Hiring her eased the coordination burden and offered the expertise we were missing as two fiancé figuring things out on our own. She coached us through logistical decisions and day of details we didn't even know we'd need to consider, asked us questions to understand our goals and know how to make game-day calls on our behalf, and sat in vendors meetings with us to align our team. During our wedding she was like a mind reader too! Her and her team took photos of the set-up and our parade so we could see all the details brought to life, brought us water and cocktails when we were too busy greeting guests, and she even packed us cookies to take home. Despite getting stuck in an elevator, she remained calm and professional throughout the day, and resolved multiple issues without us ever being alerted to an issue. Without her, our day would have felt much more chaotic. She worked seamlessly with our vendors, and her top priority every step of the way was for us to have the perfect wedding day. I truly can not recommend Chelsea enough to anyone and am so thankful for the opportunity to have her be a part of our special day. Because of how lovely she is to work with, even after the wedding we would love to be friends with her outside of any wedding planning.

There were so many things she thought of/suggested that were super helpful in helping our day run smoothly! Initially I was hesitant in booking a day of coordinator but I’m SO glad and relieved that I did and especially glad that it was with beloved event co. The peace of mind it gives you to know that someone is watching over your day that is not you or a family member/friend, is such a relief. It was so nice to not have friends/family worrying about things or running errands and instead just enjoying the day with me. I was so relaxed the morning of my wedding knowing Beloved Event Co was in charge and watching over all the things. I truly don’t know how we would’ve pulled it off without Beloved Event Co. Melody, who is also a part of Beloved Event Co was a part of our wedding day as well & was an extremely big help to us ensuring everything was taken care of. They were both on top of everything and when it came to the end of the night, they were a HUGE help in gathering and packing our personal items for us. We had some family and friends stick around to help and they all said that they were impressed with how much Melody and Chelsea got done on their own, making it super simple and easy. Chelsea is extremely trustworthy, kind and helpful. I would definitely recommend booking Beloved Event Co as your day of coordinator for your wedding so you can fully enjoy your special day. They will not treat you as “just another wedding” that they are working, but instead people who care about you and want you to have the best day you can. They will give you the biggest sigh of relief and make your day as perfect as you dreamed of.

Anytime we had a question, or an issue came up she quickly took action to ensure everything was taken care of. She kept us organized and on top of things and our wedding went seamless because of her/ her team. We got so many compliments as to how well organized our wedding was and we owe that all to Chelsea.
