I had a wonderful experience at Bellísima. My mom and I both said we could not imagine a better dress-buying experience. Monica was very kind, knowledgeable and helpful. She helped me select a dress and veil that were everything I hoped for.

I can't say enough about how much I love Bellissima! I live out of town but they carried the dress I knew I would LOVE and I'm so thankful they did. This shop is so cute and charming! Monica and her staff are very kind and accommodating. I had to strategically schedule my appointments since I would only be there for a day at a time and they were so easy to work with. They helped me handle alterations and accessories as well. I ended up getting my veil and faux fur shawl from there as well! The dress was so beautiful and buying it here was the perfect experience!

Bellissima is such a special place from the dresses available to the people working there! The store is lovely with an amazing selection of classic, timeless gowns and Monica was so sweet in helping me find a dress that I felt beautiful and confident in. My alterations turned out perfectly - my dress fit like a glove and I received so many compliments! The entire experience was fun and seamless from the beginning to end.

Bellissima Bridal is one of three boutiques I visited to find my dress. It is the only boutique that really stood out in terms of quality dresses and wonderful store ambiance. I received so many compliments for my dress, especially for its fabric and quality. Samantha was very patient and helpful as I was searching for my dream dress. The alteration appointments with Ysabel were seamless and she was able to fit the dress perfectly to me. The entire process with Bellissima was well-organized and timely. I am so thankful for this team and highly recommend this place for any bride to be.

I had such a wonderful experience with Monica shopping for my wedding dress. I had come into the salon already loving a certain Anne Barge dress but knowing it was out of my price range. Monica was able to work her magic and I walked away with my dream dress! Monica is so sweet, stylish, and knowledgeable. You will not be disappointed!

This place is so special. Monica and her team are lovely and make you feel so loved and comfortable. I felt free to just be myself and enjoy the day. The salon is beautiful and cozy and very clean. Safety was my top priority for dress shopping during a pandemic, and we felt very safe with Belissima's COVID-19 protocol. Monica and her team had pulled dresses based on our email conversations, but I also felt free to explore the selection. Monica has a huge selection of gowns but it's not overwhelming, and I love the designers she carries. She has such a command for the industry and the possibilities in terms of customization, etc. I had done a bit of perusing online before my appointment, and I had two gowns in mind by a Belissima designer that I knew I wanted to try. Monica was able to bring in the gowns in time for my appointment, which was very special. It was a wonderful experience and I can't recommend them enough. I can't wait until my dress arrives and we can start the fitting process!

From the moment I walked in and was greeted, I knew Bellissima was where I would find my wedding gown!! Monica and her team are so knowledgeable about the industry and the gowns, talented when it comes to picking out dresses and keeping the appointment low stress and fun, and SO very welcoming and sweet! I would label myself the "indecisive" bride but Monica was so accommodating, pulled the most gorgeous gowns and knew just what to say and the questions to ask to help guide the appointment. Throughout the whole appointment, I was comfortable and got the full bridal experience you dream about when shopping for the most important dress you'll ever wear!! Standing on the pedestal and when they put a veil on - it was a magical experience and I was so lucky to share it with my mom and maid of honor. After selecting the dress, the amazing experience continued during the fittings. The in-house seamstress is so talented and dedicated to helping you get the PERFECT fit. I felt so elegant and beautiful on my wedding day and am so confident that I will look back in 5, 10, 40 years and still feel like it was the absolute perfect dress for me. That is another amazing thing about this boutique - their curated dresses are all selected to be timeless! Beyond their professionalism, they are just fun and amazing people to be around! At my last fitting, when my plans were beginning to shift due to COVID, they were so supportive and listened to my worries and just made me so hopeful that it would all work out (and it did!) Planning a wedding at this time was incredibly stressful but they knew just how to put a smile back on my face. Hands down, look no further if you're in the Winston or surrounding areas ! Selecting this boutique will be one of the easiest and best decisions you make :)

Monica is amazing! I definitely recommend going to Bellissima. Immediately she made me feel so comfortable and had pulled my perfect dress. She communicated with us beforehand and during the appointment she helped me understand what style I liked. She went into detail about the type of fabrics, styles etc. You can tell that this is Monica’s passion. I had the greatest experience buying my wedding gown from Bellissima! From the moment I stepped in to the store with my family to the day I got to bring home my gown it was an all around great experience. Brittney helped me decide on the perfect gown by selecting options that worked well with my budget and body style! She was kind, knowledgeable and sincere in her recommendations. My alterations turned out perfectly and I enjoyed each appointment as the dress transformed into "my dress". The store is always beautiful and clean and the staff is genuine and accommodating. Even during a pandemic Bellissima went out of their way to make sure my dress was ready in time for my bridal portraits. All around great place to start your happily ever after.

