I appreciated all of her work to align all the vendors (photo, music, venue, guests) to the final timeline and expectations on set up and take down. She organized the set up schedule and take down plan at the end of the night which alleviated a lot of stress on the couple for the wedding day. She made our day amazing with her skills to set up the venue to make the space even more beautiful. We were so happy when we walked into the venue and saw our vision come to life by Rebecca’s execution. Your attention to the details was very helpful throughout planning and the day of. everything with Derek, who is incredibly chill and laidback, meanwhile very responsive and detailed. He made us feel completely at ease about everything, and I felt 100% confident I could put the night in his hands and not have to worry. And that proved to be true. We sprang a few last-minute details on him, and he executed them quickly and flawlessly. We had a number of guests approach us with how awesome the music was and how much they liked Derek. And if anyone’s still not convinced, we had at minimum 40 people swaying to Piano Man when the night concluded at midnight!!! We could not have dreamed up a better reception. Thanks, Derek!
