Gayle did absolutely spectacular work to provide the most gorgeous florals at our wedding! She had creative ways of incorporating the Pacific Northwest greenery that I wanted for our rustic but elegant barn wedding, and it came out looking incredible. She is fabulous and I highly recommend to anyone planning a wedding!!!

I worked with Gayle for my elopement reception. She had several calls and emails with me to help me get it just right. Gayle was absolutely incredible to work with! She did such a wonderful job and her arrangements were absolutely stunning! I had a more complex ask because I had a cherry blossom theme in August 😁 So she had to mix real with artificial flowers and it came out exactly how I wanted! WOW! I was BLOWN AWAY by Belles & Whistles!! When I first contacted Gayle, I wasn't sure about how it all worked, and Gayle was quick to 'educate me'... As we got closer to the wedding date, I needed to make several changes and Gayle did it all with ease (and never took longer than a day to reply to any of my inquiries)! On the wedding day, her and her hubby showed up and I was absolutely AMAZED at how much more INCREDIBLE/GORGEOUS the arrangements looked than the example pictures I sent to her. And just WOW! Gayle and her husband even helped us move and plant the two beautiful 8 ft garlands we ordered on a beam and onto the ceremonial arch. Again, I could not give better/higher praises to this company and the amazing woman running it! 100% would hire them all over again!! THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!

It's hard to narrow down all the reasons we loved working with Gayle and her team. First of all - we were delayed two years, and Gayle was a constant source of hope and inspiration the entire time. Even as the seasons changed (and so did our vision), Gayle was able to adjust and ultimately put together the most stunning day. Gayle recently did my October wedding florals and I couldn’t have asked for more perfect flowers! We did a black and white theme with dried flowers and she created exactly what I had envisioned! We got soooo many compliments from guests and even all of our other vendors wanting her info! If you are looking for a florist Gayle is 10/10!!! :)

I am so glad I found Belles and Whistles for my wedding! The floral was above and beyond what I hoped for! Gayle Harvie worked with me to find the best budget options while getting a beautiful look. My husband and I eloped in August and I wanted something BIG for my flowers! Gayle took my vision and brought it to life, everything from the colors of ribbon to the flowers and accents in the bouquet.
I picked them up from her the day before (which she made super easy) and they lasted until our ceremony the next evening, which consisted of 4-5 hours of driving to the destination the day of our wedding!!
If your looking for quality, experience and don’t want to worry about if your flowers will be the best for your big day go with this company!

I was that bride that left everything for last minute. So you can imagine my panic when I was trying to find a florist that was able to create the vision that I had in my head. Every florist that I looked at seemed to be stuck in the past and I was determined to do things differently. After searching for FOREVER to find the perfect vendor, I saw Belles and Whistles and I immediately got into contact with Gayle and she was just amazing!! I sent her a detailed description of what I was looking for and she listened and sent me a layout of what I thought was even more perfect than I had ever dreamed of. I wanted that modern look with big beautiful pompas grass and dried florals and she delivered. I had thrown so many changes at her and she went with it and made it a smooth process. She is great at communication, and really works to give you the most "bang for your buck" within your budget parameters. Absolutely our favorite vendor that we worked with for our wedding! When wedding planning, all you want is good communication and good execution -- well, Gayle went above and beyond all expectations! She is incredibly sweet and knowledgeable. Her prices are reasonable and she is very reliable. She is always on time and willing to help out. If I had known sooner that she also does wedding coordinating/planning, I would have hired her for that too! She is so organized and really listened to what we wanted. The flowers were GORGEOUS -- our guests are still raving about how beautiful all the decorations were. She even had connections to elegant vases, candles, votives, and more. Gayle @ Belles & Whistles helped me design my daughter's wedding. She was so patient with all the changes made as wedding venues changed numerous times due to Covid. The floral design changed from an urban industrial to backyard garden wedding. Gayle created a magical setting beyond our imagination. She was flexible with the multiple changed dates and venue changes without any additional fees and agreed to refund the deposit if canceled due to Covid. In a highly stressful time of dealing with ever changing Covid protocols, Gayle was the one vendor to bring calm to the situation and assure us the wedding would turn out beautiful and without a hitch. She provided us with great advice. The floral designs were fantastic with combinations of flower, succulents, and pampas. Gayle is a very talented and creative designer who thinks outside the box. She knows how to help save you money by re-purposing designs. I highly recommend her as your florist.

