Maya and her team were a dream to work with! Not only was the food amazing, but the level of detail and care Maya gives is exceptional. We got married this past October at The Grov...
e, and Maya and her team were very hands on and helped with decorations (we had a lot of them), coordinating the walk through, & ready for whatever! Maya is also incredibly nice and easy to work with. Could not reccomend more!
We planned our wedding in a relatively short time, and it’s impossible to imagine it going so smoothly without Maya. From the first phone conversation, she put us at ease. She help...
ed us with everything we could think of and things we hadn’t considered. The food was amazing. Having a taste of the menu a couple weeks ahead of the wedding was super fun. The walkthrough with Maya the week before put us on track for a great day. The day itself was fantastic thanks to Maya and her staff. The bartenders were fun. Maya was just so on top of absolutely everything. If you are reading this and considering BellaRu, then we can’t recommend it enough.
I cannot rave enough about Maya and her team BellaRu. She brought to life my perfect magical winter, Lakeside wedding. She assisted in every way from working with the venue, seati...
ng, and the most incredible menu. Maya is more than a caterer, and if you are looking for someone to help make your event perfect, she is the one you need.

ible to work with. The food was absolutely amazing, and we were particularly impressed given the challenge of accommodating a multicultural wedding. BellaRu Catering exceeded our expectations in every way.
We loved the food so much and were thrilled with how well they were able to accommodate all our specific requests. Our guests had nothing but wonderful things to say about the food served, which added to the overall joy of our celebration. Planning with Maya was a joy, and her incredible team member, Andrew, who served as captain, was an excellent leader during the wedding. We greatly appreciated his ability to make us feel at ease and confident on our special day. Their professionalism and dedication impressed us through every step of the way.
Maya's creative ideas added a unique touch to our wedding, and working with her felt like planning a wedding with a friend while maintaining a high level of professionalism. She truly understood our vision and made it come to life beautifully.
We would wholeheartedly recommend BellaRu Catering to our friends and family in the future. We also look forward to working with Maya again for future life events outside of our wedding. Thank you, Maya, Andrew, and the entire BellaRu Catering team, for making our wedding day unforgettable!

ever were!
From the first introductory calls through to Last Call from the bar, if we had questions, Maya had the answers.
The Tasting wowed us and all the food served on the day was just as exceptional as we remembered.
We have already shared her contact information and glowing recommendations to our friends and would call her again for any catering needs.
We cannot say it enough, BellaRu is the best!!
Plus since our wedding was small - Maya acted as the day of coordinator - - what a godsend - - hire Maya and her company ASAP.

t, unbelievably delicious foods, service and creativity. We had some iffy weather...rain was off and on much of the day. Maya and her team put tents up, took them down, and put them back up....without hesitancy. They did what needed to be done! Courtney and Lety were fabulous behind the bar!!! We were given SO many compliments about BellaRu. They are top notch! Google asks, "How many stars?" We would give 23 stars!!!! Maya went above and beyond....she helped when I didn't even know what I needed. Everyone needs a Maya for their wedding (or important/ special events)!
Maya and her whole team at BellaRu absolutely went above and beyond to make our wedding day perfect. My husband and I knew we wanted there to be amazing food and enough that our gu...
ests felt taken care of, and that's exactly what we got. We were impressed by all of the selections at the tasting, but the food at our event was even better. They have a ton of options, but we had a taco buffet that was a huge hit with all of our guests, and they loved the bartender. Our guests walked away from our wedding talking primarily about the food, which is exactly what we wanted. Hire Maya and her team; you won't be disappointed.
I would not be married today if it was not for Maya at BellaRu catering. A bride's worst nightmare came true when our wedding venue cancelled on us two weeks before our wedding da...
te. Maya was so much more than a caterer, she was a wedding planner, florist, everything in between, and a friend. Maya did everything in her power to make our wedding one that we could be proud of. She went to great lengths to accommodate us and our original menu. The food was PHENOMENAL. Our guests were beyond pleased, and the desert was delicious. I cannot thank Maya enough for truly bending over backwards for my husband and I. We truly owe our whole day to her. BellaRu is without a doubt the best caterer you can chose.
Service, food, value. Service - we really appreciated Maya's take-charge attitude. We didn't have a planner and she ended up giving us a lot of advice/information on weddings in ge...
neral! Food - we liked the food a lot, and she has a lot of options for vegetarian/ethnic/vegan etc while still having greatest hits-type options. Value - for the Chicago market, good value!
