My first experience at Benari and I am blown away by their professionalism. My SA is Claire and I couldn’t be happier with the warmth and support she provides while I build my collection ! She is always available for questions , spends time understanding what you need and plans for you. One of the rare jewelers where you don’t feel pressurized to buy ! They really just want to help you find the one thing that makes you truly happy. All in all a great place to shop for your next heirloom.

We are so happy with Benari in Exton. Debbie has truly been a joy to work with throughout wedding planning. My fiance went to Benari to choose my engagement ring, so after proposing we went back to get the ring resized. Debbie knew my ring size just by looking at my hand - I was blown away! When we went back again to choose wedding bands, she was helpful in showing us different options and listening to what we both liked. We are so happy with our rings and our experience at Benari!

My husband and I decided fairly last minute to purchase wedding bands for our mini wedding. We made an appointment with Abbey at Benari in Exton to get some initial ideas on styles we were interested in and she was so welcoming and patient with us. She was incredibly helpful as she showed us a variety of styles and really listened to our preferences. After our first appointment, we did a lot of communicating with Abbey via phone since we do not live nearby and she was always very responsive. We ultimately decided to purchase our bands from Benari and are so glad we did. We didn't have much wiggle room on timing and Abbey was super proactive in making sure we got our bands in time for our wedding. She was so accommodating and we are so appreciative of her help. We would absolutely recommend Benari to others in the future!

Be at I was recommended to us by a friend and as the “can’t make a decision/picky” person that I am walked in unsure of what to expect. We met with Rachel and after a quick conversation she immediately caught my vibe and understood what I wanted. Kevin went back a week later (unbeknownst to me) and worked with Rachel on the most perfect ring. We are going back for our bands and To quote Kevin “I would trust Rachel with my life”.

We highly recommend Benari Jewelers! They have a great selection and provide a very personal touch with their service. We worked with Mark on both my engagement ring and our wedding bands and he was extremely helpful and informative every step of the way. He made us feel welcome the first time we walked in and seems more like a friend every time we return. They've been able to customize pieces as needed and seem to get items in quicker than even they expect. A first class jeweler all the way!

This review is for the Newtown Square location, specifically with their associate Tara. I bought my wedding band there after shopping with Tara. Benari itself has such a great selection of bridal but Tara made the process so painless. I have been to jewelry stores where I have felt some dishonesty happening and pushiness and there is absolutely none of that with Tara. I will continue to go to Tara for any of my jewelry needs in the future and I recommend that you do the same!

Tara and the entire staff at Benari of very professional. They guided me through this entire process with no pressure. They also were able to create an engagement ring within my budget. I will highly continue to recommend them to family and friends.

I’ve shopped at Benari before and am always impressed with their selection of classic and up-to-date trends in jewelry. This go around I went on three separate occasions to make my selection of an everyday piece and had undivided attention by Joel each time. He was unrushed, attentive, helpful and professional, and even gave my little one a teddy bear to keep him occupied while I shopped. I’d highly recommend Benari and Joel in your jewelry needs.

When I was shopping for the perfect ring for my now wife, I was clueless. Finding Joel at Benari made proposing so much easier. Joel Cohen was fantastic! I went in with what I thought was a decent base knowledge about engagement rings. Joel took the time to educate me on quality over size. I cannot stress the importance of that enough. Choosing the best quality and cut makes the stone look way bigger than it is. I though honesty was all but dead in retail sales until I met Joel. To bad we dont have an option for 100 stars!

Benari was recommended to us by friends when we first started thinking about looking for engagement rings. We worked with Tara in Newtown Square to try on engagement rings, and she helped make the process fun and easy, as I am indecisive, and my now husband was overwhelmed! She even ordered rings from A. Jaffe that I had seen online, but didn't have in store, so I could try them on before making a final decision. She helped narrow down the options, and when he went back to buy, helped him pick an incredible ring and diamond. We returned again for our bands, and Tara again helped us make perfect choices. Every time we walk in, she greets us by name and remembers details about us that help make the experience even more personalized and enjoyable. As a bridesmaid, it is my job to satisfy the bride. When her engagement ring went crooked 24 hours before the wedding, Benari saved the day. As an out of town guest, I became skeptical to pass over my best friends ring to strangers. But clearly, as I left Abby was more than a jeweler, she was a life savor! I would HIGHLY recommend Benari to any bride, or bridesmaid in case of an emergency.

