Little to no communication whatsoever, it had to be forced the entire time. Received no sneak peaks on time, images arrived with several edits that needed to be made. Video finally...
arrived and was not personalized to even include the parents and grandparents of the bride and groom. No mother- daughter dance photos, no images of parents dancing, the list goes on and on and was definitely not worth the stress or money that we paid. Today, we still do not even have the photos taken at each table of all friends and family members. The wedding was in July and it is now January 2025. Feel free to reach out and make thing right Matt&Taylor…I’m sure your text messaging, emails, etc work just fine…or do they not, again?

ds. They never initiated any contact after we signed the contract and paid them. We were promised that we would get sneak peeks the week after our wedding. We didn’t receive them until Week 10 after multiple, texts, calls and emails. Many of the messages (almost all) were left with no response until we threatened a lawyer. Once we did finally receive our pictures, there were multiple photos that needed editing. Bugs removed, cars, light, etc. They never got back to us and we have not heard from them since. Our video was also very rushed and not personalized. After finding out we were missing photos from a loved one that passed, we asked for them. We still have not received them or heard from them. We are heartbroken. Please do not give them your business.
The most unprofessional business ever. We were told at our wedding we would get sneak peeks the next week.. But we did not get to see a single wedding picture until 10+ weeks later...
. During this 10 week period Beloved Productions ignored several emails, texts and instagram messages. They did not respond until we got a lawyer involved but they still provided no explanation or apologies. Once we got the first few photos they did not give us any timeline for when to expect the rest of the pictures or our video. Our lawyer had to go back and forth with them for weeks before we finally got every picture and the video. The pictures are good but would not recommend them for their lack of communication and professionalism. If you work in the wedding industry you should absolutely not ghost clients for 10 weeks. Have some accountability.

er so I knew we were in good hands. The day before the wedding she was able to stop by and do a quick meet and greet and she made me feel so comfortable considering the last minute switch up. The day of, she was so great at positioning everyone in order to get the best shot and the photos prove that. I am over the moon with how great of a job she did and I am so grateful that she was able to step in at the last minute and over deliver on my expectations. I highly highly recommend her!

n around time is great! She got our pictures back to us way before we were thinking to see them, which is a huge bonus! I’d also highly suggest booking her husband, Matt, as your DJ. He was able to accommodate to every little request and was great at getting the party started. We are very pleased with how everything turned out, and they both did a great job making our day run smoothly!
