I had Matthew as my wedding photographer in January.
Over the course of a calendar year, from my engagement photo shoot to my wedding day, I received multiple apologetic texts (11...
) from Matthew apologizing for missing texts, not following up, being late on deliveries, and being late the day of the wedding. Feel undervalued as a customer who paid for a service that could not deliver expected timelines in a professional manner.
Wedding photos did capture great moments beautifully to look back on. Dates in the contract were not honored. “Sneak peeks” that were stated to be delivered no later than 8 weeks from my wedding date were received 12 weeks post wedding date. Wedding photos that were stated to be delivered 12 weeks post wedding date were received 13 weeks post wedding date - all of these were finally received after multiple texts on my part and attempted phone calls reaching out with delayed replies.
If you’re looking for great customer service, I would seek other opportunities.
