They stayed after hours with us looking at loose diamonds, teaching us about color and clarity, and worked with us to help choose one in our price range without having to sacrifice beauty. I have my dream ring that people absolutely drool over... and no one can tell that the center diamond isn't exactly perfect. That's what I call service!
