Also be sure to label anything you bring into the venue or you won’t get all of your items back because they will kept by the venue. Definitely have a later in the day wedding as you will need the extra time, just a little bride tip! The DJ, and coordinator that the venue provides were great! So was the bartender! Also, be careful on who you choose for catering as half my wedding guests were in the hospital with food poisoning. Also, be mindful that the venue is on a farm and there are animals on property. If anything happens and an animal (a large one) is injured they will more than likely put the animal down while you are on property as that did happen to us. We were all usher back into the reception area and locked inside. At the end of the day the venue is beautiful and I had a wonderful wedding just some things I wish had gone differently.

d. I am not a planner at all and tend to get stressed when I have a lot on my plate so this was a very important selling point for my husband and I. The vendors she has are top notch, very professional and made you feel like family. We had the most perfect wedding day that we will cherish for a lifetime.

Amy states all requirements and concerns in the contract so you know exactly what you're paying/signing for. She keeps the farm beautiful, my getting ready crew loved the bridal suite and all guests loved the venue.

Amy is truly incredible and offers the best all-inclusive deal you'll find in Florida, it includes so much and they take care of everything for you including contacting vendors. If you want a rustic farmhouse look for you wedding but don't want to worry about finding a crap ton of vendors I would 100/10 recommend Plantation Oaks Farms.

ding some high-stress moments that had the bride worried, to rest and made everyone feel as though it was no big deal! "We have you covered" seemed to be the mantra they worked under. Literally no issue was too large or panic-inducing.....they covered it with calmness and ease. Awesome Work! When a smudge was noticed on brides dress....Panic ensued. But these staff members were quick in resolving it and getting the dress dirt spots cleaned up before the ceremony. I cannot say enough to great support, hard work, and dedication that this group of people had for the entire outcome of such a beautiful wedding. They truly went above and beyond, every step of the way. The Bartender, Gigi....was PERFECT! Gigi went out of her way to ensure every attendee felt welcomed and appreciated. Her way of just BEING is so sweet....she was truly the perfect person for this event. I really am glad she was there to help our families have a wonderful time and awesome tasting drinks! Thank you to Amy, Lindsay, Rob, & Gigi for making a highly stressful day, Perfect beyond expectations.

PERFECT! And my husband absolutely loved the amazing antler chandelier. The barn is climate controlled (an absolute must for us, has gorgeous bridal and grooms suites, and the most beautiful ceremony site under the oak trees. Amy, the owner, is so nice, incredibly helpful, and is quick to respond to questions via email. She truly puts the bride first and will do everything she can to make your day perfect. I would get married here a hundred times over! Beautiful venue and amazing staff!

the all inclusive package it was a done deal! The staff is amazing, the vendor team is THE BEST, and Amy makes you feel like an old family friend. Just good vibes all around. You won't find a better value for your money either (trust me I did A LOT of research). It rained the whole day leading up to the ceremony but the team pulled out all the stops (leaf blowers included) so that we could have our ceremony during the break in the storm because it was so important to me to have it outside. I can't say enough good things about our experience here, I want to do it all again because it was that enjoyable and they made it so easy!

The vendors they recommended and that we used- from caterer, flowers, D.J., bartender, photographer and the coordinator ALL were great! The views of the surroundings won't be forgotten!

The bridal suite and groom rooms are HGTV-worthy; the main barn is spacious and glamorous with its wide windows overlooking the grounds, three antler chandeliers, and edison bulb string lights; the new outdoor patio makes for an nice, open-air cocktail hour; and each of the ceremony site options lets you put your unique spin on your special day. The staff were amazingly friendly and helpful (especially bartender GiGi - we love you, girl!), the site was immaculately clean, and the location (while a little remote) made for a romantic rustic getaway. It was the perfect place for our nuptials and I would definitely recommend it to anyone!

She was always available to answer questions via email, phone, or text, which was awesome for me since I was planning a wedding from long distance. The venue was decoration enough with the gorgeous oak trees and beautiful barn. My husband and I wanted a simple elegant country wedding and we couldn't have asked for a better place. All of the staff the day of, from the bartender to those helping set up and break down the tables and chairs were so nice and very punctual! There really is no other option for an elegant country wedding with great staff other than Plantation Oaks!
