Bianca is truly one of a kind. I do not know many people like her. She was kind and generous and went above and beyond with every request. Bianca came to all my venue walk through appointments, contacted vendors, offered amazing advice and opinions and had fantastic referrals. If I wrote down everything Bianca has done for us in this process, I would run out of room! All vendors I chose from her were nothing short of perfect. My entire wedding process with Bianca was so smooth that I had no doubts that everything would get done the way it needed to. I had full and compete trust in her. I truly felt like the calmest bride ever and I owe so much of what my wedding was, to her. I had numerous guests compliment her work; it does not go unnoticed! She is the most hard-working person I know and takes her job with the upmost seriousness. You can feel her passion in the things that she accomplishes. She pays attention to the little details, she makes time in her schedule for you, and she makes you feel like you are her only bride. I could not have done any of this without help but mostly I am so glad we chose Bianca as our wedding planner.

My husband and I live in Arizona and were struggling to plan a wedding in Traverse City, MI. Bianca was, easily, the best decision we could have ever dreamed of making. Any and every idea I had, she was ready with options, recommendations, additional ideas, and plans to execute. She is the absolute sweetest person on this planet and was so incredibly easy to communicate with. She made sure to schedule and attend meetings through power outages, family vacations, and other events she was coordinating. We even had our other vendors tell us what a pleasure and how easy it was to work with Bianca.
She went above and beyond to make sure our experience was perfect, and if anything went wrong on the day of our wedding, we had NO idea. Everything from the timeline, decor, florals, ceremony, reception, and everything in between was beautifully executed. Bianca took care of all the big and small details, and we have had so many people tell us how beautiful everything was. It was ALL because of Bianca. We had the most gorgeous sunset during our reception, and if you would have told me Bianca orchestrated it I wouldn’t even second guess it.
I seriously could not imagine going through this planning process with anyone else, and we cannot recommend her enough. If you are lucky enough to score Bianca as your planner/coordinator you will see first hand how AMAZING she is. We love love love you, Bianca and are so fortunate to know you!!
HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND! I feel like 5 stars isn’t enough! Bianca was beyond helpful, detail oriented, and my day was perfect because of her! She had a 16 hour day with me and did so much! From picking flowers up, to setting up our ceremony site, contacting vendors, making sure our reception was set up properly and setting certain items up, to getting me Advil, to helping guests, my wedding wouldn’t have been what is was without her! She checked in on me throughout the entire process! Her assistant was beyond nice, was with me right before I walked down the aisle and kept me calm! I will be recommending them to everyone 💜
Ever since I got engaged in March of 2022 people who were married before me told me "don't stress the small stuff on your wedding day, things are going to go wrong you just have to be okay with that". Because of Bianca I consider that statement to be a complete myth. My husband and I got married on December 30th, 2023 and we were just reflecting on the wedding day recently. Our wedding day was PERFECT, not a thing went wrong (and I don't say that lightly). I know for a fact that is almost solely due to Bianca and her team. She thought of everything and outside of that she is just a really great person! I am going to miss having my monthly meetings with her. If you are thinking about booking a wedding planner, look no further Bianca is your girl. You won't be disappointed :)

If there was something we were interested in or an idea came to mind, she had all the answers - contacts, information, options and/or how to execute it. As for the little things we didn’t know existed in planning a wedding, she was there to help us navigate it. It was so nice to have Belle Event Co. make the process so fun, easy and enjoyable! We chose to go with Bianca as our wedding planner for our September Wedding and am so glad we did! She was an absolute gem. Her ideas and organization made the event go out without a hitch. With all the stress that goes into planning a wedding, having someone to help make decisions/bounce ideas off of and communicate with vendors makes the process so much more pleasant and Bianca did all that and more! Bianca and her team helped us pull off the wedding of our dreams. From the moment we sat down with her after our engagement to begin envisioning our wedding day, I could tell we were in good hands.
As time went on, it became very clear that Bianca was an all-star. I’ll admit I had no idea how much actually went into planning a wedding. From big things like touring venues and setting a budget, to tiny details like candle holders and table numbers, Bianca was there with us every step of the way to keep us on track and break this massive project down into manageable, bite-size chunks.
My bride and I received so many compliments throughout the night, with many noting it was the best wedding they had ever been to. That meant a lot to us, because we really wanted our wedding night to be an unforgettable experience for everyone — an event people would still talk about decades into the future.
There’s absolutely no way we could have pulled that off without Bianca. Between her comprehensive planning tools, her extensive network of vendors, her skills and advice when navigating the planning process, and her excellent communication and availability when we needed her most — Bianca and her team are best in class. If you are perfectionists like my wife and I, and want to ensure that your wedding is a night to remember, look no further than Belle Event Co. You'll be glad you did!
Bianca went above and beyond planning and organizing our big day. She was there every step of the way and had the best and most trusted connections in every budget. I can be very indecisive. Bianca guided me through this with her experience and expertise. She always had an answer for all my silly questions such as how to make my flower girl’s basket more practical, how to organize processional of split family, where do I put my hands during the ceremony 😅etc.
One of the most helpful services Bianca provided us with was her personalized checklists to keep us on track. One of the checklists included a list of emergency kit items. This list was a godsend; almost every item was requested/used by my wedding party the day of the wedding. It was wonderful to hear compliments by family and guests on how organized and detailed the wedding was. To quote one of our guests “It was the wedding of the century!” and I think we have Bianca to thank for that, genuinely. 1000x recommend.
Bianca & her team made my wedding day a dream come true! Bianca is the sweetest person and kept me calm throughout the entire process and day off. She has a lot of great connections with other vendors and gives excellent recommendations throughout the entire planning process. She is extremely organized and supportive. We had multiple meetings leading up to my wedding day to make sure that we had everything prepared for the day of. She created the timeline for the event and contacted all of the vendors ahead of time. She also coordinated all the vendors on the day off and made sure that everyone understood the plans. Bianca & her team also flipped my ceremony space into my reception space within an hour and executed my vision perfectly. We wouldn’t have made it through the planning process and the day of our wedding without Bianca & her team. She is amazing, 100% hire her and her team for an overall great wedding experience!
Bianca and Belle Events gave me the experience of a lifetime! She felt more like a friend than a planner! She volunteered to support me even when it was outside of her scope in my opinion (offering to get things from printers, fold my name tents, etc). I would hire her and the team one million times over! She came with me to final vendor meetings despite me only technically having day of services. I would reccommend Bianca because of her kindness, organization, experience working with South Asian families and their needs, her respect, cultural awareness, and patience. I got married in October 2022 at the Detroit Yacht Club for reference!
Bianca is hands down the best decision my husband & I made when planning our wedding. She came up with the most creative ideas to make our wedding unique and was so attentive to every detail both during the planning process & the day of the event. Every single one of our guests commented on a few special touches that were her idea! Not only does she make it easy & fun she makes it stress free!! We had no power, a down tree and a few other major things that happened the week of the wedding and she kept me calm the whole time. She is an absolute sweetheart and amazing at what she does, she makes you feel like you’re family because that’s how much love and care she puts into her work and that was so important to us. Do yourself a huge favor, both during the planning & on the day of the event, and hire Belle Event Co!!