They are the best ever! Whatever you need done they will do it for you! They will even clean your jewelry for nothing! Everybody in that jewelry is very nice and professional!

My fiancé got my engagement ring from Benari and I cannot even begin to tell you the level of service we got here! The only reason why I know what happened behind the scenes is because my fiancé (bless him for this) videotaped the whole thing. Joel Cohen, our jeweler, went above and beyond by not only helping my fiancé to create a very memorable video but he was able to create a one of kind custom diamond engagement ring from a short 10 second video my fiancé showed him. Joel created a 3D computer aided drawing of the ring and kept working on it until it was absolutely perfect! Not only did I get an awesome video with the two of them planning, plotting, and preparing for the big surprise, and an unbelievable one of a kind custom made ring, but Joel was able to pull all of this off in less than a month!! I had to thank Joel in person after the proposal because honestly after watching the video (and crying tears of joy throughout the whole thing) I had to thank the one jeweler out of the 4 jewelers my fiancé went to, that could pull off this huge task. No one else even attempted to make a custom ring. Everyone else just coldly dismissed my fiancé and said "Sorry that's not something we can do". Buying an engagement ring is so much more than just looking into a glass case and picking out just any ring...you are buying a once in a lifetime experience and Joel Cohen at Benari Jewelry gave us that moment, for that I will always be grateful!! Save yourself a headache and just go straight to Benari's and ask for Joel...he will take great care of you!

At first, our experience with Benari Jewelers was very rocky. However, once the VP, Ron, and owner, Jacob, found out all that we went through, they went above and beyond compensating us for the mishaps. Ron was very responsive and helpful in resolving any issues that we had.

My fiancèe purchased my wedding ring there and he said Christine (in the Newtown Square office) was very helpful, knowledgable, and patient. The ring he picked out is stunning (a Hearts on Fire diamond) and we look forward to purchasing our wedding rings there in the near future. They received a lifetime customer for sure!

He was so incredibly helpful and we were – as usual – thrilled with our choices. Mark took his time and was so patient and explained the pros and cons of some of the initial picks as well as educating us on the various metals and styles. We love the excitement of working with Mark to find something awesome. My fiancé mentioned that “I know she values all of her jewelry, but especially those pieces that come in the yellow box from Benari!” We were talking last night about how we once thought it sounded slightly pretentious when someone would say they "have a jeweler", but now we get it. It's all about an environment that is friendly and where one feels comfortable to browse at a leisurely pace, all while knowing the staff is there to help find the perfect piece. The consultants here have been so helpful, from the engagement ring to the wedding bands. Within moments of talking to my fiance, the consultant directed him to the perfect designer for my engagement ring. The same consultant was there almost every time we went into the store and treated us like family. We are so grateful to Benari for sharing in our excitement!

My experience at Benari was terrific! I was back and forth multiple times while searching for an engagement ring. Bob (at the Newtown Square location) was so helpful, friendly, and professional! Bob educated me on everything there is to know about diamonds and guided me through the process until we found the perfect ring. I brought my wife with me to the shop the next couple of times for the ring re-sizing & to shop for our wedding bands. Bob helped us get the perfect wedding bands also! We went back to this store after the groom had such a good shopping experience buying my engagement ring. He had shopped about 15 stores before going into Benari and was impressed by their knowledge and selections. They worked to show him pieces that he wanted and did not try to sell him junk. So, we went back to them for both of our wedding bands. Again, the service was outstanding. They have beautiful choices and we are both very happy with our jewelry.

My husband got my engagement ring from Benari & so we went back to get our wedding bands there as well. We were fortunate enough to accidentally show up on the day of their bridal sale, which allowed us to get exactly what we wanted without going too far over "budget" & they told us when their next sale was going to be so we could come back for a gift for my MOH; they even let us per-order to make sure we could get exactly what we wanted.
