the BEST decisions we made for our wedding.
From the beginning, Jennifer truly listened to us and understood our vision. She helped coordinate the vendors we wanted, brought all of our ideas together, and always made sure we were happy with every decision. Even when I felt like I was texting her nonstop with questions and little details, she was always so patient, loving, reassuring, and kind. I never once felt like I was bothering her.
Then came our wedding day, and somehow Jennifer and her team exceeded every expectation. Our wedding was an absolute DREAM. Even now, our guests constantly tell us they have never been to a wedding like ours — that everything was seamless, they had so much fun, and it felt like something straight out of a magazine. That is a true testament to Jennifer and her team.
We did not have to worry about a SINGLE thing that day. Everything was set up beautifully, the vendors were coordinated, and someone was always there when we needed something. From keeping drinks in our hands, to bringing me an Alani when my energy was low, to immediately finding pain medication when my back started hurting — we felt completely cared for.
Their attention to detail was unbelievable. One moment that stuck with us was when our guests went to the buffet and Jennifer’s team went around refolding everyone’s napkins so the tables looked beautiful again when they returned. Such a tiny detail, but it perfectly represents the level of care they put into EVERYTHING.
Most importantly, Jennifer makes you feel like you are the most important people in the world on your wedding day. We never felt like just another wedding on her calendar. There was so much genuine love and care from Jennifer and her girls, and because of them, we were able to be completely present and simply enjoy our day.
Jennifer took our vision and made it even better than we could have imagined. She was worth every single penny and MORE. The love, support, organization, and attention to detail we received are things we will never forget.

From our very first conversations, I knew we were in good hands. Jennifer understood my vision completely and executed it exactly the way I had imagined. Every detail, no matter how small, was thoughtfully planned and flawlessly carried out.
After the wedding, guests consistently told us two things: first, that it was hands down the best wedding they had ever attended, and second, whether there was anything we would change. The answer was an immediate no - I truly wouldn't change a thing. That is a testament to Jennifer and the incredible job she did bringing everything together.
What stands out most to me is the sense of calm she gave me on wedding day. As a Type A person who tends to stress easily, I expected to spend the day worrying about timelines, vendors, and logistics. Instead, from the moment we arrived at Wrightsville Manor, I didn't worry about a single thing. Jennifer had every detail covered, every moving piece accounted for, and every potential issue handled before I even knew about it.
She also took incredible care of the people around us. My bridesmaids, family, and vendors all felt supported, informed, and taken care of throughout the day. Everyone knew exactly where they needed to be and what they needed to do, which allowed all of us to be fully present and enjoy the celebration.
Hiring Jennifer was one of the best decisions we made during the wedding planning process. Her organization, professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine care for her couples are unmatched. Each phone call session we had was so helpful and kept me on track with my personal timeline. I loved hearing her suggestions too and adopted a few of them. I knew at the start that with her around everything was in great hands from rehearsal to packing up after the wedding. The day of, I couldn't have asked for a better person to have around! She and her team are so organized and kind - our families continue to rave about them after seeing how well they orchestrated the day. They really have your back and honestly they felt like part of the family on the big day!

hen we had our initial call, she was so sweet and informative and I could tell by her calm and confident attitude that she knew what she was doing. Throughout planning my wedding, I had many calls and texts with Jennifer where she used her experience and expertise to help guide me through it all. We were planning our North Carolina wedding all the way from LA where my husband and I live, so it was great to communicate with someone who knew our venue well and was in town to help us with anything we weren’t around to do. There are so many details in planning a wedding that it’s easy to get flustered and overwhelmed (something I easily do), but every call with Jennifer provided the clarity and answers I needed. Jennifer and her team executed what my husband and I have only referred to as a perfect day. Our entire wedding party was raving to us about how incredible Jennifer was. We were all so impressed by her and her team’s ability to get everything done and do so in a calm and positive way. There was a bit of a hiccup when my mother was buttoning my dress and when she was done we saw a stain that we hadn’t noticed before (to this day we have no idea where it came from). Jennifer came in and calmly took care of it, and I have to emphasize just how calm she was because my mother was freaking out. As a bride it can feel very chaotic when the people around you are stressed, but when my mom was freaking out I wasn’t concerned because I knew that Jennifer or someone on her team would help us solve the problem (and they did!). My entire day went off without a hitch, and I am forever grateful to Jennifer and her team at Belle Ame for the part they played in our perfect wedding day.

Because of her vast experience in the wedding industry, she is well-versed (and honest) about what was needed and what was unnecessary, which not only saved us money but ensured our wedding was everything we had ever wanted. I swear Jennifer personally knows everyone involved in the wedding industry in the Wilmington area, a Godsend when we needed a last minute tent set up due to weather.
