She took time to get to know me while helping me in the fitting room, she didn’t give her opinion first and waited to see what I thought then went off of it. My group had a wonderful time as well. Highly recommended! Never felt pressured, was able to try on 10 different dresses in the time limit and then looped back to my favorites. I did say yes!! They also helped me pick out a veil that matched the dress perfectly!! Lots of options, very helpful. Definitely go here! You won’t regret it!

The seamstress that works out of the shop Ann is wonderful!! She made my dress fit like a glove even after breast reduction surgery in the middle of alterations! If that’s not incredible I don’t know what is :) I truly felt like a princess the day of my wedding, thank you so much Bellissima 💙

I came to them as a panicked bride who was told by another bridal shop they would not be able to order my dress in time, would not give me any other alternatives and refused to tell me the designer and dress name to help me try to find it elsewhere. Bellissima went out of their way to contact the designer rep to verify we could get the dress here in time and answer any questions I had. I never once felt rushed or ignored even when there were other brides in the salon and none of the ladies who work there ever had a negative attitude. They also gave me this wonderful little goody bag for being their customer. Such a personal touch to top off excellent customer service! I will be recommending every bride I know to go to them.

tially drew me here were the designers they carry. They really had a great selection of dresses with a lot of different designs and silhouettes. To make it even better, I was worried I would be hindered with a budget of less than 2k, but that was not the case at all. I had what seemed like unlimited options and didn’t feel like I was missing out at all. The viewing room is a small/medium sized room with two pedestals to accommodate two brides at once. I only had one guest with me and the other bride who was there had 4 and it was a little tight but manageable and not uncomfortable. However I would say for brides who have a larger group with them to notify the salon so they can try to give you a time slot by yourself. The only other negative I would say is that I didn’t feel my consultant was as personable as the previous salon I went to in Berkley. While dressing in the fitting room she didn’t try to converse with me or get to know me. However, she did do a great job picking out gowns for me and taking my thoughts into consideration. I picked out 5-6 gowns myself and after we tried those on she went and picked a couple herself and ended up choosing the gown I said yes to! She also did a really nice job picking out bridal accessories for me. I didn’t feel pressured or anything at all which was a relief. Overall I had a good experience here and I’m so glad I chose to come here!

When I found a dress I loved, I called Bellissima to make sure I could try that specific dress on, and they made a note in their system so they were ready on the day of my appointment. The staff were phenomenal - they were very personable and conscientious of my budget as we looked at dresses. They made me extremely comfortable and took great care of my group. The best part of the experience was that I needed to come back later in the day after I had a second appointment at a different shop, and they let all 8 of us back in the store 10 minutes before closing so I could try on the dress I ended up buying. It was exactly what I needed to make up my mind, and they were so gracious even though they had to close a few minutes later than planned. I can't wait for my fittings and to work with these ladies again!

my first appointment! All the dresses i thought i would like i was not liking and she knew exactly what to do! They have the most gorgeous and unique dresses that you will not find anywhere else all while being able to stay in your budget! I went back to the salon almost a month later to purchase the dress with my mom who was out in mi to get my dress with me!

s so helpful nice...Nancy was absolutely exceptional! My entourage picked dresses for me to try on, and then Nancy pulled some too. I ended up saying, "yes" to the dress she pulled for me, after seeing my style. It was the dream dress I never knew I wanted and I definitely had the "bridal moment." I never felt pressured into buying a dress, like I have at other places. In fact, I returned a few days later to purchase it! I also loved hearing that they help out with Tim Tebow's Night to Shine, as my sister is special needs and I am a special ed teacher...it was meant to be that I got my dress from here. I would recommend them to anyone and can't wait to return when my dress comes in!

y experience at Bellissima was a wonderful one. Nancy's energy is very "fast" and I could see how it might make some brides feel overwhelmed but it didn't affect me. I was happy that she was able to get me in and out of dresses so quickly. I think I tried on more dresses there than any other salon in just one hour. This was also the only salon I went to that had dresses for under $1,000. Worth adding to your list when you're scheduling appointments!

om this vendor (or any vendor), do not buy it. I felt pressured, they insisted I had to buy it immediately if I wanted to get a dress in time. I'll spare all the painful details. But - I got it just 2 weeks before I had to leave for my wedding and it was way too small. And I had lost 3 lbs., not gained any weight. I ended up buying a dress from another vendor, which I received immediately. The $2K dress from Bellissima was never worn. They won't take it back, of course. I should have said no when I felt everything was off. Lots more details I could share, but the point is, please just trust your gut.

