Every detail was just right, and our guests couldn’t stop raving about how gorgeous and welcoming the venue was. We are so glad we chose Belleview Meadows for such an important day. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a stunning and versatile place to celebrate!

I can not say enough about this venue. Me and my husband got married on 11/2/24 and it was amazing. The amount of spots for pictures and videos was amazing. We did a two day so we had time to set up day before and it was worth it. The owners were helpful and always around if we had question. We couldn’t have asked for better venue. I would recommend Belleview Meadows to anyone who asked.

more. Elizabeth was very accessible to answer questions via text the days leading up to the wedding. Our wedding was on Sunday so we needed to set up everything at 8am and we were ready for pictures by 1030 with the wedding at 3pm. It all worked out perfectly. Michael & Elizabeth were very helpful the day of the wedding as well. The rustic yet simple elegant style situated around beautiful meadows, idyllic pond, and vibrant woodlands was exactly the feel my daughter wanted for her wedding. There were multiple places to select around the property for the ceremony and there was no stress in the event of rain, as we could have easily moved the ceremony inside. I would give Belleview a gazillion stars because it was reasonably priced. Our experience with Belleview Meadows from start to finish was exceptional and we would be thrilled to host another event there should we have the opportunity in the future.

the day of the wedding, we attempted to contact them to response concerning yellow jackets in the field. There was no clear communication about setting up the chairs for the ceremony. They informed us the day before that they would be setting up the chairs, but 2.5 hours prior to the start of the ceremony, the chairs were still not set up and the owners would not answer their phones. The bridesmaids and groomsmen set up the chairs.
Overall, 3 stars because it was beautiful, affordable, and laidback but the owners need to establish better communication.

our price point and affordability! Treatment for all types of bugs and bees is regularly applied and when the coordinator alerted us of the issue we had spray on hand to treat the bees immediately. We hate there was a misunderstanding on the ceremony chair setup. Setup is one of our four options that can be added and we thought that was clearly communicated in the contract, the reminder email the week of the event, and our face to face communication on rehearsal day. A potential cause of our misunderstanding could be because we setup the reception tables and chairs before your arrival on the rehearsal day at no fee but not the ceremony chairs the day of the wedding. We thought that we were all on the same page and incorrectly assumed the coordinator was setting them up around mid day since there was no mention to us of chair setup throughout the morning prior to when it became an issue; either way, we apologize that it became an issue and a stressor during your special day. Definitely not how we would want things to happen. Moving forward we will use this experience to modify our communications to try and be more clear and ensure everyone has a better understanding of the options added.

The owners are very kind and were incredibly helpful even as I planned the wedding from 700+ miles away. The moment my husband and I stepped onto their property we felt peace and knew it was the place for us. It’s classy and chic with the sparkly chandeliers, while simultaneously boho with the wooden barn features.
