Armando and Nick filmed our wedding. They were on time, easy to work with, and got incredible video. Chris edited our wedding video and it’s amazing. It captures all the emotions we were feeling on our wedding day perfectly. I recently had the pleasure of using the services of Bells and Whistles for my wedding, which was organized on very short notice. Despite the tight timeline, Chris and his team went above and beyond to make my special day unforgettable. Chris, even while on his vacation in Italy, was incredibly responsive and dedicated. He provided me with an amazing discount and ensured that I had the best crew available. His commitment to making sure everything was perfect was evident as he stayed in constant communication with me day and night, even on his flight!! He made sure I had all my questions answered and that I was comfortable to hire their services. On the day of the wedding, three exceptionally professional, well-mannered, and handsome guys arrived at the venue. Their professionalism and creativity were remarkable. They guided me through poses, face expressions, hand positions, very respectfully fixed my dress, flowers, shoes when it was needed, asking for my permission first, worked seamlessly with cameras and lighting, and essentially orchestrated the entire event which helped with the event timeline overall. The results were nothing short of breathtaking. The photos and videos were beyond anything I could have imagined. My other family members abroad, who couldn't attend this short notice wedding, were amazed by the high-quality images and initially thought they were from a high-end magazine and couldn't belive those were my shots! German, Anthony, Juan Diego, and Chris are truly the most talented videographers and photographers I have ever worked with. They made me feel like a superstar and captured every moment perfectly. Not only did they provide top-notch professional services, but their interpersonal skills also helped me immensely. They kept me in a good mood and calmed me down despite all the stress I was going through. From the start Bells & Whistles were on top of it!! The moment I saw their work, I was like yes, this is the team I want to capture my day!! I found them by going to my venues tagged photos and fell in love with the photos! Once I reached out, I got a response pretty quickly and the rest was history! Chris was very responsive with questions I had throughout my wedding preparation. They want to make sure that they capture and know what you're looking for! I had to change my timeline and they were very understanding and helpful with what I wanted. I was so excited when I saw my photos!!! It brought me back to my wedding day and I wish I can relive it all over again. Once I got the video, forget it!! I cried because I was just so happy with how everything came out! They were very prepared, and had lots of fun while shooting the footage. They were also very professional and placed me in the exact position when needed. These guys are amazing! We did an engagement shoot with them and "all the bells and whistles" for our wedding on 3.16.24 and couldn't be happier! They were very professional and got all the shots we wanted, and some we didn't know we needed. They were flexible as some of the timeline changed here and there. They were so nice and made us all feel comfortable with each pose/movement. You can tell they actually care and love what they do. 10/10 highly recommended! 

Very happy with how our experience with Bells and Whistles went on our wedding day! They were helpful and gave clear directions. We only went with video for them and Oliver & Yezid were GREAT! So extremely happy with how both our highlight video as well as our full-length video turned out. Highly recommend!

Picking a photographer and videographer for our wedding was one of the most important decisions we had to make in the planning process of our wedding. After months of countless calls and research with possible companies, we decided on Bells & Whistles and are so happy we did!! Their customer service was great and very responsive, we loved their photo and video style, and the price was very reasonable, so it was a perfect match. We had our sunrise engagement shoot with German and we were so happy with how it came out so we knew we had made a great choice. Our team on our wedding day was amazing: German, Amy, Oliver, and Joe. They guided us seamlessly through the different poses and made us feel very comfortable throughout the day. They did a great job capturing our perfect day and were awesome people to have around us on our wedding day. We had to change our date 2 months before the wedding due to family health issues and he made the date change so easy and made sure we still had the same team we had been promised on our wedding day. Fantastic service! Can’t say enough about Bells & Whistles, Photography + Videography, owner Chris Frochaux. Chris’ staff were on-point, friendly, and professional. Hundreds of wonderful pictures taken and beautiful video (all taken by Chris’ invisible ‘ninja’ photographers who you DON’T see and DON’T get in way but are there nonetheless!!) My daughter’s wedding photos were ready for viewing on-line within a few weeks. Chris and his staff were a pleasure to work with. Just tell the staff/photographers on site to take a specific photo and they will, no questions asked! Any request for touch-ups, color variation, etc. on final pictures, Chris was very accommodating and attended to it right away. I also hired out his photo booth for the evening and guests loved it! Chris even gave my daughter a ‘free’ album for the photo booth pictures, a very nice touch! We are so glad we chose Bells & Whistles as our videography team. Chris was phenomenal and answered all our questions showing extreme patience and understanding of our needs. On the day of our wedding, we had the privilege of working with Anthony and his team. From the time the team arrived at the hotel, they were extremely professional and charismatic. They worked so well alongside our photography team. It was such a pleasure to see the two teams work together, and while it was their first time meeting, it seemed as though they had worked with one another for years. Anthony and team provided wonderful guidance and direction to ensure that they obtained the best footage. We got married at Vizcaya Museum and Gardens which is a very large property to navigate. Anthony and the team handled it extremely well. They knew all the spots to obtain great footage and prior to the wedding we didn’t give the team a shot list or any guidance as to the moments we wanted captured. We completely put our video production in the hands of the team and we are so glad we did. When we received the video content, we were amazed. The quality was top-tier. The highlight video was so amazing, and contained such great content we were able to split it into two separate videos to post on social media. I can’t stress enough how great it was to work with such a fun, dedicated and professional team. Highly recommend!

