If you're on the fence about it, seriously do it! Yeah, it costs extra but it's a reasonable price for not having to worry about anything else except for your vows! There were a lot of decisions that had to be made that day (vendor issues!) but I only had to deal with one major one; she just made all of those smaller decisions for us and for the bigger one that required my input, she presented us with all sorts of options for us to think over. When our decor vendor (UGGGGH!) failed to complete the draping we'd ordered, Nicole's quick thinking turned a horrible downer into a beautiful and elegant statement. She and her assistant Paula really kept the whole wedding party calm and assured that we didn't have to worry about a thing. She was well organized and planned for EVERYTHING. Seriously, ask her about her emergency kit! Beyond her professionalism and quick-thinking responses to crises, she's also a very warm and thoughtful person who made us feel like we were one of her friends that she was doing this for. She has that way of connecting with people and taking the transaction feel of it out of it. In general, we loved working with Bellagala! It made the planning details way easier for us since it was one-stop shopping. All of the professionals we've used with them were awesome and experienced at what they did.