Monica and Brittney were a dream to work with. At my first fitting I was really thrilled when Monica had dresses pre-pulled for me based on what I had described to her and told her what I wanted. She also did a great job working with my budget and never made me feel funny about my budget! I tried on about 3 dresses and she had pulled one I NEVER would have thought to try on and it was my dress! Immediate tears and I was so excited. I was able to customize the dress and it was pure perfection. Every appointment, I felt like, and was treated, like family. It was always so much fun going to see Monica and Brittney and I miss it now!! I was lucky and did not need any alterations, but when I did meet with the alterations team the first time, they were just as lovely. It was so important to support local when purchasing my dress and I cannot imagine working with a more talented, loving and fun team! Thanks, ladies!!!

WOW! What to even say about Bellissima. This is the best bridal shop I have been to. I have been with many friends to try on dresses for their big days, but Bellissima was my first and ONLY stop for my big day! The first appointment I had not tried any dresses on and the staff honed in on what I wanted with just 5 dresses! I ONLY TRIED ON 5 DRESSES! they are that good! The quality, the customer service, and the love they bring to every appointment is just amazing. You become a part of the family when you become a Bellissima Bride! Finding a dress can be overwhelming and stressful but they made my mom, sister, and I feel so comfortable and it became an exciting and fun experience! You cannot go wrong with such a wonderful, quaint bridal salon and you will absolutely feel like a beautiful bride the moment you step into the store!

Bellissima was so incredible to work with during my wedding! They were communicative and made the experience wonderful. They respected all of my wishes like my desired price point and made me feel cared for every step of the way. One day we miscommunicated about the timing of an appointment and they even made up the error with a lovely gift. Their professionalism and caring customer service are unparalleled. I can't say enough positive things about Bellissima and their staff! They were WONDERFUL and the dress selection was fantastic. They are so patient, share good advice, made awesome suggestions. I was actually able to work with the designer of my dress, Robert Bullock, as he was in town for a trunk show. Fantastic! You will not regret looking for your wedding dress at Bellissima. It was the FIRST place I looked for a wedding dress, and everything was so fantastic that I decided on my dress on the very first day I was shopping and didn't even feel hesitant because it was such an awesome experience. I ❤️ BELLISSIMA. I visited two bridal salons on my search for the perfect gown. While the first salon was fine, Bellissima was so much more elevated in every way. The quality of gowns, selection and services were far away the best. The salon is beautiful and I was afraid with my $2000 budget the selection would be limited but I tried on so many beautiful options in my budget and ultimately fell in love with the very first gown I tried on. These ladies know what their doing! I highly recommend Bellissima to all brides!

Above and beyond!! This local boutique is such a gem! The moment I walked in for my appointment, I was greeted with a warm smile and felt so special. Monica and her staff had picked a handful of gowns they thought I may like based on what I had (vaguely) thought I wanted, and they hit the nail on the head. I ended up ordering the first gown I tried, and even was able to have a a few customizations. Not only did they help me find my dream dress, I was able to meet the designer just a few weeks later at the shop! Such a wonderful experience. I had gone to a few bridal stores prior to Bellissima, and was beginning to really worry I was not going to be able to find a gown that I loved. At Bellissima, however, I loved the first 3 dresses I tried on. All of the gowns are so beautiful, and then women who work there are truly incredible. They all are very accepting, encouraging, and patient. I can't say enough great things about this bridal store.

Monica was amazing to work with. I had a horrible experience at the first boutique I went to. I came into Bellissima feeling discouraged and "cheap". They quickly turned my frown turn into a smile. I told them what I was looking for and they pulled two dresses. The second one was perfect for me and the price was within my budget. They paired my dress with an amazing veil. They made me feel absolutely beautiful and confident. Their seamstress is also amazing to work with. She was fast and did an awesome job. I couldn't be more happy with my experience.

