h! Everything flowed smoothly and turned out absolutely amazing! We had the pleasure of selecting Brandi Leigh as our photographer through Bellagala and boy, were we impressed! Brandi and her assistant were just fantastic - super friendly and incredibly creative. Thanks to their skills and artistic eye, we ended up with some truly stunning shots. And let's not forget about the potential family drama that can sometimes pop up at weddings - Brandi really handled it like a pro by getting a list of must-have family shots and making sure everything ran smoothly. The day itself was picture-perfect and the photos truly captured that. In short, it was just a fantastic experience all around. Cheers to Bellagala and especially Brandi for making our special day even more memorable! 📸🎉

tomize our day. Maria was phenomenal! She was excellent at corralling people, getting everyone in place, she helped fix clothing, and she was so professional and easy to work with. Maria navigated the long 12 hour day with ease and her experience really moved the day along. Some general wedding information: 114 guests, Wedding Ceremony Venue @ St. Raphael the Archangel Catholic Church (Raleigh, NC), Wedding Reception Venue @ NC Museum of Natural Sciences (Raleigh, NC), Divine Designs (Day-of Coordination and Decoration), Rocky Top Catering, A & A Disc Jockey Service (DJ), Bellagala (Photography). We booked two floors of the museum (2nd & 3rd floor NEC) for the reception, which is a huge task and a complicated floor plan.

highlight video did not execute the video at all well. Had looked like it was a quick job where they just placed all the videos together , vows got cut off in big moments or mid sentences so it did not match. Looks like someone just threw it together and did not look at it. Music did not match at all what we had requested and wanted. Slow romantic Music and a very upbeat fast song was playing. When reaching out to get it redone it wasn’t and we were just sent our raw footage of the wedding. Although we had paid a lot of money to have that small summary video made! This was not the videographers fault as he had gotten great footage, it was just executed badly by the editing team of bellagala.

ankfully Bellagala offered us a couple of others to choose from. They were both from a higher tier, and at no extra cost to us, thankfully. We chose Brandi, and she was fantastic. Her photography direction was very thorough and detailed, making sure that phones and such were out of sight for posed pictures, necklaces and ties were straight, etc. This lady obviously knows what she is doing, and we are incredibly excited to get our photos! Our wedding may have been small and rather thrown together, but I know Brandi made it look elegant and that we will have many beautiful memories to look back on!

is also a very sweet and funny person, which helped make us (especially my husband, who hates taking pictures!) feel more comfortable in front of the camera. We were pleased by the fast turnaround (~3 weeks) for both our engagement and wedding photos and the online gallery was easy to share with friends and family. However, because it is a company editing team rather than the photographers doing the editing, you do not get all some of the artistic touches seen more with independent photographers (e.g., different lighting and color filters, editing out things like power lines or cars in the background). Overall, Bellagala is a great value compared with the ridiculously high prices we saw for some independent photographers, especially if very artsy photos are not that important to you.

/smoking instead of getting the requested candids. The photos she chose for our set were lazy and blurry. Now, 9 weeks after my wedding, I’m waiting to hear from someone about my photos. The initial set I was given had about 300 photos, with the remaining 400 that we paid for being repeats. Photos of my bridesmaids in the middle of eating while getting ready or blinking. Tons of photos of the food and my mother zipping up my dress, and only 5 of my guests dancing/candids. When confronting the business about this I’ve only received rude remarks such as, “you never specified you wanted photos of your guests”... what?!? Absolutely ridiculous, would not suggest, completely disappointed in the photos when I should be elated with wonderful memories.

We couldn’t be more grateful for the amazing pictures she captured throughout the day. She took us hiking around the venue property (outdoor barn wedding) and found some beautiful locations and took a lot of extremely creative pictures. We plan on using Kirsten for any future event photographer needs that we have and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a wedding photographer.

We ended with plenty of time to spare before the ceremony started. Meg is very sweet and has a laid back personality, which made it easy to relax during photos and enjoy my wedding day. I was surprised by the number of candid shots she was able to grab that day, which made looking through all of the pictures really fun! I would definitely recommend her for iPod wedding day.

n more thorough. I would also suggest to spend the money to get a second photographer because I feel like we missed out on pictures we wanted because our photographer was overwhelmed. He stated the company did not pay for face to face meetings so we had to discuss my vision via phone/text and I don't think that sufficient . We got the essentials but some pics were ruined due to his inattentiveness. For example, we attempted to take a picture of the bride and flower girls' manicures and when I got the finished pic the flower girl's hand are cut off. Also there are no pics of groomsmen without these big cardboard boxes behind them, a true professional would pay attention to everything including the background.

I was so busy and distracted, I didn't think to point her out. Debra insisted that we hire a second photographer to get more photos, but they never left each other's side. We only had the reception- not the wedding, and when guests were arriving, I had to get the photographers to come out to the main area to take pictures, because I felt like that was a great opportunity to take them. They were “looking at the schedule”. There was no schedule- it was entirely the reception- and this is something they should have had memorized beforehand. At times during the evening I noticed them looking back through photos- that was not the time to have been doing that. They had plenty of time to do that after the event. I like a lot of the photos, but I wish I could go back and choose someone else to capture that night. I’m sad that there were none of my cousin because we are very close, and that’s why I listed her on the short list of people I wanted in a photo. I feel like a lot of good photo opportunities were missed, and it caused unnecessary stress that evening.

we had to choose another photographer. Though panicked and worried it was actually a blessing. We got Andrew P. who was just amazing to work with on our wedding day. Our pictures were delivered in the indicated time frame and there so many precious moments caught that we can't decide what to print. It was nice to have Photo & Video from Bellagala b/c our video guy Travis worked well with Andrew to coordinate we had all moments covered. Our DJ was assigned the week before the wedding date. We got to work with Theo who did a great job following our music choices and making it great party.

She did an impeccable job coordinating everything and everyone as well as sticking to the day of timeline. It was such a relief to have her organizing and executing per our agreed upon details so I didn't have to be. Her work in being concise, timely, and working with my husband's impatient personality (He absolutely hates taking photos) surpassed my expectations. You are making a mistake choosing anyone else.
