my photos with my son and grooms family. As a mother this is a once in a lifetime event and the wedding was 7/12/2025. The photographer took thousands of pictures of benches, light fixtures, chairs, statues, happy feet and pieces of cake, but lost some of the most important pictures from the wedding… They were also very special moments  could have never been recaptured. My previous review on the wedding wire was taken down and I honestly don’t know who took it down. But I wanted the opportunity to voice my feelings that after five months of heartbreak over these missing pictures… Which really was something very difficult to accept that all these important pictures would magically go missing… The photographer truly was terrible and took so many out of focus pictures and everything was candid. But this is the reason why I will recommend Bellagala because they obviously did not realize the photographer was not qualified to represent their company.. now is the part which has changed my whole feeling on. Everything is the exceptional diligence of Gregory. He did not accept that these photos were lost. He tirelessly found these missing pictures and has brought so much happiness to our family because although not perfect it is the missing piece that we needed. So I give Gregory from Bellagala a five star review because he is an exceptional person person that shows such professionalism, empathy, and really going the extra mile to make sure customer service was delivered. Without him, we would never have these moments now that we can enjoy as a family. So based on having someone as exceptional as Gregory, I would have to recommend Bellagala because I understand mistakes now can happen and I cannot blame the company for accidentally hiring somebody that was not qualified for this job. Gregory actually found these pictures and another customers wedding. The photographer had put our precious pictures with another wedding. I also would like to commend fill the Director on really trying to help but he did not find the pictures but did offer us a full refund for the experience. So the photographer obviously I still have a very poor rating on but Gregory I give a five star and Phil I give a five star because they do the right thing for customer service and Gregory I am and incredibly thankful to you for finding these missing pictures. My photographer for the event I still rate as a one, but Bellagala and their exceptional customer service is definitely a five star, and I do recommend them based on their professionalism, and really trying to do the right thing.
