The salon reached out to confirm the time we needed to start, they were very professional and explained everything I needed to know to insure everyone’s hair would be done in time to start the first look. At our wedding I had 7 girls that needed to have their hair done. This vendor sent 3 people. All of the girls had different hair styles. My hair was absolutely stunning. It was exactly what I envisioned it would look like.

She was open to my feedback about a few changes I wanted to make from the trial on the day of, and she definitely captured the vision I had for my wedding. Olivia and the rest of the bridal team truly made us all look beautiful on my big day and I'm glad I chose them! The only thing I will say is the actual booking process is a little slow - definitely make sure you book far ahead enough to secure your date. It took about 2 weeks from first inquiry to putting down my deposit to book because they only except submissions through email. Once I was booked though, everything else went smoothly!

on is communication. There isn't a great form of communication between them via email, or messages. You can call the store, but it's not always guaranteed that someone will be there to direct the call too. I think improved email communication would really set this company over the top on wedding use! They also charge a hefty fee for travel, but I didn't do a ton of research on other companies and their fees, so I'm not sure if it's high compared to others or not. I just didn't personally expect such a high fee.

They were appropriately priced, professional, and helpful in the planning process. I would highly recommend them if you have an event in the St. Louis area!

s on the calendar and everything would work out just fine. I had my hair and makeup trial about a month out from the wedding and it went really great. My stylist Jordyn was phenomenal and really listened to what I was wanting. On the wedding day, Jordyn took the few little changes I wanted to make and did an amazing job! I was so beyond happy with my final look and felt so confident all day and night! The rest of the team did a great job as well! I had 8 other girls needing hair & makeup and the Belleza team took all of their inspiration and made it come to life! They were timely, fun to chat with, and just made the morning super relaxed and easy. I really appreciate them, their professionalism, and their expertise!

I received super dark roots, a halo of orange highlights around my face and bangs that were this bright yellow terrible color with no definition. I noticed this issue before she even began blow drying my hair and was informed, "it's just in a transition phase". It was still terrible after the blow out. She said she would work on it at my next keratin treatment. I am a nice person so I still gave her a 20% tip thinking she would fix it at the next appointment. I then promptly walked out to the parking lot and cried. Then drove down the road to a friend's house where she applied toner - which was not offered to me at the salon. 30 more bucks later and a trip to Sally Beauty and it was better but still not right. As my next appointment came around, the stylist needed a different time so I just went ahead and rescheduled altogether to accommodate her for 2 weeks later than originally expected. So two more weeks of orange halo and puke blonde bangs. I then responded after hours via text the night before my appointment finally arrived that I may have a transportation issue the next day and may not make it. However, we were able to get our vehicle fixed pronto and i left a voicemail stating I could still come. They only read my text at 0730 and never listened to any of their other voicemails for their customer mailbox before rearranging other people into my time slot. What location doesn't listen to voicemails first thing in the AM before rearranging appointments? In addition, I left all this info after hours so it is not like they already called people the day before.

modating, friendly, clean and professional as well as a pleasure to work with. All our ladies got exactly what they were looking for with their hair and makeup wants/needs while enjoying the atmosphere. As the bride, I visited the salon multiple times for hair and makeup trials and was blow away each time! They were extremely accommodating and flexible even with the drastic change that I decided to make a month before the wedding by cutting off appropriately 10 inches of my hair! They do a beautiful job and have absolutely excellent service!

s great, and my bridesmaids all had very different preferences and they made them all look beautiful. We had 12 women who needed hair and makeup and a 1pm wedding and had to wake up at 7 to fit everyone, but they did keep a good pace and even finished early which was nice. Would recommend!

. We did a trial beforehand and she was able to replicate it for the big day. She is so sweet and funny and talented! I absolutely loved the hair and makeup she was able to do for my wedding. She got it on the first try of our trial too! Fabulous team.

re. I went directly onto Belleza's website and filled out their form twice for hair and makeup services. After a couple of weeks passes by, I emailed them directly on their email address. 4 or 5 days pass and I don't hear anything. I call them on a Sunday and I knew they were closed, but left them a voicemail. Monday evening comes and I didn't get a call back. I call them on Monday evening and the bridal person is in a meeting, but I was told she will be back in 30 minutes or so and I left my name and number with the receptionist. Around 2 hours later, I still haven't received a call back. So I figured the message didn't get passed to her and decided to call again. I told the bridal person that I've been trying to get ahold of them for a few weeks and I have filled out the forms multiple times and even emailed them. She apologized and said my date was available and would book me even though she didn't ask for a deposit. I thought it was odd that she would block my date just like that. She told me she would send me an email and it's been two days now and I haven't heard anything back. The only reason I stuck around for this long was because the location was really close to our hotel. There are plenty of great reviews, but I'm having a hard time believing them now. The lack of structure and communication is disappointing and I will take my business elsewhere.

