e very first time we toured the venue, everyone at Belmont was so kind and welcoming and made us feel like family. We toured many other venues, but no other venue compared to the package that Belmont offers. Aside from the fact that the venue is gorgeous, historic, and unique, Belmont offers an all-inclusive experience that can’t be beat. They were so hands-on and made my wedding planning experience stress-free and seamless. Joe and Kristen are everything you want in a wedding coordinator. They are kind, knowledgeable, responsive, and extremely helpful. They completely understand the stress of wedding planning and take all questions and concerns seriously even if they seem small or silly. I truly can't put into words how incredibly helpful they were. Any time I had any thought, question, or concern of any kind, I messaged them. With each message, I received a very prompt and helpful response. Not to mention I was always met with kindness and understanding even when I was probably being neurotic. If I wasn’t already very impressed with them, my wedding day was the cherry on top. From the threat of thunderstorms, to my non-compliant wedding dress bustle, and literally everything in between, Joe and Kristen were incredible. Every detail, no matter how big or small, was handled quickly, calmly, and seamlessly. These people have this all down to a science and treat each wedding as if it is their own. Their passion for what they do really shows in their great execution. Thanks to them, I had an incredible wedding day that was genuinely stress-free. I wish I could do it all over again!!!

staff at the Belmont Mansion. The transition from ceremony to cocktail hour to reception was done so expertly. You can certainly tell that the team was happy and knowledgeable about the history of the house. My family could not stop talking about how much they loved the food and had a great time dancing and laughing! The southern touches of the huge magnolia tree and hanging ferns, is quite unique to the area and I cannot wait to see the professional images from the wedding!! I would totally recommend this venue to any one planning their wedding!
