WOW! I was BLOWN AWAY by Belles & Whistles!! When I first contacted Gayle, I wasn't sure about how it all worked, and Gayle was quick to 'educate me'... As we got closer to the wedding date, I needed to make several changes and Gayle did it all...
with ease (and never took longer than a day to reply to any of my inquiries)! On the wedding day, her and her hubby showed up and I was absolutely AMAZED at how much more INCREDIBLE/GORGEOUS the arrangements looked than the example pictures I sent to her. And just WOW! Gayle and her husband even helped us move and plant the two beautiful 8 ft garlands we ordered on a beam and onto the ceremonial arch. In a highly stressful time of dealing with ever changing Covid protocols, Gayle was the one vendor to bring calm to the situation and assure us the wedding would turn out beautiful and without a hitch. Belles and Whistles was AMAZING! Gayle created an elaborate timeline with all the contact info and roles of the various vendors. Everyone knew what was expected of them, when and where they needed to be, and they all did their jobs thanks to Gayle's direction. It was an elaborate design and was gorgeous.
Gayle also did the florals for this event and they were over the top. She used color, texture, and height to achieve floral-wow that made this wedding stand out.

Hello. My name is Gayle Harvie. I am an Event Planner + Floral & Décor Designer specializing in weddings. I got my start in floral & decor design from a friend's wedding... it all took off quickly from that point as my creativity and proof of work was discovered. My corporate experience in event planning was a plus. I found serenity in creating art with flowers and my craft rewarding. I'm always checking out latest trends to stay relevant.
