I thought there had to be a mistake. They were so dark and full of shadows. I figured they were sent before edits. I was so embarrassed to show them to my husband and our family. I reached out to my bellagala contact, Jessica Ramaker, and she sent them for lightening. They are now better but some photos still have shadows across some peoples faces (in the posed photos!). Then I tried to order. I spent hours picking photos and sizes. The order appeared to go through but it didn’t. I tried again. No luck. I contacted Jessica again and she sent me a zip file of my photos so I could “order prints elsewhere if the gallery keeps acting ridiculous.” I certainly am grateful she gave me downloads. Jessica was likely as helpful as she could have possibly been through all this. She always got back to me quickly, BUT the website is awful!!! I honestly wasn’t going to post a review because I just want this behind me, but tonight I received a delivery from bellagala. It’s someone else’s wedding photo prints!!! I cannot let this go without warning you all of the MESS I have witnessed.

Katie Compo was absolutely amazing. She was very accommodating and made sure we got everything we wanted and needed. There are not enough words to express how awesome she was. I could not have picked anyone better to capture our day. Her photos are beautiful! If you have the opportunity to have her as your photographer you will not regret it.

Katie C and Ian were top notch. They were both fun to work with, brought a lot of energy, and were very good at directing us in an easy to understand and follow way! We felt very comfortable when working with them and they were able to pull off many natural and beautiful shots. Katie was also able to help coordinate large family photos in a calm and quick manner and I would recommend both her and Ian to anyone who is looking to book photographers for any event.

Bellagala was an amazing company to work with! When making payments and choosing who to have as our photographer everyone was super helpful! We had to change our date and they were super accommodating to the change! We had Katie C as our photographer and she was phenomenal! My husband and I got a long with her really well !She is so sweet and understood exactly what we wanted. She even gave us great advice when we didn’t know what shots we wanted! She made me feel so comfortable the day of my wedding and she helped calm my nerves as well! She did our engagement photos and we were so pleased with them as well! I can’t wait to see her amazing work on our wedding photos! I would recommend her over and over again! She was a wonderful addition and made my special day come together!

Bellagala was such a wonderful company to work with! No matter what came up, like having to switch venues, or what I needed, like proof of liability they were extremely professional and quick to respond and get me exactly what I needed. Out of all the stress that comes with planning a wedding the one thing I never had to worry about was my photography which to me is one of the absolute most important things for me to remember such an important day. Our photographer Katie Compo was absolutely the best!! She was my saving grace that day! No matter what I needed or how I was feeling she was right there helping make sure that I was having the best day ever!! She worked so well with me and my husband and truly helped Rangel our families and bridal party for photos, everything turned out so beautiful and a lot of that was due to Katie!! I couldn’t imagine having an other photographer on that special day!! I can’t wait to see the magic that was captured!!♥️

Katie C was fantastic to work with! She was good about reaching out early and finding out about us as a couple. During the day, she was extremely flexible and went with the flow while also stepping in and making sure good shots weren't missed. She struck a good balance of letting us choose and using her expertise to further enhance the day. She made the portrait process a breeze! We received the pictures back yesterday, and they were wonderful. Our wedding was outdoors, and scenery popped in every pic!

I literally cannot even remotely begin to describe how amazing Katie Compo was. So helpful, so fun - all around INCREDIBLE. It was more than I could've hoped for our wedding photography experience. She worked so hard and has an incredible eye for photography. Our wedding day would not have been the same without her. Bellagala itself is great too - easy payment scheduling, great notes for the photographers, very organized. However, Katie was the real star for us. Loved, loved, loved her. Book Katie Compo!!!

We had our wedding on May 27, 2021 after postponing our wedding date multiple times due to COVID. Katie Compo and her assistant, Hannah, were awesome throughout the wedding process. We planned our Michigan wedding from out of state. We really appreciated that Katie personally reached out and set up a Zoom call to get to know us, and help plan for the big day. On the day of the wedding, Katie and Hannah were amazing at herding our family and friends into beautiful photos. They also took a ton of creative shots with my wife and I that we are extremely excited to see. Katie was also great at keeping the day moving forward so that we didn’t need to focus on the time. It was almost like having an extra wedding coordinator. Katie saved the day at one point when one of our bridesmaid’s dress’ hem came undone. Katie busted out her personal sewing kit that she brought for emergencies and fixed her dress. When you go with Katie Compo and her team, you’re getting an incredible photographer, a bonus coordinator, an emergency seamstress, and a friend. We are incredibly thankful to her and her staff for helping to make our day so special.

