Belles and Beaus Weddings

Our first meeting we setup to walk through the venue she no showed and eventually called after many texts had been sent to her and told me she forgot. On my wedding day she also showed up late and my family had already pretty much set everything up cause mind you the ceremony was going to start anytime and people had already been arriving. The whole point of hiring a wedding planner was so my family didn’t have to do those things and worry so they could enjoy that day with me but that didn’t happen. The whole night I was trying to find her to ask what was next on the timeline and if we were on time or if we needed to makeup time anywhere cause she was nowhere to be found and not keeping us up to date on those things and when I finally found her she had no idea what was next on the timeline. All she did was put desserts out on the table my family did the rest, refilling the water jugs, putting more dessert out when it got low, decorated everything, lit all the candles on the tables once it started getting dark etc. My photographer even did more than this lady. At the end of the night I asked her where the send off confetti was that we talked about previously and she had no idea what I was talking about she completely forgot that she said she would help get that ready. Definitely very disappointed and a lot of money wasted.