I thoroughly enjoyed my experience working with the staff at Bellissima. They were friendly, listened to my opinions, and responded to emails in a timely manner. The store itself is sparkling clean, and the personalized experience allowed me to enjoy my gown shopping experience without having a lot of other brides looking at the same time. I can't say enough good things about Bellissima and the ladies who work there. All brides in NC should go to this store! I don't live locally, but wanted to shop in NC so my mom, who lives there, could go with me. I found Bellissima on the Knot and decided to give it a go. The shop is so lovely and every person that works there really knows their stuff and how to help. I wasn't sure what style I wanted and Monica, the owner, was so patient and helpful. After each dress I tried on she asked what I liked and didn't like. When I tried on "the one" my mom and I both cried. Monica then suggested we take a couple hours to think about it, and I came back later that afternoon and purchased the dress. The experience at Bellissima feels so personal and special. I loved going there for every fitting and Amy the seamstress is also fantastic. My mom even took her dress to Amy for alterations, and after a minor mishap during my portrait session, Amy fixed a small rip in the lace of my dress before the wedding day. I did shop at a few other stores before finding Bellissima, but none of them compared to the experience and customer service. Buy your dress here! You won't regret it.

Bellissima was the first bridal boutique I visited early on in my engagement. It was just a block down the street from my apartment, and honestly, I went on a whim just to get a feel of what the dress-shopping experience would be like. Little did I know, I'd find my dress then and there. I'd been in touch with Monica setting up my Saturday appointment and sent her some pictures of dress styles I'd fallen in love with online. After unsuccessfully trying on 5 beautiful gowns in the boho/minimalist styles I requested (unsuccessfully because I personally didn't feel I was rocking them) , Monica suggested a gown that was *completely* different from the styles I'd sent her. It was THE ONE. That's just to say, Monica meets her clients, talks to them and immediately realizes their personalities and body types and finds the one that'll fit like a glove. Cue the waterworks from my mom, sisters and MOH when they placed one of their veils on my hair to complete the look. I couldn't have been more pleased. Thanks also to Brittany for her care and attention to detail while helping me try my gorgeously intricate gown. I married the love of my life in an extremely romantic lace sleeved and chiffon ballroom gown that I felt sexy and beautiful in thanks to Monica and Brittany. I highly recommend Bellissima for your bridal attire needs. They also have a stunning selection of bridal accessories, bridesmaid attire and flower girl dresses available. This is where fairy tales come true! My mom and I were simply clueless when it came to my wedding style, but Anne and Monica were my fairy godmothers! Anne made me feel like a princess by helping me pick a style, bringing me variety, and catering to my every move. They worked with me, despite being an apathetic bride, and made me so excited! I had a VERY tight time frame, and they made it work without any stress. They know their merchandise so well allowing them to cater to your style and vision, as well as make recommendations. The quality of gowns is simply stunning, and they are a full service dream team. I highly recommend this boutique and have been spreading the word to everyone I know!

I bought my wedding dress from Bellissima and I loved my experience! Before I went to try on dresses, I spoke with Monica about what I wanted and my budget. I chose a beautiful dress that fit nicely in my budget! I also had all my alterations done at Bellissima and they custom made a bolero for me too! First of all, Bellissima is the cutest bridal salon. I knew I wanted to find "the" dress at a place that made me feel special and comfortable, and Monica and Brittany at Bellissima did just that, from the first appointment where I found my dress (in a snow storm) to the final fitting (when the power had gone out due to a hurricane). I came in to my first appointment with an idea of my "dream" dress, and left with something totally different - and better! The variety and quality of dresses they have is ideal - not so many that the process becomes overwhelming, but enough to find a unique dress that is best for you. I had always dreamed of having a wedding dress with a bow, and when the dress I picked didn't come with one Monica worked with me to find a solution (a detachable bow that I could wear for the reception). The dress I found at Bellissima was truly the star of the wedding and I couldn't be happier with my choice. A really pleasant experience that I encourage every North Carolina bride to experience for themselves!

I first visited Bellissima as a bridesmaid, helping a dear friend find her wedding gown. I was blown away by Monica's customer service during a sample sale. We had a private one-on-one appointment, which is pretty unheard of during a sample sale weekend. I was convinced that Monica would give everyone the same high quality experience, whether their budget was $1,200 or $12,000. When it came time for me to find my own wedding gown, going to Bellissima was a no-brainer. Monica did not disappoint. I felt heard throughout the process and Monica was really invested in helping me find my perfect dress that reflected my personality and flattered my figure. After purchasing and throughout alterations, they had great communication.

