The Beloit Club was the perfect venue for our wedding. It had a timeless elegant feel and the communication and support from the venue was first class. Bar and Catering options done in house which was one less vendor we had to worry about and they helped with every step in the process. I couldn't recommend Beloit Club more for a wedding venue.

Our wedding at the Beloit Club was truly everything we could have hoped for and more. They absolutely knocked our wedding day out of the park! From the moment we toured the venue, we knew it was special. The venue itself is stunning, with beautiful views and elegant spaces that created the perfect backdrop for our wedding day. We received countless compliments from our guests about how beautiful everything was. Rachel Frye was incredible to work with throughout the entire planning process. She was organized, attentive to detail, and always quick to respond whenever we had questions. One of the things we appreciated most was being able to bounce ideas off of her. She was always willing to share her thoughts, offer suggestions, and help us think through decisions. Her experience and guidance were invaluable, and she made the entire planning process feel much less stressful. On the wedding day, the Beloit Club staff went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly. They worked seamlessly with all of our vendors and handled every detail with professionalism and care. We never had to worry about what was happening behind the scenes because we knew everything was being taken care of. The team also made sure our bridal party was taken care of all morning long. From checking in on us to making sure we had everything we needed, they helped create a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere while we got ready for the big day. The food was absolutely phenomenal. We had so many guests tell us it was the best wedding food they had ever had, which says a lot! The quality, presentation, and service were outstanding. The bartenders were equally impressive—friendly, personable, and incredibly efficient. No one was left waiting long for a drink, and they helped keep the celebration going all night. What stood out most was how much the entire staff genuinely cared about making our day special. Every member of the team was professional, accommodating, and focused on ensuring everything was perfect. They made us feel like their top priority from start to finish. Looking back, we wouldn’t change a thing. The Beloit Club exceeded our expectations in every way and gave us a wedding day that we will cherish forever. We are so grateful to Rachel and the entire Beloit Club team for helping create such an unforgettable experience. If you are looking for a wedding venue with beautiful scenery, amazing food, outstanding service, and a team that truly cares, we cannot recommend the Beloit Club highly enough.

downpour during it. I had some difficulty with ongoing communication and found that it was often difficult to get in touch with the Club, however, none of this specifically impacted our day. If you prefer really hands on communication, you might have to work hard to make that happen, but regardless, your wedding will be beautiful.

or a very long and we just loved eating her with their delicious food and beautiful venue. You do not need to be a member to be married here! With that being said, we have always enjoyed the food here and it did not disappoint on our wedding day! We were able to customize our meals for ourselves and for our guests. All event staff were very attentive to every little detail since we booked our date to the last minute. They helped make the wedding flow as smoothly as possible. The club house is spectacular, they are so accommodating, our pictures turned out beautifully and all of our guests complimented the venue and the food. The Beloit Club has plenty of great hotels near by and I found them to be reasonable in terms of cost in wedding planning. We absolutely loved this place for our wedding!

Last February we said “I do” at the Beloit Club. it was overall a great experience and the event space was gorgeous. It was a great price for the Winter season. My only complaints ...

are how bright the lights were for a majority of the night inside (while eating dinner, etc) and that we wanted all food to be “mini” to fit the vibe but this wasn’t properly executed, unfortunately. I wore a gorgeous dress, married the man of my dreams, and got to spend time with those we love the most on our special day. Like I said, it was overall a great day filled with many wonderful memories. I wish we would have gone with the regular menu of food they offer for weddings/actually done a food tasting.

eautiful memory for our wedding reception. He was very attentive to our needs, he even helped provide a solo room for us; through all the hustle and bustle and commotion of the wedding and the reception we were able to have those first few moments as newlyweds. Evan and his crew help with the decorations, they helped with the beautiful seating arrangement so we could have a dance floor with a packed house, they made all of our guests feel welcome even those who had physical disabilities felt very welcome and loved his charming grace that he provided us for that special evening.

stions or we wanted to come by to look at something. The day of he made sure we had exactly what we needed and made sure that we had the best night of our life. As for the grounds and venue itself, everything was well kept and it is almost like something out of a fairytale. There is an endless amount of photo opportunities on the property. e food was so delicious, and they worked with us with the menu to get us exactly what we wanted within our price point. The only complaint I had was there were many homecoming groups taking photos outdoors on the property and got in the way of our wedding photos. The staff tried to address the homecoming groups but they kept coming back. Besides that, it was a fairly wedding!