The Bells & Whistles videography team was just fantastic to work with to capture our big day in the most memorable way! They were organized, friendly, focused, and very responsive to requests. All requests were met (e.g. drone footage and raw footage). Highly recommend their services. The end product was very high quality with excellent color rendition.

We hired the Bells & Whistles team for videography for our wedding. I can't tell you how appreciative we are of having video footage of our special day and Chris and his team delivered in capturing all the audio and details from our wedding. I love that they offer a highlight movie and a full length movie (ours was a little over 1 hour long) and truly worth the money to be able to relive our day from the ceremony, vows, and speeches to the dance floor. They were very professional and communication with them was very easy. Would highly recommend!

Bells & Whistles went above and beyond to capture my wedding exactly how I wanted it. I hired them for videography for a 3-day wedding. (2 days Pakistani and 1 day American) Although, Oliver wasn't familiar with the Pakistani culture, he listened to everything I wanted and captured it all so beautifully. Chris who does the editing of the videos made sure they were exactly how I wanted it, he had to re-edit some of the footage to make sure that I was completely satisfied with the result. I 100% recommend Bells & Whistles.

I can’t begin to put into words how thrilled we are that we worked with Bells & Whistles for our wedding video production. From the beginning Chris was very responsive to my questions (and there were many) as I wanted to ensure we hired the “right” production team for us! He took the time to explain things in detail and responded quickly to any follow up questions. The contracting process was a breeze – thank you thank you! Now to the day…Chris, Anthony and Juan met us at our hotel and from the moment we started right to the very end they were an absolute pleasure to work with. They were thoughtful in their approach on where we took the footage, things that were important for us and also took creative freedom to guide us along the way! They were patient - we had family members all around, which always brings a little bit of chaos…they were fantastic at steering us (or herding the cats as they say). The end result….AN AMAZING video which captured the moment perfectly. Their editing of the entire day to make the “highlight movie” was done to perfection, everything from the clips of our vows, to certain moves on the dancefloor, to moments of tears and laughter. We were blown away! Chris and the whole team on the day of, including Anthony and Ricardo were so awesome to work with. They were so kind did such a great job of working with the rest of the team (photographer, planner, etc). And then the videos were incredible! Everything from the image quality of the video, the shot choices, audio quality of live music and speeches, and edits were so well executed- it blew our expectations out of the water! My husband and I weren't sure if we should get a videographer for our 12/11/22 wedding initially, but it was one of the best decisions we made!! We were so impressed by the video that Camilo took and so happy that he captured all of the highlights of the night so that we can watch and live the night all over again! My husband and I truly enjoyed working with Bells and Whistles. We chose them as our videographers for our wedding. They captured the perfect shots and we loved our finish product. The video quality was very professional. The only thing I would suggest is that in case you don’t speak Spanish I would ensure the company has someone on location who speaks fluent English. We had some slight language barriers at times but it didn’t interfere too much with working with the videographers. Overall I would highly recommend this company they are very kind, personable, and will deliver what they promise and more!