Katie Compo was our photographer for our Wedding on 5-7-21. She and her assistant were everything we could have hoped for in a photographer! They were both extremely personable and professional and WOW the pictures!! My husband and I couldn't be happier with how they all came out. She didn't pressure us to take hours' worth of photos and we had some really wonderful candid shots that surprised me and made me tear up a little. I can't express how wonderful Katie was to work with she's a true artist you can't go wrong with Bellagalla or Katie Compo! Hire her (and use Bellagalla if they're offering a package) if you still haven't found a photographer.

Katie Compo was everything I needed and didn't know I needed in a photographer. She did a beautiful job with our engagement photos and she made us feel so comfortable! I felt like we had known her for years. She was so helpful and easygoing and perfect. Get her. You'll be glad you did!

We absolutely loved Nikki S! She was incredible to work with. She has great vision and has an eye for both classic and creative shots. She is so kind, patient, and calm. We were blown away by the photos she took of our engagement, wedding ceremony, and reception. Would absolutely recommend to everyone! We will be finding more reasons to use her again in the future! Bellagala was also great to work with. They were accommodating, organized, had quick response time, and connected us with a great photographer.

We got a great deal with Bellagala! When we were deciding on a photographer, we figured we didn't need hundreds of perfect photos but enough that we loved to display in our house and remember our day, so we'd try to save some money. We got A LOT of great photos! We received our photos after only 2 weeks (they tell you 4-6). I had a guest photo that I didn't receive originally, but I asked for it and they gave me 8 more photos within a couple of days. They also are so friendly and have a great contract and work with you. A couple of downsides: My groom and I both asked about clearing the backgrounds in our photos and were told it wouldn't matter, but we are disappointed in those photos. The getting ready photos have some random things in the background that don't look good, and more importantly, our bridal party is all over the background of all of our first look photos. Jeff C told me to wait in the car and someone would come and get me for the first look photos, so I did, but no one came, so we wasted about 15 minutes there. He also told us a couple times at the reception to get ready for the next thing, and then when we were ready we couldn't find him. However, nothing caused anything more than minor glitches in our day, and overall he did help it run smoothly. We were comfortable taking pictures with him and he did a decent amount of directing us to make sure they turned out well. He also helped us plan our day and it worked out. We communicated with him about which group photos we wanted, but I suggest taking time to really think through who and how you want the group, after-ceremony shots and tell all your people very clearly! Don't leave this for your photographer to guess. Family might try to leave or talk too much and it slows you down. I'm not blaming this on our photographer, though! Anyway, we highly recommend Bellagala and Jeff for great, timely photos at a good price!

Katie C. and her husband Matt made our day exceptionally perfect. They were both very nice, professional, and guided us to take the most beautiful wedding pictures ever! Our original photographer we hired through Bellagalla backed out (due to COVID), and we were provided with 5 new photographers to choose from. It definitley made our experience easy and a lot less stressful! Katie and Matt completely blew our expectations out of the water. We could not have asked for better photographers. We would hightly reccommend them if you are looking for 2 great photographers for your wedding!

Our wedding was this past weekend and although we haven't seen photos yet, I couldn't wait to give our photographer Sarah Harms the ovation she deserves. She understood our vision and worked with our cultural traditions by being respectful and flexible. Our personalities clicked right away and she quickly became my 6th bridesmaid on my wedding day as she was attentive to detail. She was kind, thoughtful, and most of all funny. She made a stressful day enjoyable. She made us feel comfortable in front of the camera and was patient with our family photos. I would highly recommend Bellgala and Sarah as they truly made my wedding memorable. I am looking forward to seeing what memories she captured of our special day.

We chose Sarah F for our photographer for our engagement photos and wedding photos. She was so full of energy and very patient with family opinions. She made us feel super comfortable which made it easier to be natural for the camera. We highly recommend her for any photographer needs you are looking for.

10% of the pictures were out of focus. The majority of actual wedding shots were taken from an awful angle (photographer was kneeling and angle up). The "second" (backup) photographer pictures were much better. Very expensive for not unprofessional photos.

Jess Ramacker was our photographer for our wedding and she did a wonderful job! She was so easy to work with and made sure to get all the shots we wanted. She made the photo taking quick and painless even in the cold weather! The rest of the day we barely even noticed anyone was taking photos of us. We’d definitely recommend her!

We LOVED our wedding photographer Meagan W. She was amazing! From helping with the details for the day of to the incredible images she captured on our wedding day. Choosing Meagan was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding day. Her photography is timeless and real. We have recieved numerous compliments from family and friends about our wedding pictures.! Highly recommend!

I’m so beyond bummed that this is not a good review. Our photographer, Rachel S completely ignored many of our photo requests. She was off doing her own thing/wandering the grounds/smoking instead of getting the requested candids. The photos she chose for our set were lazy and blurry. Now, 9 weeks after my wedding, I’m waiting to hear from someone about my photos. The initial set I was given had about 300 photos, with the remaining 400 that we paid for being repeats. Photos of my bridesmaids in the middle of eating while getting ready or blinking. Tons of photos of the food and my mother zipping up my dress, and only 5 of my guests dancing/candids. When confronting the business about this I’ve only received rude remarks such as, “you never specified you wanted photos of your guests”... what?!? Absolutely ridiculous, would not suggest, completely disappointed in the photos when I should be elated with wonderful memories.

