The florals for our wedding turned out fine but was a little disappointed with Belles Fleurs. Bonnie (owner) was extremely unorganized which made me very stressed and nervous. We m...
ade an appointment 5 months before the wedding to go over details. We get to Bonnie’s house and she has no idea who we were and no recollection of the appointment we made. She handed us off to her assistant because she was prepping for a wedding. One month before the wedding we set up a phone call to make sure everything was good before we paid our final bill. I called a couple times with no answer… 40 minutes later she final got back to us. 5 days before the wedding my coordinator called to ask if we changed our floral order. I told her no and she said Bonnie canceled the greenery we ordered. I called Bonnie to asked what happened because I didn’t cancel it and it was already paid for. She blamed her assistant that no longer works for her. The month prior she told us her assistant no longer was working there and we confirmed the greenery so it couldn’t have been that. The whole experience with Belles Fleurs left me stressed out and feeling uneasy. For how much we spent I expected my bridal bouquet and my bridesmaids bouquets to be bigger. The flower on husbands boutonnière broke off within an hour on putting it on. The greenery on the celling on the reception area was my number one decoration I wanted. I showed a picture of the entire area covered in greenery and told them is what I want. Unfortunately they only did one square in the center with greenery so I was a little disappointed. The floral arrangements on the tables and drapery were beautiful and I was happy with those.

ved that she repurposed flowers from the ceremony to the reception. We had exactly what the bride wanted and for a price that was affordable. Bonnie handled everything I threw at her with kindness and grace. Bonnie was so wonderful to work with. I had a destination wedding and during part of the planning process was living across the country. I was not able to meet with Bonnie face to ...
face in order to discuss what my vision was for the wedding. We discussed over the phone what I was looking for and simultaneously looked through my pinterest board at ideas I had saved. I was a little nervous not getting to meet in person, but I think Bonnie is a mind reader! She was able to take our conversation and my pinterest ideas and turn that into the most beautiful wedding flowers I've ever seen. I was obsessed with my bouquet, I absolutely loved it. We did 3 different centerpieces and they all turned out very lovely. When my mother returned items to the shop following the wedding she was able to talk with Bonnie and confirmed what I'd already known from just speaking over the phone that she is incredibly kind and such a pleasure to work with. You will not be disappointed trusting Bonnie and her team to create your arrrangements, they come highly recommended!

t the look and tone of the wedding, what flowers I liked, what my design vision was, etc. She ended up creating a beautiful bouquet for me from a picture I'd clipped from a magazine, and making beautiful bouquets, arrangements, boutonnières and corsages for the wedding party. She made gorgeous non-flower centerpieces that matched my vision, and were much cheaper than anything I could've done myself. And best of all, it was very cost-effective. I didn't think I was even going to be able to afford flowers for my wedding, and Bonnie made it possible.
