She even went above and beyond—doing research for me and giving great recommendations on where to print our welcome sign and seating chart. One of the most helpful things she did was create our master timeline. It pulled together multiple schedules into one clear plan, which made everything run smoothly.
On the day of the wedding, Rebecca kept me on track and made sure everything stayed on schedule. I’m so grateful for Rebecca Lian. She’s great at what she does, and you’ll be in great hands with her!

We hired Renee as our day of coordinator and she was wonderful! We had our wedding at my husband parents and she came down a month before to view the “venue” and walk through setup...
for the day, expectations, timeline, etc. The day of she was so helpful with coordination of people, making sure we stayed on time and so much more! She helped with clean up before she left as well. Overall wonderful experience and would definitely recommend Renee for day of coordinator!