Kirsten Solberg was our photographer for our wedding day and she was amazing! We hired her as a photographer and she went above and beyond even helping us schedule and plan the rest of the details for our wedding. She had also worked with our wedding day coordinator many times so the day of the wedding went extremely smooth. We couldn’t be more grateful for the amazing pictures she captured throughout the day. She took us hiking around the venue property (outdoor barn wedding) and found some beautiful locations and took a lot of extremely creative pictures. We plan on using Kirsten for any future event photographer needs that we have and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a wedding photographer.

Tim Faust was our photographer and he was great- so kind and detialed. We love our photos!! (hoped for a few more of the bride alone and the groom alone) but other than that was amazing! He really captured the wedding for its true personality, and ours! We loved it!!!

Lina H. was our wedding photographer, and she was absolutely fantastic. We had a tight timeline, and Lina made sure to get all the specific shots that I wanted. She worked hard all day and made sure to keep everyone on task with our short time limit. She was fun to talk to, gave excellent advice, and I can't say how much I appreciate her!

Our photographer James W was a no call no show literally right before our ceremony. His backup was also not available. Such a horrible experience as we did not have any professional photos of our wonderful nuptials. They did reimburse us and my friends who had to sacrifice their experience to step up to take snapshots. 2 other photographers showed up but nothing will ever replace our missing memories.

Meg G. was the photographer for our Indianapolis wedding. She did a wonderful job! We talked in detail over the timeline of the wedding day, locations for photos, and groupings for photos. She worked well with my day of coordinator to ensure that picture were done in an efficient manner and in accordance with our timeline. We ended with plenty of time to spare before the ceremony started. Meg is very sweet and has a laid back personality, which made it easy to relax during photos and enjoy my wedding day. I was surprised by the number of candid shots she was able to grab that day, which made looking through all of the pictures really fun! I would definitely recommend her for iPod wedding day.

Overall, we were content with our wedding photos and we got our pictures approx 2-3 weeks after our wedding which is so quick but I definitely think our photographer could have been more thorough. I would also suggest to spend the money to get a second photographer because I feel like we missed out on pictures we wanted because our photographer was overwhelmed. He stated the company did not pay for face to face meetings so we had to discuss my vision via phone/text and I don't think that sufficient . We got the essentials but some pics were ruined due to his inattentiveness. For example, we attempted to take a picture of the bride and flower girls' manicures and when I got the finished pic the flower girl's hand are cut off. Also there are no pics of groomsmen without these big cardboard boxes behind them, a true professional would pay attention to everything including the background.

Debra Lawrence was the photographer I chose. She did take a lot of photos, but she did not follow the shot list she asked me to fill out for her. (I only had about five family members I really wanted photos of, and she did not get one of them). There was not one photo of my cousin, and she never asked me who it was. I was so busy and distracted, I didn't think to point her out. Debra insisted that we hire a second photographer to get more photos, but they never left each other's side. We only had the reception- not the wedding, and when guests were arriving, I had to get the photographers to come out to the main area to take pictures, because I felt like that was a great opportunity to take them. They were “looking at the schedule”. There was no schedule- it was entirely the reception- and this is something they should have had memorized beforehand. At times during the evening I noticed them looking back through photos- that was not the time to have been doing that. They had plenty of time to do that after the event. I like a lot of the photos, but I wish I could go back and choose someone else to capture that night. I’m sad that there were none of my cousin because we are very close, and that’s why I listed her on the short list of people I wanted in a photo. I feel like a lot of good photo opportunities were missed, and it caused unnecessary stress that evening.

We used Photography, Video and DJ services from Bellagala. Our original photographer choice would no longer be available for our wedding date. Bellagala called us to notify us and we had to choose another photographer. Though panicked and worried it was actually a blessing. We got Andrew P. who was just amazing to work with on our wedding day. Our pictures were delivered in the indicated time frame and there so many precious moments caught that we can't decide what to print. It was nice to have Photo & Video from Bellagala b/c our video guy Travis worked well with Andrew to coordinate we had all moments covered. Our DJ was assigned the week before the wedding date. We got to work with Theo who did a great job following our music choices and making it great party.

They were extremely friendly and easy to work with, and our photographer (Meg) was a dream! It was really nice to know that we could choose the photographer that worked for us without having to change the price/package. We appreciated that they emailed us reminders as important dates and deadlines came to keep things moving, and the website was really helpful when it came to the important details. Overall a really great experience!