ng easy! I am from out of town and could not do a hair/make-up trial. I pulled out a few pictures and everything turned out perfect! They worked some magic with my COVID split ends. All the ladies were incredibly kind and made all the women in our wedding feel beautiful and confident. We are so happy we chose Belleza! My new husband was blown away by my new look :)

of my wedding, which was 10.17.20. Leading up to the big day, their wedding coordinator contacted me and communicated regularly with me in regards to pricing and answering any questions I had! She made splitting up the payments between each girl SUPER EASY, even with everything being on bill. The one thing I was not a huge fan of was I reserved the bridal suite for the day of and I was expecting to be in a more private "suite" area with my girls, but that was not the case. We were just in the back of the building, near where other clients had their normal hair appointments. With the bridal suite, we were supposed to get mimosas and fruit. They gave us one pitcher of mimosas (for 10 people) and then we asked for another, it seemed like we were only supposed to get one, which is silly for 10 people. They ended up giving us one more after we asked a couple of girls. Aside from the bridal suite not being what I thought it was, the stylists were AMAZING! Each girl showed them a picture of the hair and makeup they wanted, and the stylists delivered! I had Beth do my hair and makeup and she did AN UNBELIEVABLE job! She completely recreated the pictures I showed her and even saved the good eye lashes for me for my special day! Beth was extremely professional and knew what she was doing. I am so thankful I had Beth do my hair and makeup for my wedding day because there is no way I could have looked better! All of my bridesmaids and moms LOVED their looks and everyone's LASTED ALL DAY... which was very important to us. I would highly recommend Belleza for your wedding day!!

duling issue the day of, I would absolutely recommend them to another bride and choose to use them again. Carina the bridal service manager is so good at communication. Their other front desk staff was never less than superb and above friendly when it came fo my calls my questions, (especially since having a wedding during the pandemic I had extra concerns in my wedding party). I am so glad I went with my gut (& wish for as long as I can remember!) and drove 30+ minutes out of my way to have services done with Belleza. I felt relaxed, taken care of, I felt like the queen of the world and felt beautiful all day. It broke my heart cleaning my face at the end of the day because I just felt so beautiful and it had lasted ALL DAY LONG. I could go on and on about the good experience. Thank you Belleza Staff for making me feel like royalty and taking care of me.

I still look back at my wedding pictures and cringe at my hair. I've been a bridesmaid 16 times and had my hair done for each wedding. Never once did it look as unpolished and unprofessional as my wedding day 😢 Almost every detail and vendor for our wedding day was perfect, but Belleza was an unimaginable disappointment.

ce in booking for my daughter's wedding party. In January 2020 I booked for an October wedding. I received an email stating the date was available and I sent the contract in via their site. After several months with NO FOLLOW UP from Belleza, I contacted them to get an update. To my shock, I was informed that the date was no longer available and there was nothing they could do. After, I was told that they had booked over my appointment, I contacted the salon owner. While they did attempt to refer me to another salon, they were unable to accommodate. Frankly, had they had better follow up, and a tighter process, this never would have happened. This is a terrible and sloppy way to run a business and it appears that in their quest for growth, they are putting customer service aside. At the very least, I would have expected a call from them before booking over my date! There are many other options so please do your homework before booking with Belleza for you wedding! I would encourage going elsewhere!

eat job keeping you in the loop and making sure you feel comfortable as the bride. My trial with Amber was perfect and made me super excited for the big day! Although Amber had a family emergency the week of the wedding, Belleza and Amber were on top of getting me the best stylist available. Being the bride, and agreeing to have my hair and makeup done by someone new was a little scary for me. (I have very long, textured hair and I can be picky when it comes to up-does). But Amber did such a great job of taking notes during our trial that it was a seamless handoff. Noel is the stylist who was placed with me for hair and makeup on the wedding day and she did amazing!!! Belleza is a team of true professionals and they made me, as well as all of my bridesmaids feel so beautiful! I highly recommend this very experienced team! THANK YOU BELLEZA!
