Ben is a wonderful photographer and it shows in his work ! We now have beautiful memories of our pre wedding photos and wedding day photos ! He is patient and so easy to connect with. We had fun working him and he even captured amazing photos of our wild two year old daughter. I would highly recommend Ben for your wedding day , we can wait to work with him again in the future !

Ben was an absolute dream to have as a photographer! We eloped to the mountains of Zionville, NC where we had a small, intimate ceremony in a beautiful mountain lodge. When we started our search, we were looking for a photographer that could capture our day as naturally as it could be and Ben did just that. We reached out to Ben about 6 months before our wedding and he got back to us in a timely manner with helpful information. He suggested we have a phone conference to chat about our needs and get to know each other. There was no pressure or rush from him to get us booked which was refreshing. We are very much 'vibes' people and Ben passed the vibes check with flying colors. When we made the decision, he took payment multiple ways so it was easy to make that transaction from out-of-state. Ben traveled a good distance to the house/ venue and showed up at the time we agreed upon. I was getting ready when he arrived but to quote my grandpa about the before ceremony photos, "He was like a ninja! One minute he was over there taking pictures of the flowers then he was taking pictures through the window!" He captured all the little details that I never would have thought of. If I'm being honest, I didn't see him during the ceremony. He was also a ninja in those moments capturing the expressions of everyone in the room. We had very special, unplanned moment after the formal ceremony where everyone (15 of us) came back to the "alter" and hugged and laughed and rejoiced about the joining of our two families. Ben captured those hugs and smiles and we will cherish those photos forever. If you've made it this far, book him! Ben was extremely personable, down to earth, professional, and fun. His prices are better than most and his artwork is dreamy and natural. 100/10 would absolutely recommend to anyone! Thanks again, Ben!

Ben did an incredible job at our wedding! He was very prompt and easy to communicate with. He made us feel comfortable in front of the camera and gave us great directions. The photos turned out beautifully!

Ben was the best photographer we could have asked for. He captured every moment and every detail beautifully! Even the parts we missed out on or don't remember due to the rush of the day, he captured so we could remember and relive it. His artistic eye left us with unimaginably gorgeous pictures that will will cherish for the rest of our lives. All of our friends and family who were there commented on how wonderful he was too, which was really special that they noticed how above and beyond he went. In addition to being fantastic day of, he is great at communication and keeping in touch and sent the edited photos back to us in such a timely manner. Ben did an amazing job capturing ALL of the moments for our wedding from getting ready to the ceremony to our crazy reception to our send off! He was super easy to work with, knew how to capture the best shots, and was very responsive. We have so many good photos to choose from, and we have so many to share with our family and friends. Ben did an AMAZING job on our wedding photos and he couldn't of been easier to work with. He was incredibly responsive the whole way through the process. Planning a wedding is very stressful so being able to put complete faith in the photographer definitely lifted a huge weight off of my shoulders. Ben was great at directing my husband and I for all the couple shots, same for when it came to corralling the rest of our families for photos. He hung back the entire time and wasn't intrusive in any way- yet still managed to get shots of all the important moments and tons of things I had no clue he captured. It was great being able to see all the photos after the wedding and relive the day. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone!

To be completely candid, I actually have known Ben for over ten years. He was actually my teacher when I was in high school. I knew from the moment I got engaged, actually probably before getting engaged, that I wanted Ben to do our engagement photo as well as photographing our wedding! That being said, I have to praise the way he went above and beyond to capture our special day. Despite our original wedding date getting canceled due to COVID, Ben still could capture our new wedding date. COVID did not scare him. He was up for the challenge as long as we were! We talked on the phone before everything, so I knew exactly what we wanted and the day's plan. Ben came very early in the morning while all the girls were getting ready and stayed until dark when we left. He captured so many precious details I would have never thought about! He was able to capture so many good candid photos while everyone was getting ready that highly depicted that day's emotions! Not only is Ben an outstanding photographer, but he is also such an awesome guy to be around. He has always been very personable, down to earth, but also very professional. He made sure through everything that my husband and I were comfortable with everything. Even after the wedding, he contacted us about how all of the editing processes were going. He would send us to sneak peek photos that melted our hearts! One of my favorite details that Ben put into our photos was the wooden flash drive he sent us with one of our photos printed on it, and it was all wrapped up in lace in a little box. It was the perfect way to receive all of our photos! If I could give any newly engaged couples a piece of advice, it would be… don't skip out on wedding photos. Hire someone who you know will take amazing photos. You can never redo that day! You will not regret your choice to choose Ben for your special day or event!

Ben provided the photography services for our wedding which took place off the Blue Ridge Parkway north of Asheville in the summer of 2020. He was on POINT in so many ways! I’m a landscape photographer based out of WNC so I of course had high expectations for the person shooting our wedding. Ben exceeded my expectations in every category. His ability to capture intimate moments between family members and the breathtaking scenery around us was top notch. His laid back personality meshed well with the group yet his attentiveness to the events happening helped him capture all the moments we want to remember. He was professional and respectful. He was timely in getting us a couple dozen photos soon after the wedding and then mailed us an awesome flash drive with so many more great photos to look through. Ultimately we not only ended up with outstanding images from our wedding day that we will cherish forever, but we ended up with someone whom we now call a friend. Thanks Ben for all the hard work!

We could not have been happier with the photos or Ben's work at our wedding. He made sure to capture all of the special moments and was so kind to us and our guests. He was so professional as we sorted everything out, and then got the photos to us in a timely manner after. We got married in Benson, NC and he was willing to travel there for our wedding at a very reasonable rate. We highly recommend him!!!

My son and now daughter-in-law were married at St.Margaret of Scotland church in Maggie Valley, reception at Laurel Ridge CC in Waynesville. Both stunning places, and Ben did them justice with his beautiful photos from the wedding day! First, Ben was a joy to work with from the beginning! He has a great personality, and was wonderful with our guests as well. Some people think you need two photographers, but Ben was EVERYWHERE! He captured every treasured moment from beginning to end! My favorite photos I view in wedding albums are the candid photos. They always seem to portray the pure essence of the event.