I found out about Bellissima when I was dress shopping 2 years ago with the girl who would become my matron of honor at my own wedding. It was such an intimate and personalized experience. It was the only bridal salon I went to when I started my own dress search. As soon as I walked in the door, they immediately recognized me from my time in the shop 2 years ago. They did such a fantastic job pulling dresses for me based off of the styles I had in mind and the pictures I showed them. They were so easy to work with. It's so nice to be able to have the alterations done in store as well and they will also clean/preserve the dress after the wedding. Such an amazing boutique and I can't recommend them highly enough!

Monica and Brittney are such pros, and they helped me select the most beautiful gown that fit my price range, personality and venue. The alterations process was equally flawless. I absolutely loved my experience at Bellissima! I live in Charleston, SC, and had gone to tons of bridal boutiques already but decided to visit Bellissima during one of my trips home to Winston-Salem. We were immediately greeted by Monica and I was so impressed with their selection of gowns with a variety of prices. I ended up purchasing a dress off the rack from Bellisima and the most beautiful bolero. Monica helped to make my vision for my wedding day come true. The in house alterations are wonderful and she was able to work around my schedule as an out of town bride. Highly recommend Bellissima!

All the stars! These ladies deserve 100 stars. I visited 2 other boutiques in the area and I should have just visited this one gorgeous Bellissima. Where to start - Monica really really listened to what I wanted and brought me the most gorgeous dresses within my budget. She went through fabrics and the way the gowns fit and showed me the qualities of each dress. I feel like I was getting a dress education while narrowing it down to that one perfect gown. My perfect dress was actually one Monica had pulled right from the beginning however she tried other things on me to help confirm that I had found "the one". There are probably 100 dresses in the shop but it felt so easy to find the right gown. Everything felt so right. After visiting two other boutiques I realized that lighting is very important. Bellissima had the best combination of natural and overhead lighting. The mirrors are gorgeous and the space just feels comfortable. I felt very well taken care of and am so very happy to be a Bellissima Bride!

I really cannot recommend Monica and her store enough. All of her gowns are beautiful, and she does an amazing job of walking you through them. She is honest, not pushy and most of all, nice, kind and funny. She helped me find my dress (which was not easy) after I visited over 6 different stores. She did so with a friendly attitude and truly listened to me. Go here!!!! You will not regret it. I also bought my earrings and flower girl dress here. Everywhere else in the area pales in comparison. I'm so glad that Bellissima is part of my wedding day.

I cannot imagine having a better experience anywhere else! Monica and her team of bridal consultants were nothing short of amazing. These women were able to accommodate my size (I am normally a size 12 and I am 6' tall, which makes for a much larger bridal size) and I never felt more glamorous and beautiful. They took the time to get to know me and exactly what I wanted. They lead me to the most incredible gown that was far below my budget and then the fun came in... we completely customized it! Their expert knowledge of fabrics, straps, belts, veils, etc. was beyond any expectations that I had. I am truly getting a one-of-a-kind dress and I am just so excited to continue working with my Bellisima family to tailor and fit my gorgeous wedding dress! The ladies at Bellissima have been a dream to work with! Not only were they super helpful in the try-on process (which has the potential to be overwhelming), but they have also been wonderful with helping me pick out shoes and accessories. They are even loaning me a veil for my bridal portraits since mine will not be in on time. They truly go above and beyond and make each bride feel special!

This was honestly the worst experience I've had dress shopping. I sent pictures of what I was looking for before my appointment and was clear about my budget. The saleswoman pulled about 6 dresses, all of which came from their sample sale and would have to be purchased as is. But none of the dresses she pulled were really what I was looking for, and I explained why to the saleswoman. So after about 45 minutes, she asked if I would like to try any of the 6 dresses on again. When I said no, she took the dresses out of the changing room and never came back. Apparently that was the end of my appointment! It was extremely awkward. My mom then asked if we could see a different style I was interested in. The saleswoman went back to the same 6 dresses and proceeded to tell us how they could be significantly altered to be a different style. Again, very awkward. According to their website, they carry dresses within my budget. So I'm not sure why they only wanted me to try on dresses from their sample sale? Perhaps they just didn't have the kind of dress im looking for. If so, it would've been nice for them to explain that to me rather than push me out of the door. I was also under the impression that my appointment would last an hour and a half, not 45 minutes. So I literally spent more time driving to this appointment than I did actually looking at dresses. Very disappointing.

