Our versatile and beautifully appointed Olympic Ballroom at Bellevue Club : Hotel Bellevue is the perfect setting for a wedding and reception and we only book one wedding per day. The Ballroom can comfortably accommodate 50-216 guests (maximum capacity 216). We also have an Atrium area which provides a perfect space for a cocktail hour prior to the start of your reception. Wonderful accoutrements are included when you host a wedding at the Bellevue Club - fine china and stemmed glassware, tables, chairs, white damask table linens, dance floor, simple bud vases with fresh seasonal flowers, votive candles, convenient parking for your guests, and a complimentary Club room for the bride and groom.

quote (super straight forward and outlined each aspect of the night) to the night of our wedding. We were able to have a few meetings with her beforehand to review the food options we wanted (so incredible!) to the day before to see the space setup and ensure everything from table layout to lighting were perfect.
A big thank you to Kayla, Luke, the entire catering team, bartenders, setup and cleanup crew. You all made this night so much fun, stress free, and seamless. We cannot thank you enough and express our gratitude for a truly incredible evening.
We did not have to stress about anything from setup to cleanup. Kayla and team handled everything and even had all items that we wanted back packaged up and waiting at the front desk of the hotel for pickup the next morning.
As we were evaluating vendors, we struggled to get up-front pricing or felt like we would be overpaying for what we were getting, but not with the Bellevue Club. The pricing was itemized by every single item from the beginning and there were so many fun options for food! Standouts were the appetizer lobster rolls and the French fry bar we had later in the evening.
Our wedding reception was everything we dreamed of and more! Everything ran smoothly and all our guests had amazing feedback for both the reception venue and hotel stay as well.
Thank you for everything Kayla and team! You truly made our wedding dreams come true and it was the greatest experience because of you all and all the help, guidance, and support you provided through the entire process!

one night comped. It came down to this venue and another venue having trouble choosing between. But truly the venue coordinator. Kayla won me over with her amazing organization skills, and friendly personality. She truly wanted to make my vision happen and get me whatever I wanted. The outside of the venue has gorgeous spots for photos as well and I love all the greenery. You cannot tell that it is located in the city. Staff was very friendly things ran very smoothly. I would definitely recommend this venue.

menus including either a buffet or sit down dinner. This venue also has a hotel on site so makes it easy for out of town guests. As a perk, the venue will give the bride and groom a suite on the night of the wedding.
Overall, would highly recommend this venue.

! Despite change in management, Alexis quickly got to know us and our wedding plans. She was patient and provided valuable feedback to help run the event smoothly. They went out of the way to accommodate and made sure our day is memorable! Definitely will do more events at this venue!

of-town guests, the Bellevue was extremely accommodating and easy to work with. Lisa was our wedding coordinator, and she was absolutely amazing. I never worried or was stressed once about the venue or the events of the day. She knows what she is doing! She was there in the morning while we were getting ready, saw us off on our trolley and was there to greet us when we returned from Mass. Everything ran smoothly, largely because of her. We had around 340 guests (many from outside of the country) and held our reception in the Grand Ballroom. It was so beautiful, I cried when Lisa brought my husband and I in before cocktail hour for a sneak-peek. It was the definition of classy and elegant, literally everything I ever dreamed of. We have gotten so many compliments on the impeccable staff, food and service. I would HIGHLY recommend the Bellevue!

ests at our wedding and everyone had a wonderful time. The food was delicious and the staff were very helpful. Many of our family and friends also stayed the night at the Hotel Bellevue for a discounted price. The rooms were very nice, spacious and comfortable. We wouldn't change a thing about our wedding day and definitely recommend it to anyone looking to have their wedding in the greater Seattle area.
