Bellagala Wedding Planners - Denver

ur September 13 wedding. We were assigned Brandi as our coordinator, but unfortunately the service we paid for has not been provided. Brandi canceled our initial meeting in May, and despite multiple attempts to communicate with her by both email and text, we have still never been able to meet with her. On August 3, she contacted us asking to schedule an appointment, but after we responded, we never heard from her again. We are now less than three weeks away from our wedding with no functioning day-of coordinator and no meaningful communication from the person Bellagala assigned to us. What has made the situation even more frustrating is Bellagala’s response—or lack of one. We have contacted the company directly by email, submitted requests for assistance, and even scheduled appointments with them in an effort to resolve the situation. We have received no meaningful response. At this point, we have requested a refund because the coordination services we contracted and paid for have not been provided. We have documentation of our emails, text messages, and attempts to contact both Brandi and Bellagala. Planning a wedding is stressful enough without discovering weeks before the event that the coordinator you hired has essentially disappeared and the company that contracted with you is not responding either. I hope Bellagala resolves this situation, and I will update this review if they do. Until then, I cannot recommend trusting them with something as time-sensitive and important as wedding coordination.
