I took my beloved piece remaining piece to Belleman's knowing that they complete all their work on premises and hoped that their custom work would help me re-create my original wedding ring. After viewing the damaged piece and seeing photographs of my original ring, David felt confident that he would be able to design my wedding ring and band to look as close to its original setting as possible. He quickly worked with me to get an estimate completed for the previous jeweler so the cost could be reimbursed and that my ring could be made as soon as possible. Once designs were shown to me and approved, I waited all of two weeks for him to present me with a new wedding ring and band that is almost a replica of my original band 26 years ago. It's beautiful! David had presented a small change to the original design to highlight the years of marriage that my husband and I have celebrated which was a perfect complement to my original wedding band. My ring is just as special as the day I first received it and I so appreciate David for it but most of all, I appreciate the fact that on the day my heart was breaking because my original wedding ring was no longer even recognizable, David was able to take the time with me and my husband. He gave me hope that I would be wearing my wedding ring and band again, looking exactly as it did on my wedding day. I thank him so much for the quality of work and the craftsmanship that went into my beautiful ring.

ize diamonds custom fit around engagement ring, $2750 --Perfect diamonds. Most sparkle I've ever seen :) fits perfectly around my engagement ring. There was a slight hiccup in getting my band fit around my engagement ring. Their machine to fit it broke (for the first time in 20 years). Alex called me immediately to apologize, and even gave us a free bottle of (DELICIOUS) wine to make up for it. It only set the timeline back a week. Since we got the rings a couple months early, it was no big deal at all. However, had we been in a time crunch, they would have done anything whatsoever to get my ring done in time. They truly care about the customer's happiness! I'm sure we are by no means their highest spending customer, so to me, that they were willing to go so out of their way said a lot. Alex answered all of my insane emails asking for different quotes and changing my mind a few times. He was really patient and helpful. We are ecstatic about our rings. They have definitely gained lifetime customers from my husband and me.

He wasn't 100% sure what to get me... so one of the sales associates sat down and educated him on diamonds and precious metals. He ended up making an extremely beautiful choice. Bellman's diamond rings exceed ever other jewelry store in beauty and in quality. I work in the healthcare field and I can't be dainty with my hands. So I needed something tough... but the ring somehow encompassed both strengh and elegance. When my husband gave me the ring, we eloped shortly after because he was deploying to the Middle East. So it wasn't until 2 years after he bought it that we have finally had our wedding. As you can imagine the ring didn't have that same luster as it did when he bought it. When I returned to Bellman's to ask them to polish it up for me they did it free of charge. I was also foolish in only bringing it 3 days before the wedding... but they had their specialist do it very quickly for us so we had it the next day! I was thrilled to have my ring look like new again! In the future, my family will always be purchasing our jewelry from Bellman's Jewelers. :-)
