We hired Ben to celebrate our 10 year wedding anniversary and did a little photoshoot to commemorate the milestone. My wife and I were both nervous about doing photos because we haven’t done any since our wedding day, but Ben made these a breeze and reminded us of how much we’re still crushing on each other. We love every single photo that he delivered, and we can't wait to work with him again for our family photos.

Ben Ramos and his team are AMAZING!!! We chose to hire his associate photographer, Mikaila Dunsenberry, who brought her assistant Claire with her. The two of them together captured our wedding in a way we had always dreamed of and were so wonderful to work with. They were extremely easy-going, fun and calm throughout the entire day which really helped with any nerves we had. Not only that, but in the weeks leading up to the wedding, Mikaila was such a huge help in creating our wedding day timeline and making sure we had every detail covered, which was heaven for a bride with a type A personality. In fact, I know that our day would not have gone as smoothly as it did without her assistance and expertise. In addition to photos, we utilized the Hype Booth which Ben set up and took down himself and our guests had a blast with it! After the wedding, the editing process went wonderfully and Ben was more than accommodating with any last minute requests we had. Him and his team all have such fun, bubbly and kind personalities and are truly just phenomenal at their job. We cannot recommend Ben and his team enough and we will be obsessing over our photos for the rest of our lives! We hope to use his services again in the future for other life events!

Ben's associate, Mikaila, was absolutely wonderful to work with for our June 2022 Chicago wedding. Ben was super responsive and we got our entire gallery back in just 4 weeks! Mikaila (& her assistant Madelaine) was such a calm presence on our wedding day, but also confident in her skill set and directive when needed! She gave us a perfect mix of the necessary posed photos but a ton of stunning candids too. Mikaila worked wonderfully with our other vendors. We highly recommend this team for your wedding or event!

We were lucky to have Ben as our wedding photographer! Working with him was incredibly smooth and easy from start to finish. We set up a call with him several weeks before the wedding to go over our wedding timeline and the meeting was extremely efficient, productive, and fun! Planning a wedding in the middle of a global pandemic is…what’s the best word? Interesting? Disheartening? Challenging? Hard. It’s hard. You know what made it easier and helped to breathe life and refocus us on the things that truly mattered in our day? Our awesome team of vendors who ooze joy for what they do. When we first met Ben and his adorable puppy, Norman, we instantly saw Ben’s genuine heart and authentic attitude. From the start, he proves himself as your ultimate hype guy. We could instantly tell that he truly wants what’s best for his couples. We could have never known when we booked him in February how much we’d need his overflowing joy and positivity throughout our planning process. We planned for a big July 2020 wedding and to no one’s surprise, had to postpone until we could host at least our close family and friends for a much more intimate gathering in September of 2020. Unfortunately, postponing a wedding that was 95% planned comes with its’ challenges—one of them being that our ultimate hype guy was already scheduled to shoot another wedding on our new wedding date. This was one of those moments that could have caused a pandemic wedding-planning tailspin, but not only is Ben insanely positive in the face of a challenge (and in literally every situation in which we’ve interacted ever), he’s also a legit business owner and has so many insanely talented people on his team. You know how quality people attract quality people? Well, Ben, a super quality person, set us up with his amazingly quality Associate, Wes, for our big day, and we could not have been more pleased! We were instantly in the best of hands with Wes, and his calm and confident demeanor was a wonderful match for how hyped myself, my husband, and our bridal party were. From start to finish, Ben made us feel SO comfortable and hyped! He was just as excited about our day as we were, and I'm telling you, that makes all the difference. He listened to our vision and executed it perfectly! We’ve been working with Ben as our photographer for our 2020 wedding (and engagement photos!) since 2018. Where do I even begin?! Finding the perfect photographer to capture our wedding was something most important to me during the planning process. My husband and I recently got our photos back from our wedding and we were BLOWN away! BEN RAH-MOS! Let me start by saying that when we originally started planning our wedding, we had to change venues and we picked the new date solely based off of whether or not Ben and his team were available that day. On October 24, 2019, Ben shot our engagement pictures. I have always begged my now husband to smile with his teeth showing and he refused for two years until he met Ben. Within the first 10 minutes of Ben shooting our engagement photos, my husband was smiling with his mouth open and I was shocked! Ben created such a fun and comfortable space for us when he shot our engagement photos that it made it so much easier for us to work with him on October 24, 2020 for our wedding day! Our wedding was at The Abbey Resort in Fontana, WI. Ben and his associate Wes showed up that morning and made the getting ready process so much fun for the whole bridal party! They were professional when they needed to be and the life of the party when they needed to be. Ben and Wes captured all of the things we wanted them to, and even the small details that we never would have thought of! Ben was able to get me previews literally the next evening after our wedding- so impressive! A few guests at our wedding are currently planning their own wedding and inquired about hiring Ben and his team. I 100% recommend Ben for capturing every special wedding detail. He is absolutely worth every single penny. We will have the most beautiful photos for years to come!