Writing this review based on the photography of Kirsten S. at our wedding a few weeks ago. She was utterly amazing and blew us away. Not only was she the most professional photographer we have ever worked with, but I genuinely felt that she was a great person and very easy to work with. She did an impeccable job coordinating everything and everyone as well as sticking to the day of timeline. It was such a relief to have her organizing and executing per our agreed upon details so I didn't have to be. Her work in being concise, timely, and working with my husband's impatient personality (He absolutely hates taking photos) surpassed my expectations. You are making a mistake choosing anyone else.

We met with our photographer, Jess, before our engagement shoot, and again before our wedding day. She was genuinely interested in what we wanted and needed, and spent time with us talking and planning. She was easy to communicate with, share our thoughts with, and she gave us ideas and advice when we asked for it. Her photography was beautiful, and met and exceeded all our expectations!

We had the pleasure to work with Sarah Filipi! She was so fun and easy going.the weather was 90 degree and Sarah went above and beyond getting us water turning on her AC so we could go cool off and ever had protein bars!! We also got our pictures back in three weeks and we LOVE them💕💕

We had Sarah F for our special day. She helped things move along smoothly and made sure we got all of our most wanted shots. She was super fun and easy going. Kept us laughing even when things got stressful for a few moments. She was very kind and I am so excited to see the photos!! I would recommend her to anyone! Thanks Sarah!!!

Writing this review solely based on the photography of Kirsten S at our wedding a few weeks ago. I am not one to ever write a review about anything but she blew me away. Not only was she the most professional photographer I have ever worked with, but I genuinely felt that she was a great person and very easy to work with on top of that. Her work in being concise, timely, and working with my impatient personality (I HATE TAKING PHOTOS) surpassed my expectations. She was organized and wonderful at coordinating everyone and everything! You are making a mistake choosing anyone else.

Our Photographer was Sarah H! She was amazing at communication and getting pictures that we really wanted! (I cannot wait to see them!) We had a kind of Star Wars theme element added to our wedding and she was totally into the idea! Nerds unite! It was an amazing day and she captured every moment of it!

Maribeth was very easy to work with and was not hard to find based on the reviews on Bellagala's website. Although we were not able to set up many meetings before the wedding she made sure to meet me at the venue during the wedding week and was able to show up early and set up on our wedding day. She and her assistant were able to get plenty of good shots throughout the day during the ceremony and reception. Thanks to them we have many photos to help us remember that wonderful day. Would recommend to Bellagala to our friends and family.

Reviewing our photos and I'm (we) are in awe!! I can't believe the details and simply everything both, Sarah and Jessica, captured on our wedding day. They truly know how to work a wedding, from finding the perfect picture, capturing our entire family, to not even realizing they were there (which is a great thing)! They were both amazing to work with, so professional, polite, and ready for anything. I'd highly recommend using these two for your wedding day!!

If I were rating the photographer alone, she absolutely would have gotten 5+ stars. Elaine was amazing, especially considering the fact that my husband and I are entirely inept when it comes to getting our pictures taken. She gave great direction and I have no doubt the pictures will be lovely. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because a lot of the transactions take place via the website, and I kept having technical issues. I was told several times that whatever I did on the website "probably" worked, which made me nervous. But other than that, things went smoothly and I'd recommend them.

Do Not Use!!!! It is now a year and a day since my wedding and I still do not have any photos! NO WEDDING PICTURES!!!! MOST OF The photos that were taken we're horrible, at a severe angle, out if focus and the ones that weren't the colors were wrong. When I contacted them to fix it they oversaturated and made a mess. When I contacted again they said they would send me the raw photo so I could have someone else do the work correctly and I never got them. So one year later I have no wedding photos no memory of my special day and I am so sorry that I ever picked this company they are awful!

Our photographer was Meagan W. She did such an amazing job. From the first meeting to sending us sneak peak photos of our special day everything was as great as we could have hoped. We would totally recommend Meagan for any photography needs.

We booked bellagala photo for our wedding photographers. We enjoyed working with Jim Bob, and his assistant that day. We felt they did a good job and Jim helped us out by staying a little longer free of charge. However when it came to the editing of our photos it was pretty terrible. At bellagala the photographers are the ones who edit their own photos. They have a whole post production team who does this for the photographer. So this team is in no way attached to your photos because they didn’t take them. When I say editing I don’t mean making our faces look better or thinning us out or whatever in that composite. I mean cropping random signs out of the photos or adjusting the shadowed lighting on faces. We tried to work with the post productions team. We emailed back and forth any times asking for adjustments but they stopped communicating with us. So we cropped the photos that needed it and we learned how to edit lighting ourselves so some of the photos we liked would look better. Kind of sad that they have good photographers and not a great team behind them.
