After telling her I came there specifically for one dress but was open to try others on, she came up with a game plan to pick 4 other dresses but try on my intended dress first to "set the bar". Her strategy worked so well and I did end up finding another dress that almost stole my heart, but ultimately, I chose the dress I went there for and I couldn't be more happy. I had gone to a few other bridal boutiques the day before and earlier that day and I can honestly say my time with Caren and Bellasposa were the best. Their dress inventory is amazing, I saw so many beautiful dresses in so many different styles. I never once felt pressured to purchase anything, I felt that Caren was truly sincere in guiding me through the process and sharing her knowledge of wedding dresses. Once I made the decision, It was a very simple process for the paperwork, then the celebrations and "yes to the dress" photos and videos began. mbellished Martina Liana gown was not able to be altered to fit me. (Queue the nightmare!) It had been ordered two sizes bigger than I needed at the time of pick up, based on an unaided choice between two sizes that worked with my measurements. In addition to it being too big in the bodice, the dress was way too long in the front. I hadn't done anything, honestly, to shrink in size, and I was terrified that my expensive dress was not going to work for my November wedding. I didn't have money to buy a new dress... what would I do?! While trying to reach Bellasposa for their suggestions on what to do, I was able to schedule an appointment with their exclusively preferred alterations expert, Lanny. Then, after receiving my email, the Bellasposa store manager called me directly. Ms. Reyes expressed empathy for my panicked situation, and reassured me Lanny had successfully worked with my exact dress before. I already felt better, but anxiously awaited my meeting with Lanny. Was she also going to tell me my dress was unalterable?! A few days later, I met Lanny and Ms. Reyes at Bellasposa. Ms. Reyes, again, was very kind and compassionate, making me feel like she and the store wanted me to be pleased with my purchase and experience. Lanny admitted that my particular dress is the hardest in the store to alter, because of the embellishments that need to be removed to take it in, but that she would be able to perform the needed alterations. She set to work meticulously pinning the dress so that it looked beautiful and fit stunningly... my faith in my gorgeous dress was restored! Furthermore, Bellasposa very graciously accommodated me with an act of good will for my anxiety-inducing experience. For those still reading, I'd like to share a trauma-intervention tip with the brides. If your measurements happen to fall between two or three sizes on the dress designer's size chart, STOP and consult with a wedding dress alterations expert BEFORE ordering the dress! Bellasposa's sweet consultants and wordy sales contract ensure the responsibility for sizing is on the client, so protect yourself with this simple suggestion. Take or show a photo (or several) of your intended dress to the alterations pro, and get their opinion on which size to order based on how the dress would need to be altered up or down. Words to the wise: The more alterations are needed, the more expensive they'll be... wouldn't you rather spend that money on something else, like shoes or honeymoon outfits?! Congratulations on your reason for browsing bridal shops. I sincerely wish you the best of luck in finding your dream dress and having a wonderful, stress-free experience. But believe it or not, I found my dress the first time at Bellasposa! It was stunning and within my price range. Caren was so helpful and patient. I used the alterationist that Bellasposa uses in house. She was great, but the only thing is that my bustle came apart shortly after my first dance. Other than that, I would HIGHLY recommend going to Bellasposa for your wedding dress!

After discussing what I was looking for Annaleise was able to pick out styles that matched my style perfectly. She talked me through each step and each dress assuring that we were on the right track! I always felt like she truly cared about me and my wedding. She even went the extra mile to check and see if I can get all the extra special touches for my dress. The store was immaculate and they truly make for a one of a kind dress shopping experience, confetti blaster and all! I especially love that Bellasposa has a personalized portal for each bride to save dresses they like into a Lookbook. As someone who looked at endless pictures of dresses online, this was an easy and efficient way to see what inventory Bellasposa had and helped me know exactly which ones I wanted to try on when I got in store. You can also use the portal to view your measurements, as well as purchase and shipping information. Just amazing!

She also helped me picked out gowns since it can be a bit overwhelming. The day of my try on appointment we had the whole upstairs to ourselves and Lauren had goodies ready for my whole party. Turns out the dress Lauren picked out was the one!! I can’t wait to receive my dress. Lauren was such a sweetheart and made me feel so comfortable. I got a bag filled with goodies and Lauren sent a personal letter to my home which was the sweetest!

f all they are doing everything possible to stay safe with these uncertain times. Sanitizer everywhere and temp checks before entering, along with a a super clean shop. All employees and guests are masked so never once was i nervous about that. In my time there I tried on 7 dresses before choosing the one. Lauren never made me feel rushed and kept asking me what I was feeling and even started pulling dresses for me that she thought would look good for my style and she was fantastic. I had time to try everything I wanted and she listened to all my requests and ideas. I couldn't be happier with the veil and gown she helped me pair together. After saying yes to my dress, I was able to take a fun video and pictures on a runway with a flower petal shower and cute "I said yes" sign. The staff at this salon truly make it such a special experience for the brides!

We started by shopping around and picking out styles that I thought I always wanted. I loved all the dresses I was trying but brought up the idea of trying a different style. I always thought I knew what dress style I wanted, but turns out, I went a different direction. I brought this style up to Lourdes and she just knew! She went and found me this amazing dress to try on and some others. I put this dress on and I INSTANTLY felt so different and I knew that it was my dress. I brought only two of my bridesmaids with me and everything was still very manageable and easy going considering the year 2020 😄. I walked out to my area with this dress on to meet my girls and they loved it too. It was so much fun and I thank Lourdes for bringing this beautiful dress to me!
