h of our planning from afar. Jeneen was so quick to respond to every email and every concern, and both Jeneen and Tim worked with our schedule whenever we were in town to have face to face meetings. I love that they are a husband/wife team and I know my husband appreciated having Tim’s input and perspective. The groom was taken care of as much as the bride! Belle Tulle Events was invaluable in suggesting vendors, coordinating contracts, keeping us organized, keeping us calm and keeping us on budget. We relied on their strong relationships within the industry to make vendor suggestions and they never let us down – everyone we worked with at their suggestion was excellent. They were always professional but always fun, supportive and truly a pleasure to work with. They made us feel excited and confident that everything was under control every time we met with them. I especially appreciated Jeneen’s work to confirm schedules, contracts and timelines with vendors. Being from out of town there was a flurry of activity once we arrived in Orlando the week of the wedding and Jeneen had it covered. They were present for our rehearsal, rehearsal dinner, ceremony and reception. They made sure everyone was on schedule and everything was running smoothly and checked in with us to make sure we were happy and having the time of our lives. ation help, Jeneen went above and beyond to help me tremendously in the last months. Jeneen helped me with emails, phone calls, attended meetings with me to finalize details, and offered her support in any way she could. Her attention to detail was impeccable! Everything I wanted was fulfilled. When I saw the reception space, I burst into happy tears because it was my dream vision turned reality. The day of my wedding I did not have to answer to one phone call or question because Tim and Jeneen had it taken care of. The team listened to what I wanted and the process was smooth sailing all the way to the sparkler exit. When hiring a planner or coordinator for your event, you want to be careful in choosing someone who listens to your vision and doesn't push theirs. Belle Tulle Events truly listens and follows your lead to make your event magical and everything you want. ed, I was feeling more and more nervous that the ceremony would not go smoothly. As someone who has been a part of quite a few weddings (some of which did not go without a hitch), I was especially concerned since I would not be able to supervise the process myself (I'm a bit of a control freak). My greatest fears were that the rehearsal would be chaotic, followed by a ceremony where all the little details I had painstakingly planned would be overlooked or rushed over, or worse, something would be completely forgotten. After talking with Jeneen, I felt so much more at ease about the wedding, and I felt that she would make sure that all the little setup details that I was concerned about would be ironed out and that it would all be organized. My fiancé (at the time!) even commented on how much more relaxed I was about the wedding.
Jeneen stayed in touch with me for the 4 weeks from the time that I first contacted her until the day of our rehearsal, so that by the time our “wedding eve” dawned, I felt that she was fully up to speed on every small detail and tiny change that I had made to the day-of plans. Our wedding rehearsal went very smoothly (despite having 20 people in our wedding party collectively), and Jeneen even took home my tulle aisle runner border in order to make sure that it was rolled up perfectly so that it could be unrolled without a hitch during the ceremony. On the day of, Jeneen came to the country club (our reception venue where I was getting dressed) and checked in with me to make sure that there were no last-minute changes, shuttle some décor items to the church, and just to reassure me that she would take care of everything, which was exactly what I needed that day! She even went as far as to ensure that my groom and his groomsmen maintained their schedule (pictures, getting dressed, etc) and coordinated the transportation from the country club so that the wedding party made it to the church on time. Our ceremony was perfect – when I walked down the aisle, I saw that all the little details in the setup of the church were exactly as I had wanted. We recently got our wedding video back, too, and I was able to watch the entrance of the wedding party and get a better overall picture of all the small things that I didn’t get to witness on the day of, and I can see tell that Jeneen was hard at work to make sure that everything went perfectly according to plan! Her attention to detail and organization was key to ensuring that our day was stress-free and memorable for the right reasons!

me! From our very first phone call, her obvious expertise, empathy, and ability to envision the feel I wanted to create for my event put me right at ease. She was extremely flexible with scheduling our chats over the phone and was always open to any suggestions or questions I had about the whole process, which was very important to me since I was an out-of-town bride (I live in the New Orleans area and was putting together a classic French Quarter event).
During the few days leading up to my event, everyone around me commented on how cool and calm I appeared! I would always tell them that the only reason I wasn’t tearing my hair out was because I knew that Jeneen was on top of all the minute details. I remember looking over her meticulous timeline for my event and thinking how lucky I was to have her. I definitely would have been in tears trying to sort out all the tiny little particulars that made the day so special!
On the day of my wedding, my wedding party, family, and I were all able to relax and truly enjoy the day because of Jeneen’s efforts. She arrived at the venue hours early to coordinate all my vendors and ensure that the set-up went exactly as planned. All I had to do was show up, go where she directed me, and marry the man of my dreams!
To any bride who is debating whether to hire an event coordinator or day-of-coordinator, I have to urge you to go ahead and do it! You will not regret the expense, I guarantee it!
It has been two months since my event, and I am still having guests tell me how beautiful everything turned out. They really can’t believe how seamlessly everything ran, and I again give credit where credit is due: Belle Tulle Events saved my sanity and created a fairy tale day for me!