Literally amazing. The amount of time and energy put into our arrangements is absolutely remarkable. I will forever and always recommend belles and whistles for that special day or event in anyone’s life
2020 was challenging for any bride, to say the least. Gayle was able to scale our floral decor from our original 170 person wedding, to a new location with a paired down guest list to finally having it in my maid of honors backyard with our immediate family and bridal party. She made herself available and came to each new venue to make sure she was able to make it perfect. I was blown away with the flowers, she truly transformed our friends house and made it feel like a wedding. She can make any budget work and has some really creative ideas for how to make your vision work no matter what. Through these challenging times, having vendors like Belles and Whistles is so important! She was so attentive and truly felt for all her brides and just wanted to make the best of it. Choosing a florist was overwhelming for me but she made it really easy, I showed her a Pinterest board of my ideas and she really did the rest. Everything she put together in her proposal was exactly what I wanted.

We had a great experience with Belles & Whistles for our wedding flowers in August 2019! Gayle was so easy to talk with and took great care in my requests. She was thoughtful and worked to make sure I had what I needed and that my vision came to life. She worked within the quote to make sure I could fit extra items I wanted and was very willing to work the numbers to make it a great value. Her flower selection was wonderful and I was very impressed. Having a vendor take a little extra care and flexibility mean a lot to me!
I was a bridesmaid in a wedding that Gayle both coordinated and supplied the flowers for. She has an amazing eye for detail and will make sure everything is exactly how you want it. The flowers were some of the most beautiful arrangments I have ever seen. She also went above and beyond to make sure the rehersal dinner was beautiful as well.

I am the owner of Gray Bridge Venue in Sultan WA. Belles and Whistles was the florist and wedding planner for an August, 2019 wedding at our venue. As a venue owner, we see the execution of an event and have a lot the ability to compare how a vendor performs relative to other vendors at other events.
Belles and Whistles was AMAZING! Gayle created an elaborate timeline with all the contact info and roles of the various vendors. Everyone knew what was expected of them, when and where they needed to be, and they all did their jobs thanks to Gayle's direction. It was an elaborate design and was gorgeous.
Gayle also did the florals for this event and they were over the top. She used color, texture, and height to achieve floral-wow that made this wedding stand out.
We would be happy to have Gayle and Belles and Whistles back anytime for weddings at Gray Bridge.

Beautiful, divine and an amazing. Gayle does extraordinary job. My wedding looked like a celebrity wedding. My guest were shocked on how gorgeous the wedding looked. Gayle wanted to try something new with my venue and use pampas grass. And wow it brighten the venue and added an effect that was gorgeous. She went above and beyond. Thank you Gayle loved my wedding decor.
Gayle was great to work with! She listened to my vision and made it come to life with the flowers she picked out. She met me at my venue ahead of time with a made up flower arrangement to test size and colors and to make sure it was everything I wanted. She really made me feel like she cared about my wedding day and went out of her way to find the perfect vases too!

She took the time to listen to my preferences, likes and dislikes and came up with exactly what I envisioned! I met Gayle by chance a couple months before my wedding. I had planned to do the DIY thing; I wanted beautiful flowers, but I didn't want to spend the money! Gayle suggested she could provide a comparable quote, but do the labor part of it as well. After hearing about my colors and theme, she created beautiful samples for me to evaluate and had a clear idea of how cost would work for each option. She gave me ideas for keeping some DIY on vases, table decorations, etc. Her flowers absolutely blew me away on my wedding day. My friends and family loved them as well. She truly went above and beyond in adding little special touches and helping ensure my day went smoothly with deliveries and set-up. In hindsight, I am beyond thankful that I did not attempt DIY for my flowers. I feel truly blessed I found Gayle and had such amazing flowers for my wedding day.

I got my start in floral & decor design from a friend's wedding... it all took off quickly from that point as my creativity and proof of work was discovered.
