Nick provided great song recommendations for the ceremony which perfectly captured the feeling we were going for. For the cocktail and dinner hours, he perfectly blended some of our favorite songs into an unforgettable playlist. At every moment, the volume was perfect and there were no technical issues or pauses. As emcee, he had great energy and was very comfortable in front of a crowd.
Nick also did not disappoint when it came to creating an epic dance floor. He did an outstanding job of reading the crowd and keeping the energy high all night long. The music was absolutely perfect from start to finish. He seamlessly transitioned between songs and kept the dance floor going. We received so many compliments from our guests about how great the music was and how fun the dance floor was, which was our big hope with our wedding. The flow of the evening was spot-on, and he worked closely with our wedding planner and other vendors to ensure everything ran smoothly. He also provided lighting and had no issues accessing the A/V hookups at the venue.

Jon was incredible - he was communicative in the lead-up to the event, and day-of he was amazing: calm, collected, experienced, he made us all feel at ease and like he had everything totally handled…which he did. During the reception his energy helped drive the festivities and fun - we got tons of compliments from our guests that he was wonderful!
All in all we deeply enjoyed working with Jon and are proud of the event he helped put on with us. We would work with him again at our first opportunity, and recommend him without reservation.

We were a little worried about how the wide range of music we wanted played would mix, but when I talked to Nick about our range of musical needs, he wasn’t phased and knew all the genres we were asking for. We asked for everything from “I Wanna Dance with Somebody” to “Tell Me When to Go” to “La Chona,” and Nick did a fantastic job mixing everything and flawlessly transitioned between genres. realms: He provided such clear instructions/directions to transition our guests from one segment to the next, he showcased such charisma and enthusiasm throughout the entire night, and he created the ultimate dancefloor playlist for our guests. Quite literally, every single person was on the dance floor because of Nick. He kept the entire party going and flawlessly blended the songs together to ensure there was no ‘dead’ time. Aside from Nick going above and beyond for us on our wedding day, Nick was also such a great partner throughout the entire planning process before the big day even took place. Nick was extremely professional - always prompt with his email responses (responded back within 24 business hours), answered all of our questions with such extreme attention to detail with clear next steps, and Nick always went out of his way to remind us about any upcoming deadlines. picks all of her favorite people. I knew I had to have Belmont Entertainment DJ our wedding because they are the best in the business. Nick is super professional, funny and personable. Our guests danced the night away and he completely read the vibe the entire night. We went from laid back Cali Reggae for cocktails, to classic 1950's for dinner, to everything from Whitney Houston to Mac Dre to Bruno Mars for dancing. Our day was so FUN largely in part to Nick.
Now, let me tell you about the lighting! Our venue was Mesa Del Sol in Greenfield and everything was outdoors. Which means we needed to light the place up at night. Jon and his team did an outstanding job making the space feel absolutely magical and ethereal. We utilized uplighting, bistro lights and (because I'm a bit extra), chandeliers. Believe me when I say that lighting is so super important. It completely transformed the space.
Overall, Belmont Entertainment was a HUGE part of our wedding and I'm so happy to know these guys on a professional level but also to have been able to have them with me on my own special day.

BOTH OUR PARENTS DIDN'T EVEN GET TO SEE THE CAKE CUTTING. The Venue was small enough. Lastly, OUR FIRST DANCE. Did you know that they only play the best part of the song? I knew that was going to happen for introductions. But, my dance with my new husband. The moment I had waited for my whole life. WAS CUT SHORT BECAUSE "they only play the best part." I was very disappointed. My whole reception wasn't enjoying the moment. It was chasing the DJ to follow the timeline. A DJ is supposed to watch the time for you and take care of you. I have been a DJ. You take care of the Bride and Groom. Jon the owner is aware of our concerns. He has offered us $300 reimbursement. He sent the $300, wine and chocolate.

From their awesome wedding planner (which helped us realize early on how much we could use music to personalize all the various parts of our wedding), to helping us pick the best music (and subtly pointing us in certain directions to create fun for everyone from age 5 to 95), to helping our friend/officiant day of figure out the mic situation, Jon and his team were just amazing. Not to mention that Jon is a lot of fun to spend an afternoon/evening with! Oh, and they also have great lighting (which transformed our ordinary-course ballroom into a sunset-hued paradise). He said, Sure, but if that goes wrong, we have these multiple backup systems in place. We said, What if we want someone to play live music? He said, Here's what we do in that case and what we do if that falls through. We said, What if we want our first dance to be a friend singing a karaoke version of a song, but without one of the verses and everything in a different order? He said, Sure, here's a list of resources we can use together to make that happen. Everything we had questions about, Jon had an answer that he's done a million times. Professional, relaxed, and he threw a hell of a party. He learned our musical tastes and coordinated the sound to our style and within the context of our guests. When things went wrong, because something always goes wrong at a wedding, Jon had a backup in place that smoothed the situation and got everything moving again with barely a second thought. We cannot recommend him enough.

ber 19, 2015 was his last weekend he had open in September 2015. From the beginning of our wedding, he kept us on our wedding planners timeline and always asked my husband and I if we needed anything. Jon was the 2nd vendor we booked, 1st was our venue as we were told to hurry and book him as he books up fast. Belmont Entertainment under 2 months before our wedding and Jon and his staff were quick to offer us a great deal for our needs. We also loved that they emphasized beat-matching so that the songs would play in a seamless flow. Sean was our DJ the day of and he met with us beforehand to make sure we had every detail figured out. We handed over a pretty lengthy list of requested songs to him and he did a great job of playing our requests alongside crowd favorites. From toddlers to grandparents, everyone was dancing by the end of the night. Many of us did not want the party to end. That's about the highest compliment a DJ can get!
