We hired Kerrie and her team as a "day-of" coordinator for our at home wedding - hands down, the smartest decision we made about our wedding! They showed up and immediately began m...
aking our vision a reality, setting up flowers, linens, decorations, etc. Her team handled the on-site parking, and re-arranged chairs and tables after the ceremony for the reception. Kerrie directed our guests and got them where they needed to be to keep the day moving. Overall, they worked efficiently, communicated extremely well, were clever in their decision making, and did things independently so we could focus on our big day. Kerrie brings so much experience and had tons of smart recommendations for us. The whole team was so kind and friendly, they felt more like wedding guests than a hired vendor. I would 100% recommend!
If you are looking for the perfect event planning team, look no further – the search is over!

er. While reading information about Bellar Events on TheKnot.com, their services were exactly what we were looking for. Once we met Kerrie and Michael, we felt like we had discovered new family members, and people who could make our wedding into the reality that we were looking for.
Bellar Events has everything that you are looking for, from prompt response to attention to detail to affordability. BUT – it is the little things that put them over the top! Things that, to us, set this team apart from any other:
Taking the time to really listen to our story and get to know us as a couple, and then composing a ceremony that centered around our love and what it took to get where we were that day; Kerrie (literally) running down the aisle with our 4-year-old flower girl and 5-year-old ring bearer during rehearsal; Michael making sure that all of the tuxedo pant legs fit “just right” down on top of their FILA high-tops; Kerrie seeing my tears as I was getting ready to walk down the aisle and stopping to listen to me as I was bouncing up & down saying “It’s here – it is finally here”; Kerrie making sure that our “older” parents didn’t have to stay in the sun/heat too long; and Kerrie sitting on the floor behind my daughter while she gave her Maid of Honor speech.
When looking for a wedding planner we didn’t really know what we would find, but in the end, we found the very best! Our wedding day was one of the biggest days of our lives and Bellar Events ensured it was absolutely perfect! The best decision we could have ever made <3
Kerrie was great! So sweet and professional! She made sure I was good the whole day and kept the bridal party informed and rounded up when they were needed. Everything ran so smoot...
hly and the wedding day was perfect! Highly recommend Kerrie and her team for anyone getting married!
Kerrie and her team were incredible!!!! They provided the chairs for our small wedding reception, and helped to set up and tear down our ceremony decor. We were struggling last min...
ute to find a coordinator for these items just 23 days before our wedding, and they were able to accommodate us and absolutely exceeded our expectations! Kerrie made sure that everything was in place exactly where and when we needed it! They ensured that our wedding day was as stress free as possible. We absolutely could not have done it without them!!!
My husband and I booked Kerrie for her day-of coordination services for our wedding in August 2021. My husband and I were planning our wedding by ourselves and needed help with ens...
uring that everything went smoothly on our wedding day. Kerrie did just that and then some. From the phone conversations and in-person meetings, Kerrie listened to what we were envisioning for our wedding and rolled with it. She made sure that the ceremony site and reception venue looked exactly how we wanted it and improvised - brilliantly - when there were a few pieces of decoration that we forgot to mention. Additionally, with only a month before our wedding, our initial officiant (not Kerrie) took our money and stopped responding to our attempts to reach out. Kerrie gracious agreed to be our officiant, saving me and my husband from a world of stress. We quickly got to working on writing the ceremony and loved how the writing turned out. The only thing that I wish would have happened differently is that my husband and I didn't receive a que to put our wedding ring on each other. There wasn't a clear point in the ceremony, and it never crossed our minds until after the ceremony. Overall we are very pleased with the service Kerrie provided and would highly recommend her!
Outstanding services from her and amazing person to have as your wedding coordinator and officiant.
