Lydia Foster was our day-of coordinator and I can truly say we couldn't have done it without her. Her scope started 60 days out which helped us get all of our final ducks in a row, and she was very helpful as a decor consultant as well. Lydia's attention to detail is second to none, and she made sure to get ahead of all potential questions/tasks for the wedding day to ensure everything was accounted for in her day-of timeline and document. Because of her preparation, our day went SEAMLESSLY. She also set up and tore down all decor, helped intercept deliveries when they arrived and was overall such a great go-to person. I cannot recommend her enough!!

Alexis was our day of coordinator. One thing we said as we planned our wedding was that we wanted the day to feel as relaxing as possible so that we could focus on each other and spending as much time together as we could. Alexis made that happen and then some. We have said “our day was perfect” 100x in the days following our wedding, & it could not have happened without Alexis. She got there before I did on my own wedding & she spent the day decorating, answering everyone’s questions and being the main point of contact for all vendors and guests/family. She brought as food & water after our ceremony as we had some time alone & she stayed until the last guest left. She even took drink orders and brought us drinks at dinner! And that’s just the day of. She got in contact with us immediately after we booked her and answered any questions we had & really began meeting regularly with us & coordinating with our vendors 30 days out from our wedding. Cannot say enough how much I will always recommend a day of coordinator from here on out! Thank you Alexis!!