Erica and I continue to receive outstanding service throughout the process of alterations, suggestions for accessories from other vendors, and the attention to detail! I'm a Bellissima Bride! I was blown away by the beautiful gowns and stellar customer service. I'm the best at making decisions but the ladies at Bellissima listened to me and pulled the most perfect gowns. They narrowed styles until bingo I realized a fit to flair was the perfect shape. They made finding the gown easy, comfortable and fun! I loved every minute and you will too!

I love this boutique!!! This was the best experience, service and gown selection by far. By luck, I scheduled my appointment during a Robert Bullock Trunk Show. I tried on other designers but ultimately fell in love with a gorgeous gown from this designer. Out of all the shops I visited I think Bellissima has the best selection. I would say there is 75-100 dresses in the boutique and are all gorgeous! Some other pros - the lighting is great. There is a good amount of natural light and overhead light. My bridal consultant, Brittney, really took time to get to know me and what I was looking for. We chatted in the dressing room and she gave me kind but honest feedback on every gown. The ladies there really work as a team and you can tell they really care about each bride. My group and I just loved the experience. Can't wait to see my gown again and start on alterations!

Can I give 10 stars!?! I heart the sweet ladies at Bellissima! I needed a gown for my wedding just 3 months away, yikes! When I called to schedule my appointment they immediately put me at ease. They even told me about an upcoming Sale on Samples so I could save on my gown! I found the perfect gown for my upcoming wedding at a great price but more importantly - I Love It! They do in-house alterations which made it extremely convenient and the seamstress was wonderful!

BEST EVER! I am so happy to be a Bellissima! Every bride should make an appointment at Bellissima! The gowns are stunning and the shop is so beautiful. I worked with Brittney and Monica and they were both patient and kind and fun! I went to 2 other bridal shops in the area and can honestly say the gowns at Bellissima were the best quality and selection. My family is from out of town and has been raving our experience at Bellissima!

I made an appointment and came in and described exactly what I was looking for in an email prior to my appointment, but when I arrived there were no dresses that fit my basic criteria of neckline and fabric so I had to keep an open mind. I have heard wonderful things about this place, and Monica. I did not actually work with Monica though and maybe my experience would have been a bit different if I had. I'm only here to give honest feedback about my experience. I did not feel that there was a large selection or that I was overwhelmed by beautiful choices, and I tried on about 5/6 dresses in my time there. I found one that COULD be drastically altered to be what I needed, but it would be the dress there in the store which was 5 sizes too large, so we're looking at a lot of alterations. I don't hold any of this against them. its like shopping for anything. Sometimes you just don't find what you're looking for and that is okay! Here is the part of my experience that is worth mentioning Like I said I did find a dress that could be altered to be what I liked, but when I mentioned I had another appointment that afternoon I was told I could have 20% off that dress if I bought that same day. I said okay, well after I go to my next appointment I will call back here and let you know if I want this dress so I don't lose out on the 20% (that is hundreds of dollars and basically if I don't choose this dress within hours I will lose out on hundreds of dollars!) this is the first place I've ever gone to try dresses by the way! Please don't try to light a fire under my butt. If this dress truly is the right one, I will get it. Spending thousands of dollars on anything should be a carefully Thought out decision. I was then told: "if you found the dress you like here, why would you go to your other appointment?" That made me feel like I was doing something wrong. Please don't make me feel bad for having an appointment elsewhere. Maybe I go there and hate the dresses... but to feel that amount of pressure is not right for something like a wedding dress. It put stress on me. I walked out of there at 1 pm with a weight on me because of this new "deadline" of 5 pm. This is the same reason people hate shopping for cars. You feel pressure from the sales person who wants to make that sale. If I were the consultant working with a bride I think I would have had enough confidence in my dresses to say... enjoy your other appointment! Our beautiful dress is here should you have no luck there. Don't you want the bride to find the right dress for her? I went to my other appointment and felt no pressure at all. It was a different experience entirely where I felt the owner had a real genuine interest in ME and what I was looking for. I'm not angry about how things happened at all and I'm not going to give one star because of any bitterness. My experience certainly wasn't BAD. I Just wish that element of pressure had never existed. The consultant I worked with was nice. I'm sure they do a wonderful job with many brides. I personally just wanted to share my experience and let anyone know what to be prepared for should you go there. Maybe save this place for last? So you have other things to compare it to and will feel more comfortable making a decision quickly should they offer a same day discount on a dress you love.

