There was nothing and I mean nothing that was overlooked. They thought of every little thing. Our day ran so smoothly even the little hiccups (we knew nothing about until after) were handled so professionally. Yes you need to hire this team. A venue coordinator does not do what they do. We were impressed by the entire staff being on board. We never dreamed that so much went into all of this. Well the results were nothing short of perfection. We don't know how they did. We really wanted privacy with all of our vendors and they helped us locate the ones best suited for what we wanted. You do not get just 1 man crew there is a team that works on everything. There was nothing less than perfection at our wedding. They had great ideas and we could tell we would be taken care of.

nical Gardens. This was an epic mistake and I would advise anyone thinking of booking this "company" for a wedding to continue looking. Ti Barns was the most unprofessional woman I have ever worked with. She doesn't take accountability for her own mistakes and blames you, the customer that is paying her, and she blames her staff. After one meeting with her and a flood of emails, my fiance and I decided this company wasn't right for us, so we terminated the contract. We had already paid her in full and she has refused to give us anything back even though she will not even be there the day of our wedding! We paid her for a service that she isn't even going to be doing and NOW SHE'S KEEPING ALL OF OUR MONEY. Please don't make the same mistake that we did--avoid Bello Creations at all costs.

Our DJ, Will from Desert Kane Productions, recommended Ti and together the two made our wedding absolutely incredible! They both worked super hard, including spending the whole day before the wedding setting everything up. They worked great together and between her decor services and his lighting/production services, our venue was completely transformed and looked absolutely gorgeous!

to communication, whether it be text, phone calls, or e-mails. Whenever I contacted her, she got back to me within an hour or two, depending on how busy she was. Ti is a very sensitive and caring planner. Unfortunately the groom's grandfather passed away a few months before the wedding and the bride's grandmother passed away a week before the wedding. Ti was very kind, thoughtful, and understanding when the two passings happened. She made sure that the vendors contacted her instead of the bride or groom and checked in frequently with us to make sure we were doing all right. Ti is a very genuinely-caring person. We got married in the bride's uncle's airplane hangar at the Chandler Municipal Airport. We can honestly say that, without Ti's help, our wedding wouldn't have been as beautiful as it was. As much as we tried to help set up the day before the wedding, Ti made sure we were off on our merry way to the rehearsal dinner with a promise that she'd take care of things at the hangar that night, and when the groom and groomsmen showed up the day of the wedding to help with the final set up, she kicked them out before they got too sweaty. The rest of the day of our wedding went off without a hitch (that we know of!). She would check in with us throughout the reception to make sure that we were doing fine, which we were. To wrap things up, we would have to say that Ti was, by far, the best money spent on our wedding. She helped us in every way that we needed her and in ways we never thought we would need. Her quality of service, responsiveness, professionalism, value, and flexibility are outstanding, and we highly recommend her to anyone who needs an event planner.
