Beloved Event Co. is your partner in the wedding planning journey. No matter your need - planning support with onsite management, or just flexible consultation that can be accessed from anywhere. We offer a unique service - virtual planning. So what is virtual planning? With 9 years of professional wedding planning experience, I offer a virtual planning service designed for modern couples who want a streamlined, flexible, and elevated planning experience. Using the exact tools and systems I’ve perfected with full-service couples, this virtual approach simplifies the traditional method of working with a wedding planner. While it doesn’t include onsite coordination, it’s the perfect solution for couples who want expert-level planning support, access to proven resources, and the freedom to plan from anywhere, all while maintaining control of their budget and vision. So, how does this work?! Tell me what kind of support you're looking for, and we can go from there! We'll set up a video call to run through a questionnaire I've used with my full-service clients. This will outline all of the details you need to have a successful wedding day while identifying tasks you may not have thought of yet. In addition, we'll have a follow up meeting for outstanding questions and issues, and I'll be available to you for any questions that come up along the way. From there, my team will either manage your day onsite, or handoff the plan to your own lead. Let's get started!

Hi, I’m Abbey! I have a passion for weddings, and a natural knack for organization. To me, the best types of celebrations are the ones that are unique and personal. Planning one of life's most important days can be totally overwhelming - it's my goal to make it an easy and fun process for all couples! Being part of the wedding industry since 2016 and a business owner since 2020, I've noticed a constant need for couples that hasn't been fulfilled - a simplified and streamlined planning process no matter the location or budget. That's when I created the virtual planning approach for anyone who wants a luxury experience!

Exceptional Coordinator — A True Professional I had the pleasure of working alongside Abbey as the DJ for a recent wedding, and I was thoroughly impressed by her professionalism, organization, and attention to detail. Abbey was amazing! She helped our wedding day be the best it could possibly be. She helped make sure everything was on time and organized. It was a God send to have her as our wedding planner! She was on top of communication and timelines for all vendors and guests the day of the wedding. I absolutely recommend her if you want to enjoy and have a beautiful wedding day!

Hiring Abbey was easily the best decision of our entire wedding planning process. We attempted to do everything on our own but quickly realized that wasn't realistic so she was extremely helpful. She ensured that everything went perfect on the day of the wedding and leading up to it. If we had to do it all over again we would hire her for the full wedding coordination from start to finish in a heartbeat. We can't recommend her enough!

We contacted Abbey three months prior to our wedding when we realized we pretty much had zero idea what we were doing and how to make a wedding look like a wedding. Thank goodness we did! She swooped in, answered all of our questions, and put together the most beautiful event for us. She is extremely detail-oriented and quick to reply to emails and texts. And it was so helpful that she already had vendors in mind for each element of the wedding. She was able to make wedding planning way more fun than stressful and I highly recommend hiring her!

I cannot compliment Abbey Gordon or recommend her highly enough. It is incredible how many details there are to plan a wedding big or small. I am SO GLAD we decided to hire Abbey to help us. Her experience and expertise was invaluable and she has a tremendous work ethic. From planning, to organizing, to having great contacts, to handling detail after detail, Abbey was phenomenal! I know that many times people think having a wedding coordinator is a luxury and they can handle everything themselves, and while it may be possible to handle everything without help, do you really want to when there is a person like Abbey who can do it more smoothly, more efficiently and and more calmly than you can?? Wouldn't you rather be spending the time at your wedding (or in this case my daughter's wedding) being with all your friends and loved ones, making memories and actually enjoying what you've spent so much time, effort, and money preparing for, rather than missing so much of it worrying about details and handling the inevitable curve balls? Of all the things we spent money on (and believe me I was the father of the Bride and we spent money on a lot of things LOL!) hiring Abbey was the best decision we made hands down! We hired Abbey to help us with our daughter's wedding. We were so glad we did, and felt like it was some of the best well spent money of the whole wedding. She was professional and highly competent, yet personal, friendly, accessible, positive, and experienced. She made herself available for answering questions and advising all along the planning process which we needed! She worked really well with the day of coordinator that the venue provided. Despite all the challenges caused by our caterers arriving an hour and a half late due to their business being broken into/ vandalized the night before, she kept her cool and a smile on her face and made it all seem like nothing had gone wrong. I could not recommend her more highly to be your wedding coordinator!

I am a Wedding Event Contractor and I have worked countless events over the years. With that being said I have worked with many personalities and professionals and I can absolutely attest that Abbey is incredible to work with! Abbey was a extremely good communicator leading up to the event. She was able to help the Client(s) plan out a very accurate event timeline which was on point even the day of the event. I would say one of the best components I was able to witness is that she was so kind, calm, collected, and accommodating for any and all event needs. Coordinating Contractors and Clients can be quite task and Abbey handled it perfectly!

I had a fabulous experience working with Abbey! Our wedding was a bit unique in that we got engaged in August and wanted to get married in the same year in the middle of a pandemic. We are also both pretty introverted so big weddings, large guest lists, dancing, and making public toasts are soooo not our style. Abbey pulled it off beautifully! She found us a great intimate venue that had a perfect homey feel for our small ceremony and reception, linked us up with vendors quickly since we had a small amount of time to get everything done, handled my thousand questions with grace and promptness, went above and beyond and jumped to my rescue when at the last minute I had to go to my catering tasting alone and she tested the menu items that go against my diet, and ensured our wedding day was as smooth as it could be. Not having control over all of the details was out of my comfort zone but I couldn't have been more pleased entrusting our wedding day with Abbey! She is extremely organized, professional, and highly knowledgeable in her field. She did a fantastic job and I highly recommend her.

Abbey is incredible at what she does! I am another vendor in the Indianapolis area and I'm so glad I met her! She makes her job not only easy for her clients, but a breeze for vendors! She is great at communication and she does a fantastic job of putting together everything from the little details to the big picture stuff. I was fortunate enough to have her help with an event I hosted of my own and she blew me out of the water at not just the planning but also the executing of the actual event itself the day of. She's so easy to work with and so friendly! If you're looking for a wedding/party planner... definitely talk to Abbey. :)

Abbey is a joy to work with and I would recommend her to any couple! She is organized, detail-oriented and everything she puts together is elegant and tasteful. Plus, she is genuine as can be and is a sweetheart. I know I would trust her with my wedding! I work with Indy Fresh Catering and we did a styled shoot together... I was amazed at how on top of it she was, and she had every detail down to a tee, was very professional & did great communicating with multiple vendors involved. Highly recommend!