Ben is an amazing photographer, such a fun personality for the wedding day, hard worker and so easy to work with. I met Ben at a wedding day; he was doing photo and I was doing video. Truly enjoyed working alongside with him; so easy to talk to , and he was very considerate to the video team - Ben wanted to make sure we also got our time along with couple for our own deliveries. I love a good photo, so naturally I had all of these ideas in my head of what I wanted, and this team exceeded ALL of my expectations. We were so happy with our experience working with Ben! My husband is usually pretty camera shy, but Ben was able to make him feel comfortable, and he actually ended up enjoying getting his picture taken! Ben really does bring out the best in his couples, and is great at capturing both artistic, posed pictures, as well as candid, natural moments. The quality of our pictures was amazing and our families loved seeing them! You can tell that Ben puts a lot of effort into every picture that he takes and edits. The Perfect Engagement Session! This is not just a job for Ben...it's a passion and it shows! We first worked with him January 2016 (my sisters wedding), so of course when I got engaged he is the only photographer that I wanted! Ben is one of the most positive and energetic people I have ever met! He knows exactly what to say and do to make you feel comfortable in front of a camera..and he doesn't even try! We are so very happy that we worked with Ben for our wedding. It’s been about a month since we got our pictures back and I still look through them every day (and he gave us nearly 1000 pictures!!). We picked a 10 hour package with two shooters, and it was perfect for what we wanted. We had the cutest engagement shoot (featuring our dog) and it was so valuable and reassuring to us knowing that we could vibe with Ben ahead of the wedding, and that his pictures were what we were looking for. At the wedding, Ben and Emily were so relaxed and go-with-the flow the whole day/night, and took amazing shots of us and our families. Even though we were running late to get to the landmark portrait part of the day, we were able to hit every location we wanted (including Wrigley Field during a game day) and made it to the venue on time. Ben was great at making sure pedestrians milling about didn’t get in the way, even at packed places like the Bean and Wrigley. In all of our photos, it’s so clear that we are all having a carefree great time, and it looks like the whole city stopped just for us. I could go on and on, but ultimately, we picked Ben because his photos capture the kind of candid moments we knew we wanted to capture, and he absolutely lived up to that. We both are shy when it comes to taking pictures, but he’s such a great hype man (!!) that you can’t help but get into it and feel more confident. I know all of our guests felt the same way. I’m going to go look at our photos again now…thanks Ben!!

GIRL!!!!! Stop your looking process now! You have found the best in the business!! Ben is a gem to work with! He makes you feel so comfortable and catches the picture at just the right moment. The pictures don’t feel or looked overly posed at all. The pictures are just what we were looking for! I looked and looked for months and found no one that fit that perfect in between of light and dark. And then I stumbled upon Ben from a friend who also had him for her engagement pictures. I am super bummed now that I got my pictures back because I didn’t book him for my wedding just my engagement pictures. I am having a destination wedding and with the resort fees for outside vendors and my fiancé wanting a photographer and a videographer we just couldn’t fit him in the budget. But even telling him that he was willing to at least try and get it in out budget! If you are debating or even considering booking him just do it you will NOT be disappointed!!!

HOLY SHIT! This is it, your search is over Ben should be your photographer no if ands or buts about it Ben just photographed my wedding and let me tell you it was worth every penny! (Yes it’s a lot of pennies but honestly the pictures last forever and it’s gonna be the thing you wish you spent more money on if you don’t book Ben) As I look through the pictures from this day I can’t thank Ben and his second photographer (and girlfriend! How fun) Emily enough for perfectly capturing not only every moment, but every emotion that made this day so perfect! They both made everyone so comfortable and everyone looks like they are having the best day of their life in every picture! He really brought out the best in everyone, and they were the perfect mix of professional and party! They really made the most of every second of our crazy busy day, they balanced exactly what we needed pictures of so well! I would definitely recommend a second photographer so you can get ALL the angles and excitement and details and I’d also say add more time- the dance floor pictures are SO FUN! Ben is the best and I simply can’t imagine my wedding day without him!

Ben personally takes the time to get to know each of his clients. He wants to capture their unique beauty & somehow he does just that. I am completely in awe (still) of the work he did for my engagement shoot & wedding. He traveled hours to be there, was completely down to earth & went with the flow (as wedding plans can kinda change last minute), helped us feel totally natural & picture-worthy while he was behind the lens, and the final product was BREATHTAKING.
