About this vendor
At Belle Leroux, we plan with real life in mind—creating refined, deeply personal celebrations that are expertly run while keeping the experience calm, supported, and genuinely enjoyable for our couples, their families, and every partner involved.
1. Regulated Calm, Always — We lead with steadiness. When details, timelines, or emotions run high, our clients feel anchored because calm leadership is a luxury.
2. Client Care as a Standard — Support isn’t an add-on; it’s our baseline. We protect our clients’ bandwidth through clear communication, decisive guidance, and a sustainable planning pace.
3. Culturally Fluent, Thoughtfully Inclusive — We honor traditions with care, navigating family dynamics and multi-event celebrations with respect, clarity, and modern sensibility.
4. Design with Intention — Pretty is expected. We create meaningful design choices that reflect your story, elevate the setting, and create an experience your guests can feel.
5. Systems That Protect the Experience — We don’t just coordinate; we engineer. Timelines, floor plans, vendor alignment, contingencies, and wedding-week execution are handled with meticulous structure.
6. A Signature Process — Clarify → Curate → Engineer → Orchestrate. Every step is designed to reduce overwhelm, streamline decisions, and create confidence.
7. Partnerships That Elevate Everyone — We aim to be the planner venues and vendors trust: professional, prepared, and respectful of every partner’s role.

e way. They were not only receptive to our ideas, but also went above and beyond to tailor everything to our vision. Whenever we suggested something that might not have worked logistically or stylistically, they offered thoughtful alternatives that actually elevated the overall look and feel of our wedding.
We also ordered one of their signage packages, which included name cards for each place setting, a welcome sign, a seating chart, and custom vinyl lettering that they applied to a mirror we had purchased for the day. Every piece turned out beautifully and added such a cohesive and personal touch to the décor.
My wife and I couldn’t have asked for a better team to handle our day-of coordination. When one of our food vendors failed to show up, Elle, Chelsea, Kylie, and Payal didn’t miss a beat — they acted quickly and persistently, and managed to get the food delivered just in time for dinner service.
If you’re looking for a planning team that’s attentive, professional, and fully committed to bringing your dream wedding to life, Belle Leroux is the team to trust. Their service is truly second to none.

one to the wedding event. She worked extremely well with all our vendors (including difficult ones!). Elle problem solved whenever an issue arose last minute. We cannot be more thankful for her services and her team that helped us bring our special day together. We had so many comments from our guests on how great the wedding was, how everything flowed so smoothly, and how beautiful everything turned out. We can only give Elle all the credit for this!