Bells & Whistles Photography + Video are literally life savers. The short of it is our initial videographer cancelled our booking two weeks prior to our wedding event and went out of business. We desperately started calling around and one name kept popping up and that was Christopher at Bells & Whistles. He had availability that day and we were able to book his videography team. Ricardo and Andres were our videographers and they did an amazing job documenting the day in a professional manner. They also worked well with our photography team. Chris was able to edit our highlight and long video within three weeks of the wedding and the results are amazing! We loved both videos and will definitely cherish them for years to come. It's definitely worth it to have video documentary of such an important day because the day of goes by so quickly and you often miss a lot of it. Bells & Whistles Photography and Videography was one of the best choices I made for my wedding. Not only were they professional, but always there to answer a question or concern leading up to the day of the wedding. Chris guided me and made decisions super easy for me. The day of the wedding everything ran seamlessly because German, Camilo and Sebastian just made everything flow. We had a big wedding and they were able to capture so much. The energy they brought day of was AMAZING. They final product of the photos and videos are spectacular and we have been showing everyone and anyone who wants to see them. This is an easy recommendation for me, and this is a company I will tell brides, families, friends, strangers to use because we were so happy with their overall service.

I can’t stop watching my daughter and son-in-law’s highlight video! - At a time when we could hardly get vendors to call back and respond to emails, Chris was amazing and always was so responsive. - Chris and his employees are so easy and pleasant to work with. True professionals! - There was an issue with several close family members not being able to travel. Chris, without hesitation, made it work and attached an iPhone to the video camera so all could participate. - He is receptive to feedback and willing to take any picture/video you request. I did not realize table pictures were outdated but when I requested Chris to do this, he did not hesitate. If there are certain poses etc that you want him to take, don’t hesitate to ask or provide him with a list. Think about this as you tour your venue. Chris is happy to follow any list. - The clarity of the pictures is amazing. I even see the bride’s tears when she listened to her sister’s speech. - There were amazing video shots that captured the essence of the wedding that I had no memory of (and I was in one of them). - Not only can I not stop watching the video, but I can’t get the tunes out of my head. The background music and speech fit in perfectly with the video shots – selected by Chris.

Words cannot begin to express how happy we were choosing Bells and Whistle’s as our wedding photographer. Our first point of contact Chris was super helpful in answering all questions & always responded to all our emails & messages promptly. We booked the photographer during the pandemic not knowing what the future held & he was very reassuring & just down right pleasant to talk to about the upcoming day. Our photographer & videographer for the big day were Tony & Nunzio. They were both spectacular & made us all feel comfortable in front of the camera. All of our photos are so breathtaking & we are just elated that we have these precious pictures as memories to last a lifetime. Thank you again to Bells & Whistles for such a fantastic job. Chris was spectacular from the moment my wife and I first had our first call with him. I have to say that Bells & Whistles was the best vendor we hired for our wedding. I particularly liked that all the pricing was up front and clear. No upselling or hidden fees. I really appreciated the clarity. The team on the wedding day was not only friendly, talented and proactive, but they solved problems that had no relation to photo and video!!! We flew from Michigan and New York and my friends and parents said they felt like family. This was a very important aspect for us as we tend to very shy and didn’t want to feel uncomfortable on the most important day of our lives. Thank you Chris and your entire team for answering every email and taking every call. You made our wedding a dream come true. Also, for delivering the most ubelievable photos and videos we could have ever dreamed of. Also, if you’re on the fence about the photo booth. Definitely get it. WOW. Look no further, my husband & I used Bells & Whistles for photography & videography for our wedding in Feb 2022 and they know what they're doing! From inquiring about pricing/packages, to helping create our wedding timeline, to being there on our big day- they made it so seamless. They are organized, experienced, and very reasonably priced. We had Chris as videographer and German as photographer. I remember on my wedding day, I went to say/ask something, and they both stopped what they were doing and listened. As if nothing else mattered, but what I was saying. They truly care about helping your day flow nicely. They listen to what you want out of your day and they capture it all BEAUTIFULLY. Thank you Bells & Whistles team for capturing our memories so we can hang on to them forever! You are all awesome! :)

This is the 2nd time using Bells & Whistles. Chris and his team are the BEST! They are very professional, responsive, personable and a pleasure to work with. Their rates are reasonable and the quality of the videos are nothing short of perfection. Somehow they seem to disappear into the background but yet manage to capture all the little details, that we as parents of the bride and the bride and groom missed while busy elsewhere. We get to re-live the entire event over and over and each time we see something new. They are AMAZING! Do not waste any more time looking for a videographer, you won’t find a better company to work with.

Wow! I am so happy I found bells and whistles because they were my favorite vendors of my wedding ! If you are looking for a photographer or videographer, look no further ! My videographer and photographer were the sweetest people and got all the shots I could’ve dreamed of! Such great people to work with and trust capturing my special day! We had a long day because it was New Years eve and they were on it from start to finish with no issues! I had amazing day and night shots , with outfit changes , dances, a performance and they captured every little detail. Thank you!!!!!
