Owner
Following art school & time creating department store displays, Pam started a catering company. Upon moving back to Vancouver in 1985, Pam began taking requests for floral design. As her family also grew, Pam continued her volunteer work by developing an Art Adventure program for local schools. In 2019 all the garnered snippets came together with the launching of Belle Flower Farm. Walking the footsteps of her great grandmother, Laura Belle, a florist. As an organized creative, Pam seeks to connect with the couples who trust her not to leave any detail of telling their love story to chance.

Pam at Belle Flower Farm (BFF) is such a delight to work with! She sought to satisfy my every want and desire in our wedding florals. I had a vision and she perfected it! And even if your vision is vague or not there yet, she asks all the right questions to help you figure it out and feel confident!
Pam has the unique ability to incorporate new ideas and elements that best suit the couples union. My bouquet was everything I had hoped and more! One of the most special elements of my wedding, truly.
She is someone who puts in 110% into everything she does and genuinely cares about your wedding turning out just as you had hoped and dreamed! I cannot think of anyone else in the floral buisness who cares as much as she does! A persons character always bleeds into their work and her creations are a testimony of that as they are carefully selected and thoughtfully assembled.
Pam is accommodating, kind-hearted, generous, and above all extremely passionate about what she does. Don’t waste your time seeking anyone else. She delivers beyond expectation and the value of her work and personhood is worth every single penny!

ou and Lane, designing your wedding florals was such a delight. Your love story is unique, both being from the midwest, settled in the PNW, and married in Wyoming. Including zinnias, hydrangeas and straw flowers from our own gardens created a connection with the PNW to your midwest celebration and personal history. Designing your florals to accommodate for travel and heat was also a unique experience that allowed for fun and creative problem solving. If you are looking for the florist that is going to bring your vision to life, look no further! Pam was able to create the most magical florals, better than we could've imagined it with every detail so carefully executed.
We wanted our wedding day to portray who we are and how we met. Pam was able to translate our story through wedding florals that made our entire day feel so romantic and fresh. We asked Pam from Belle Flower Farms to keep the color pallet neutral but also a bit chaotic, a nod to both my husband and I being in the fire service. Although tradition was important, a touch of chaos felt fitting too.
Although I know what I like, I do not know my flowers well so we relied on Pam heavily for her years of expertise, the attention to detail and her ability to understand us as a couple and translate that into a beautiful day. Our ceremony was enclosed in tall, wild but classic bouquets that tied in together the black tie formality while the dinner tables cascaded in eucalyptus and baby's breath. I knew I wanted a classic feel, but with Pams signature touch, she was able to create something that felt personal.
On the day of the wedding, we got hit with a snow storm that broke a 50 year record. This didn't seem to stop Pam in the slightest as each bouquet looked fresh, even through travel and winter storms. Each dessert had a floral touch, even a bouquet from the bathrooms so that the guest felt just as pampered as the wedding party. It was the most magical, stress free day with Pam working and planning and anticipating every need.
Later on, we hired Pam to do all of our floral arrangements for an interior design photoshoot. Pam's ability to range from wedding bouquets, to home design florals is unmatched. We cannot wait to hire her for our future projects.

Pam at BFF is fantastic, she went above and beyond to bring our floral vision to life! I wanted timeless white and green florals featuring Calla Lillies and while she was happy to do this for me, she also opened my eyes to so many other florals that would look beautiful together. In addition, she encouraged me to think of meaningful flowers to incorporate into the design (in my case, Snapdragons, that I only remembered to tell her about almost 2 weeks before the wedding and she still managed to work them in). Pam was more than happy to help us get creative to stay within our budget, which was super appreciated.
After our wedding we got to bring as many florals as we wanted home to enjoy while they lasted, though we wanted to make sure the rest were donated. Pam happily took our extra flowers (and even made them into micro bouquets) to a local space as a donation while we got to relax after our wedding.
Another unique ask that Pam happily took on was for a custom floral preservation with the flowers from my bouquet and some extras from our special day. The art piece is a stunning 36”x24” piece that lives above our bed now and features our pressed, yet slightly 3D wedding florals for a special reminder everyday.
OH and did I mention we picked our venue on April 1st and had our wedding on June 25th? Pam and her team had no problem working with our tight timeline!
We have continued to enjoy a lovely relationship with Pam and she has always reached out and stayed in touch as we navigate new seasons of our life like celebrating our first anniversary and even welcoming our little one to the world. We are so grateful we found Pam and Belle Flower Farm.

We have had the pleasure of working with Pam twice now and could not be happier with her and the work of Belle Flower Farm. We had our wedding celebration at Belle Flower Farm and Pam made every detail perfect. When our ten year wedding anniversary came around we reached out for new photos (we sadly lost our original wedding photos) and Pam set up and designed the most wonderful photo shoot for us. Truly a lovely and amazing experience. I cannot recommend Belle Flower Farm enough!

I cannot recommend Belle Flower Farm enough for anyone looking for a wedding florist! Pam, the business owner, was an absolute dream to work with. I cannot say enough great things about working with Pamela at Belle Flower Farm! I reached out to her as my nonprofit group was holding a fundraiser, and she generously donated two beautiful bouquets for our event. Her communication was timely and she asked great questions to get to know the background of our event. We feel so lucky to have partnered with someone as trustworthy and driven by the details as we are for our wedding florals, planning and landscape design. We had our wedding in our backyard and did a complete landscape rehaul in a matter of months. Pam first visited in winter when our yard was dormant and as we walked her through our vision for the yard, the wedding, the flowers she could see the dream we saw.