My experience with Bellissima was wonderful from start to finish. From welcoming my family into the most darling salon and listening to my concerns throughout the appointment, I felt important. Monica and Natalie we're there for my desires, not to just sell a wedding dress. We are moving our wedding day up from when I specified during the appointment and I was assured that my dress and alterations would be done in a timely manner. Monica always gives a quick response to emails which as a bride, makes me feel like a priority. Not to mention she is best friends with Jennifer at GreenBeeFloralDesigns which has helped tremendously. Bellissima was my first choice when choosing a gown for my wedding on October 7, 2017. I'd had several friends tell me about their wonderful experiences with Monica, and they were right! My first appointment was with Brittany, who walked me through the store, selecting the dresses that fit my preferences perfectly. I found the best dress for me, a sleek Robert Bullock gown with tulle skirt and fell in love! Monica and Brittany were amazing through the entire process, from each fitting through the final pick up before my big day. They made sure my dress was in pristine shape and I felt beautiful as I put it on for my wedding. I wish I could give Bellissima and the lovely ladies that work there 100 stars. When I visited Bellissima I had already purchased a gown from a nearby boutique. I felt pressured and unsure of my purchase and I didn't love my gown. I was a bit embarrassed to tell my story but I was immediately put at ease. I worked with the owner, Monica. She listened to what I wanted and helped me find my dream gown. After I found the gown she had me try on a smilier style to my 1st dress to make sure I didn't want to keep the 1st gown. I knew that the gown I found at Bellissima was "the one". Monica encouraged me to go home and think about it, she wanted to make sure I was sure. She let me take my time. I had an amazing time, from the time I looked for a dress, to the alterations with Ann whom was very kind and by the time I picked up my dress. I had my appointment by myself so I was tended to very well when I looked for dresses. I got married on August 19th, 2017 and received many compliments on my dress, veil and headpiece. I could not be happier that I chose Bellissima to buy my wedding dress. It was the only place I looked, partially because I found my dress while I was there and I knew I wanted to be a Bellissima bride once I walked in the door. Monica was amazing! I had gone to multiple bridal salons before finding Bellissima and hated trying on dresses. I am from Winston-Salem, but currently live in Alabama and was shopping for my wedding dress during my Christmas vacation in NC. Brittney was my bridal consultant and I cannot express how helpful and pleasant she was to work with! I came to Bellissima with a few general styles that I was interested in and Brittney helped me consider a different/unique option while still incorporating my overall aesthetic that I completely fell in love with. I never once felt that the experience was stressful or overwhelming and the gowns were exponentially more beautiful and comfortable than dresses I had tried on previously. I give Bellissima my highest recommendation and am looking forward to working more with them this year for my fittings and alterations!

I couldn't have asked for a better experience selecting a wedding gown. I was so anxious about finding a dress and as soon as I stepped into the salon and met Monica, my worries went away. My dress was perfect and I thank these ladies from the bottom of my heart. My maid of honor already said she wouldn't want to find her dress anywhere else.

I did not find my dress at Bellissima but had a great experience. The private appointments are really nice - you are not competing with other brides looking for dresses and the staff can focus on you. They have a medium sized selection and a number of sale dresses. The boutique is beautiful and comfortable.