sized the area of my body that I don’t feel comfortable with :(. I usually don’t like writing poor reviews on places but it didn’t really seem like my consultant cared that I was there. I showed her some pictures on my phone of what I wanted and she seemed annoyed that I had an idea of what I wanted to try on. I had another appointment at a shop in Waterford after this appointment and found my dress with the very nice lady’s there ❤️

When we started looking at dresses, the two consultants helping us look at dresses on the rack seemed very annoyed when I knew what I wanted and didn’t want. Let’s just say if you want something other than lace, don’t go there. While we were trying on dresses, the consultant was less than helpful. As soon as I walked into the viewing room, she walked out of the room and left me standing on the pedestal. This happened with almost every dress I tried on. The consultant helping the other bride in the room told me I looked pretty more than my consultant. I honestly felt ignored and that I was not important...when we left, my entourage told me that because of the mirrors in the hallway they could see the consultant rolling her eyes and making unpleasant faces and rude comments, when she thought she was out of sight, simply because I was being critical of the details of the dresses and how they fit my body. By the time we left, the entire group was frustrated and regretted going to this store. Oh, and the fitting rooms are very small. There was only one small stool that had a fan on it, and I had to put my clothes on the floor.

I wanted illusion sleeves added to my dress and she created exactly what I had in mind. I am so happy with how it turned out. I would definitely recommend Bellissima to other brides!

She pulled many dresses, all of which I loved and fit my body well! She was not pushy, did not rush my appointment, and gave honest input on the styles that fit me best. I was so pleased to have gone to Bellissima (I ended up buying the dress I went there for). Their prices are very reasonable, the staff is incredible and helpful, and the shop is adorable! Highly reccommend!

was tended to very well when I looked for dresses. I got married on August 19th, 2017 and received many compliments on my dress, veil and headpiece. I would highly recommend coming here for your dress!

ood I felt as a bride at Bellissima's. Rae Lynn knew exactly what I wanted and paired a vail and belt with my dress perfectly (I looked at the other ones but the ones she picked look like they were made for the dress!). I love honesty, and she was honest and upfront about how certain silhouettes wouldn't look good on me due to hemming, etc. I was torn between 2 dresses (it was so nice to have an option that I didn't expect to have because of the uniqueness of the style I wanted) and came back the next day, ordered my dress and was measured. She was very informed and was able to answer all my questions. They also don't work on commission so they won't up sell a more expensive dress that you're not comfortable with. To top it all off the dresses are gorgeous, the store is very clean, neat, and pretty, and alterations are on site! I couldn't be happier and I can't wait to have my dress!!!

ess stayed put all night long. Everyone was raving about the look of the gown and the elegant simplicity. The ladies that work here are friendly and accommodating. You can tell they love what they do and are genuinely happy to help make your wedding day gorgeous :).

about how pleased i was with this place. my first bridal appointment went good, i left with one dress specifically in mind and then the following weekend i went to a different bridal salon and didnt find anything i loved so when i was leaving the other place i called bellissima and asked if i could pop in to try that dress on again, i didnt have an appt and it was a saturday afternoon i didnt think they would let me but they said it was fine. when i got there they had the dress ready for me. i loved it but i also ended up trying on another dress and then i was torn and couldnt decide because i liked them both so much. they were sooo helpful and patient with me i literally kept trying them on back to back and trying different accessories with them and i bought the one. then after i got home i realized i wanted the other one instead... im the most indecisive person ever.. and of course they were closed until tuesday, i called them and left a message and emailed the salon and ect. because i wanted to switch the dress to the other one. and i actually got an email back later that night saying that it shouldnt be a problem n ect. so on tuesday when they were open again they let me take care of everything over the phone, and i got the dress i wanted! they were very accomodating and so helpful and had tons of beautiful dresses to choose from for any budget and style. amazing service and would reccomend to everyone. the salon itself is small and if they have multiple appts the brides all come out to one room to show off their dresses instead of a more private viewing but it worked out, thats probably the only negative i can think of but thats not a deal breaker by any means. everyone should check this place out i cant believe how helpful they were with me being a pain:(

what I was looking for and pulled unique dresses for me to try on. When I came back to try on my favorite dress they listened to me tell my MOH what I loved about the dress and what I hated then found a dress that had the things I loved and fixed the problems. That is the dress I bought. I adore my wedding dress and appreciate so much that they listened to my ramblings and found my perfect dress for me! They were patient with me as I started calling wondering when my dress would arrive and I went with their recommended seamstress which made the process so easy! The staff here is very helpful and if you can tell them what you like and don't like I'm sure they can help you find a gorgeous dress!

had to use a tiny hallway "change room" which was just a curtain pulled over a 3 foot space. Impossible to try on the dresses comfortably.