We were initially on the fence about hiring a day of coordinator thinking we didn’t need one but hiring Bianca was the best decision we could have made for our wedding, I cannot say enough good things about her! She consistently kept me calm throughout the planning process and constantly checked in on me offering her help and advice. Prior to wedding week, she took everything off my plate, contacted all of our vendors, organized our rehearsal and helped us set up EVERYTHING the day before and day of. Which was a huge weight off my shoulders. She made everything about our wedding day SO seamless and easy, I truly don’t think I would have enjoyed it as much as I did without her. We received so many complaints on how much of a joy she was to work with from our families and other vendors. Bianca, you are AMAZING at what you do!
From start to finish Bianca (owner of Belle Event Co.) made my husband and I’s wedding weekend better than we could of ever imagined. We hired BEC as our day of coordinator but Bianca and her team quickly became so much more to us. We had monthly meetings that were very detail oriented throughout the planning process which really helped Bianca to understand our vision, it also allowed us time to go through what we wanted most and how it could be executed in our special day. Tasks like timelines, seating chart are a huge part of a wedding that BEC was able to help with. During our actual wedding weekend it was so nice to have BEC to lean on if we forgot something or family members needed direction. Bianca and her team saved the day on a few minor inconveniences but still very important nonetheless. My now husband and I looked at each other throughout our wedding night and kept saying how thankful we were to have hired Bianca and her team. They were all very organized and professional, we could not of been more grateful! If you are considering hiring a planner or day of coordinator Bianca is THE girl!
Our wedding day was perfect, and we can absolutely thank Bianca at Belle Event Co. for that. She was well organized, catered to our every need and request, and had an amazing, positive attitude. My wife and I are busy people, and Bianca made sure we were on top of anything that she wasn't able to take care of herself (like marriage license, payment for vendors, etc.). I'd recommend Belle Event Co. to anyone. When you have Bianca in your corner, you can count on her to make your day perfect.

There were so many details that I didn’t even think of that Bianca would bring up. She made what could be a stressful event, something that we look back so fondly on because we didn’t have to sweat the small details.

PERFECTION. I could not imagine my wedding night (or the months leading up to it) without Bianca and her team!! When I tell you everything about my 250+ person wedding was SEAMLESS, stress free and just a beautiful experience because of Belle Event Co.
They remembered the tiny details that people often forget and stress over. They delivered our food while getting ready and really were a beautiful part of the day.

Just WOW. We hired Bianca as our day of coordinator but she truly went above and beyond to help us make our day incredible. She met with us several times leading up to the big day and joined our vendor meetings. She arrived at our venue first thing in the morning and did not leave until all the other vendors had left. She checked in on us consistently throughout the day to make sure we were feeling good. Our day would NOT have been as amazing without her.
Bianca was our day-of-coordinator for our wedding and she was absolutely incredible! She provided us with several vendor recommendations and met with us three times before the wedding to plan a timeline and go over smaller details. These meetings were so helpful as it allowed me to focus on tasks that needed to be completed by our next meeting. A few days prior to our wedding she picked up some decor to set up on the day of the wedding. Bianca also organized our rehearsal, making sure that everyone knew where they needed to be and when. On our wedding day Bianca and her assistant helped us stay on schedule, kept in contact with vendors, decorated the ceremony and reception spaces, and answered questions from guests and vendors. Bianca was an amazing day-of-coordinator and I couldn't imagine planning my wedding without her guidance and support.
Six months before our wedding we decided to hire someone to work with to help keep things organized and easy. We did not realize how much we needed this at first. In hindsight we couldn’t have done it without her. Bianca stepped in ready to take on our vision for the wedding and execute it. From contacting and finding the right vendors, being honest about which to choose based on her experience, to handling money transfers and setting up phone calls… she did it all. With ease! The day of the wedding was seamless and breezy. Prior to the wedding people would say we were pretty calm… and it was because she had handled EVERYTHING. We will forever be grateful for her attention to detail, executing the vision, and always making sure we got what we wanted at the end of the day. The day of would not have been what it was without her. Thankful is an understatement. We will now consider her part of family and friends when we look back at our special day.
Hiring a wedding planner was the best decision ever made!
