Terrible! Lack of communication! BellaVie did not throughly communicate with his clients to ensure he was capturing what the client wanted, the videographer just showed up and started shooting. They treat their clients as if they are paychecks instead of real humans. All they care about is getting money not actually capturing memories. If you think about it, if they didn’t have our memories they wouldn’t have content to capture but they charge a arm and a leg to capture moments provided by us and then are incredibly hard to work with if you want any personalized edits. Would not recommend HORRIBLE customer service.

My daughter and son in law had their wedding filmed by him and the amount of things missing was ridiculous. The lack of professionalism was uncalled for. The video wasn’t received in a timely manner. If it would’ve been what they asked for the wait would’ve been worth it but they waited 3 months in anticipation only to watch my daughter cry when she received it because there was so much missing. Not happy with the service. Overpriced and lied to. Wouldn’t recommend.

Scammed my daughter and son in law out of so much money for their beautiful wedding didn’t even include what they requested and barely edited the things he claimed to edit. $1580 for 6 minutes and tried charging $540 just so they could have a raw footage copy of their wedding so they could at least have some video of their first dance! Ridiculous!!!

Horrible. Unprofessional. Rude. Sarcastic. I cannot stress how disappointed, upset, livid, and shocked I am with the service provided. We went through Villagio Resorts which has now been bought out by Belle Manor. I’m not sure where there was a misunderstanding on what was specified but our video was half edited, the dances were cut in half, heads were cut in the ceremony while the bridal party walked in, our first dance wasn’t even included but maybe 5 seconds of it. After specifically requesting the ceremony and dances. We are highly upset. Something that took 3 months to receive and with much anticipation brought me to tears, and not the happy kind. The reception entrance was missing, the father daughter dance started halfway in the video. Didn’t get for anything we requested and when asked for raw footage he wouldn’t even let us view it before paying and wanted us to pay $541 ON TOP of the $1580 we paid for the wedding. Scammed out of our money, if I wanted a video recorded on a tripod I could’ve done that myself! I do not recommend his services just the lack of professionalism and manner should tell you to run. Beware of the wedding scammers!!!!