This was hands-down the best experience I had while trying on wedding dresses. Monica and her staff have created the most welcoming environment for a bride and her family and friends. When I had to move to CT from NC a day after my dress arriving, Monica offered to find me a tailor in the CT for me. I can't say enough good things about Bellissima and Monica, the owner. I ended up buying the first dress I tried on my second visit. The only mistake that I made during the process was thinking that I needed to visit other shops before purchasing from Monica to "compare." Monica was so nice and helpful during the process. We ended up purchasing both my bridesmaid dresses and bridal gown from Bellisima. Not only does she have dresses for your big day but she also has a lot of wonderful accessories. I first discovered Bellissima while searching for bridal salons online. As a plus-sized bride, I wasn't sure what to expect at my appointment. Monica, the owner, reassured me they had samples in my size that I could try on. Upon arrival, the staff was so welcoming and friendly! The boutique is absolutely gorgeous and had several gowns I was able to try on. I never felt out of place due to my size. While shopping, I found a satin dress I really liked. Monica helped me customize the dress with lace sleeves, a belt, and the perfect veil. Just by adding these few extra details, she helped transform a simple dress into the elegant and glamorous look I was going for. Another thing I loved about Bellissima is that they offer in-house alterations. The seamstress did an incredible job. After alterations, the dress fit perfectly, and no further alterations were needed. I cannot wait to wear my gown on our wedding day! For those searching for a great bridal boutique, look no further. I cannot say enough good things about Monica and all the ladies at Bellissima! I tried gowns on at a few other boutiques and the experience I had at Bellissima surpasses them all by FAR. To start, they opened the salon on a Sunday during their summer hours when they typically close just because that was the day that worked best for my mother and I to come in! (We're from out of town and them doing that was really sweet.) Monica is SO knowledgeable about the designers, the timeframe for ordering, and the different customizable aspect of each gown. I tried on several gowns from Truvelle and really liked the skirt on one but the bodice on another. Monica was so patient and took the time to explain how we could mix and match different skirts and bodices and even switch the corset ties in the back for a zipper. They were super easy to communicate with via email and phone and kept me informed on every step of the process so that I was never concerned about the gown arriving. I also got my dress tailored through them and the price was very reasonable and the tailor that they use was super talented and easy to communicate with, as well. I also got my veil from Bellisima. The veil was an elbow length veil that I loved but I really wanted a cathedral length veil. Monica calmly said we could of course turn that one into a cathedral length! Everything was perfect at Bellisima and I would highly highly recommend them to all brides. They are smart, trustworthy and patient which is exactly what a bride needs when picking out the dress of all dresses. :)

Monica at Bellissima was amazing! She was one our our top vendors and I cannot say enough incredible things about her! From the moment we walked in, we felt at home, and she made me feel confident and beautiful in every dress I tried on. She listened to what I wanted (or at least what I thought I wanted!) and she would show me dresses similar and even totally different. She has a gifted eye for style and what looks good on every body type. I ended up with a dress I never would have thought, but loved it immensely. I have recommended her to so many friends, even tried to get a newly engaged friend to drive all the way from Nashville- she is worth it! She had a local person do all my alterations, and that went really smoothly, and I even used Bellissma to have my dress preserved. I would use Monica every step of the way! Did I mention I bought a sample dress at an incredible price?! It was one of the best vendor experiences, and you have a lot as a bride! Go check her out :)

Best bridal dress shop ever! There are no words I could use to describe how much I loved everything about my experience with Monica and Bellissima. I had gone to David's Bridal and another boutique in Charlotte, NC before landing myself at Belliissima. Monica made me feel wonderful and beautiful and so comfortable in everything I tried on. She let me pick out dresses on my own and then picked out dresses herself for me to try on based on what I liked and didn't like in prior dresses. I ultimately ended up picking the dress that Monica picked out for me. It was wonderful, beautiful, perfect in every way. I loved the one-on-one attention I got at her store and throughout the entire process. I loved working with Monica so much that I made my sister go see her first when she was looking for her wedding dress. When I was a little girl, I would pass Bellissima on my way to school every morning and dream of the day I would get to shop there. When my wonderful fiancé proposed in December, I just knew I had to make an appointment there. From the time I walked in the store, Monica was exceptionally friendly and welcoming, allowing me to stay in dresses as long as I wanted and re-try them on as well. I really appreciated having her undivided attention, and being the only ones in the store helped me and my family feel at ease with the process. Every dress she picked out for me was beautiful and flattered my silhouette. Being younger (20), she really made me feel like a bride. Ultimately, the dress I chose was simple and elegant, and I am sure I wouldn't have been able to find one like it anywhere else. Monica even allows you to come try on your dress multiple times in case you want to see it again before the real one comes in (mine takes 6 months). I will definitely be recommending this salon to my friends and family!

We had such a wonderful experience purchasing my dream wedding gown at Bellisima. We traveled from out of town because of the exclusive designer gowns she carries that can't be found elsewhere. Perfectly Amazing! Belissima is the Belle of the Ball of Bridal Salons. The dresses are breathtaking, the fabrics are stunning, the designs are glamorous, the space is inspiring, and the service is perfection. I ordered a sample dress from this store. Despite not buying a full-priced dress, Monica treated me well and made sure to respond when she was away from the salon. She used PayPal at my request and used delivery confirmation. Also, even though it was a sample dress, there were no signs of wear or dirt. I am very satisfied with my purchase!
