The raffle winnings also promised $500 in party rentals from her company and it's been like pulling teeth to get those rentals secured for an upcoming wedding. The owner is super unresponsive, unreliable, and will promise things that she won't follow through on..not sure how or why someone runs their own business this way but good thing I went another direction on wedding decor because I would've been left without any decorations for my wedding day...not a trustworthy vendor.

/2023 when she reassured me that my rental order was still good to go. Her phone is now disconnected and she still has not responded through her business portal to my questions. She has been reported through proper channels and I'm seeking a refund which still has yet to be received.

ent items for my 09/16/23 wedding. Fri 8/11/23 was the last contact I had with her and since then zero response. Last payment was pain in June of 2023. Now I had to spend more money to fill what she will not provide for me and have my family set up and tear down when I just wanted them to enjoy the wedding. I have been ghosted through text by Julia and all her social media has been deleted. I have now way to contact her or try to attempt to get a refund, since services were not rendered. DO NOT do business with this lady. Apparently I am not the only one she has scammed. I think that us dupped brides need to see about some legal action to recoup money that was basically stolen.

Reviews from The Knot, Wedding Wire, and others indicate she has been using this excuse for the past 2 months, at least, for not showing up or not providing what was contracted. Our coordinator had to contact other rental companies to provide plates, forks, glasses, chairs, and misc. decor items less than 24 hours before our event. You can imagine this cost us thousands of dollars on top of what we had already paid Julia up front for these items and services. As of today, her emails are getting bounced back, she is unresponsive via text, and phone calls are ignored. I cannot discourage you enough, do NOT hire Beloved Rentals for your wedding or event. Read reviews from other wedding sites and hire Shelby at La Luz if you want your wedding to go smoothly even when your rental company bails on you!

would respond, the work she put together was rarely what we asked for (e.g., the wedding programs and signage were laden with errors) resulting in us needing to micromanage her work. I ended up doing the majority of the planning and organizing myself, much to the bewilderment of others. ("Isn't this the wedding planner's job?" was a constant refrain.). In the days leading up to the wedding, she seemed remarkably calm given all the things that still needed to be done. We offered to roll up our sleeves and help fold programs, assemble party favors, and assemble florals, etc. She continued to rebuff our requests for help, insisting that she and her team would handle it. My mistake was in believing her. We became increasingly nervous as time went on and her team never showed up, nor did she seem in any rush to handle all the myriad tasks herself either. Predictably, our wedding day was spent with our ~100 guests frantically scrambling to do all the tasks, including driving to WalMart to pickup tables and tents. Imagine my disappointment when the beautiful furniture and florals that were supposed to be delivered were replaced white plastic folding tables. This was completely avoidable and inexcusable. The other vendors we hired said they had never witnessed such a disheveled affair and one personally apologized to me on Julia's behalf. The morning after the wedding, I awoke to find the venue still covered in trash and debris from the night before and having only two hours to clean it up before brunch at the same venue. I texted Julia to let her know that the state of affairs was unacceptable, especially since my guests were now picking up trash. She did eventually show up, but we had already cleaned everything ourselves. In the cleanup process, I was heartbroken to find a 50 gallon trash can full of all the florals I'd paid for, but that were never put out. I don't have the words to accurately convey what a deep disappointment and heartbreak this was. This should have been the most beautiful and wonderful day of my life and instead it was a frantic disaster that was only a fraction of what it could been had Julia been more organized and better at time management and communication. I only wish I could take it back and hire a different planner and stylist. I did receive an email apology from her and an offer to refund us the day after the wedding. I am hopeful, but not optimistic, the refund will actually come. I will update this posting if it does.

She took the time to discuss every little detail that I could possibly come up and was always incredibly responsive (which is so important when you are a type A bride on a wedding mission)! I trusted her entirely with my vision and sometimes even asked her to make choices for me because I was certain she knew better. She even extended her eye for colors to helping me select things like flowers, invitations & signage so everything was beautifully cohesive. She has an incredible selection of rentals and what she may not have she will absolutely find for you so decor and aesthetic were an absolute dream to create with her. She always had thoughtful and personal responses to my questions (or last minute design idea panic) and met with me many times to walk through our designs. Beyond her incredible eye for wedding design, Julia was an amazing person to be around and work with and I feel lucky to have developed a friendship with her in the process so our planning was full of joy and laughs, not stress. She is attentive,kind and oh so very patient and truly takes the bride and her style into account. Julia helps create YOUR dream wedding by helping you piece it all together into one completely unique and memorial event.

failed to bring ALL decor except for one couch that was the wrong color. And then they GHOSTED my friend and did not follow up or pick up the one couch on time. Unprofessional, uncommunicative, and straight up incompetent. I cannot stress enough, they don’t deserve your money.

oblem, when we started unloading them we quickly realized they were not what the pictures showed. They were beat up and broken with parts missing. Random stains and just terrible overall appearance. But wait there’s more, the tables and benches were in pieces and she gave us a big box of random bolts and screws and left us to put all these random miss matching parts together. Then when she picked them up and I expressed how displeased I was, she said no problem that she would refund us the delivery fee that we had already paid. We are now over a month past when she ruined our wedding and she has not returned any calls or attempts to contact her and we have not gotten any type of refund. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH “BELOVED RENTALS” I have no idea who left the prior reviews but they must have been mistaken with another business.

I loved the table canopy with the hanging lights as it added a magical, whimsical air to our wedding. Julia’s stylings married my childhood fantasies with grown-up elegance.

The details to the design and the execution of how everything turned out was beyond expectations. Not to mention gaining a friend through it all to make it even more special! We set up the delivery time for the day of to be eight hours before the ceremony to make sure that all other venders had adequate time to place their items and set up. As the day went on and she did not show up as scheduled my increasingly frantic calls and texts went unanswered and unacknowledged by Julia. In the meantime, the dishes, florist, photographer, and the caterer were all waiting at the property unable to do their job wasting their time. When she finally arrived, it was an hour before the ceremony was going to start and we had to enlist wedding guests to help with the set-up, thus missing photo opportunities, helping the bride dress, and just overall creating a sense of franticness. When she finally arrived, the items provided were far from what was promised and paid for in advance. The quality was poor, one of the chairs was broken, multiple pieces had stains on them, and the tables were not real tables. Everything about working with Julia was disappointing. Her lack of empathy to how stressful the situation was and the last straw was waking up to her trying to get onto our property at dawn to retrieve the items she dropped off eight hours late the day before. After speaking with her on the phone she did agree to refund a portion of the cost and after sending her a detailed list of what we thought was a fair amount that was not provided or was not up to standard, we have yet to hear back from her. We not once received an apology or an acknowledgment of the poor services provided. My hope is that another bride will not have to experience this level of service by Julia and her lack of team.
