Bending branch is the best venue from all the staff to the prices. From the moment we stepped foot on the property we knew this was the place to be. I unknowingly scheduled a time to tour at 6:00 pm completely forgetting we were I daylight savings time and it was dark. Driving there we were so worried we would not be able to see all its beauty but little did we know owner Holly would have all the lights on making it absolutely breathtaking. Then after going back to tour in the day time we met with Taylor who became our wedding coordinator which came with our package. Taylor was so helpful and attentive to every question as If our wedding was going to be the next day even know it was 1 year and 8 months out. Every person on the bending branch team is so helpful but I am for ever thankful to Taylor who made the wedding planning process almost effortless and stress free. Also so thankful to Joe and Holly the owners who let us visit multiple times before our big day just to take a walk around. The bending branch family  truly are amazing and have become a special part of our love story told us we could always come back to visit.  Not to mention they allowed our sweet fur baby was allowed to be apart of our special day! 

We had a wonderful wedding thanks to Bending Branch Ranch & staff! The venue includes DJ, photographer, bartender, coordinator and decor! We had an easy payment plan and never went into debt planning our wedding. Taylor was our coordinator and she was simply amazing! I couldn’t have done it without her. Cona Studios captured our special day and they are beyond talented. Carie was head of the bar staff and also helped so much with catering. Polk Bros spun the best tunes and kept everyone entertained! We had Blue their resident donkey pass out beers and seltzers during cocktail hour which of course everyone loved! The owners are very nice and feel like friends when you meet them. So many of our guests said it was one of the best weddings they have ever been to, it was awesome! Thank you all for memories that will last a lifetime 🖤

We cannot say enough good things about this venue and all of its people!! We were planning our wedding from out of state, but Holly, Joe, and our coordinator Faith made the process as stress free as it could be! From day 1, they guided us through the planning process, connecting us with amazing vendors and organizing the long list of "to-dos" that comes with wedding planning. Faith regularly checked in, coordinated with our vendors, and helped us bring our vision to life. They worked with our schedule, meeting virtually and in person as we were able since we were only in town a couple of times leading up to wedding day. Day of, we were able to fully enjoy the day and not worry about a thing - they took care of everything! You can tell how much the whole team at BBR pours their hearts into what they do. Not to mention, the venue is stunning. We would do it all again if we could! THANK YOU!

From the dirt road to the beautifully lit wooden entrance, this place is magical. Holly and Joe are phenomenal hosts!! Making sure everything was perfect for our wedding day. I chose the spot after speaking with Holly, and fell in love with BBR after a walkthrough with Joe. Vibrant green landscape, picture perfect settings - an antique pickup truck, brick and wooden bridge with a water spraying pond backdrop, barrel accented massive door entryway to the sweetest alter under a preserved oak tree. The day of staff were great!! Carrie made sure the drinks flowed cold and spirits ran high. Haley, Coordinator, was very attentive throughout the process and especially on the day. Making sure every detail was just right!! Joe could be seen cleaning up this and that to make every aspect of the ranch was amazing. Our family and friends found everyone and everything incredible. They still can't stop talking about it!! Having researched the majority of places in Florida, I can confidently say, this was the BEST place for Us. I am so grateful to everyone at BBR. You will be hard-pressed to find a venue that offers such kindness and value!!

Planning a wedding with the help of family from out of state can be daunting, but Holly and Joe, the incredible owners, made it feel effortless. They were so warm, responsive, and accommodating—not just to us, but to our entire family who played a part in the planning process. Their communication was always timely and clear, and their flexibility made us feel supported every step of the way. Our coordinator, Faith, deserves her own spotlight. She was an absolute godsend. From creating timelines and offering thoughtful design suggestions to troubleshooting last-minute details, Faith was there for everything—always calm, always kind, and somehow always one step ahead. We can confidently say our wedding would not have been as smooth, beautiful, or meaningful without her. She even helped with our toddler daughter (our flower girl!) and coached her through the ceremony and photos—something we will be forever grateful for. The venue’s on-site accommodations for both the bridal party and groomsmen were another standout. The bridal cottage and groom’s house were not only beautiful but fully stocked with everything we needed to feel comfortable and relaxed throughout the day. It took all the stress out of getting ready and created such a peaceful, joyful start to the best day of our lives. And let’s talk about the bar staff—Carie and her assistant Cae were phenomenal! With 175 guests (and an Irish family that knows how to celebrate), they kept the drinks flowing and the energy high all night long. Everyone raved about the service, and we never once saw a line at the bar—no small feat at a wedding of our size! As a bride who has dreamt about this day since childhood, I can honestly say not a single detail was overlooked. Every flower, every moment, every smile—it was all seamless and stunning. The team at Bending Branch Ranch didn’t just host our wedding, they brought our vision to life and gave us the most magical, unforgettable day imaginable. My husband and I recently had our wedding at the Bending Branch Ranch and we cannot express enough how perfect and special the entire experience was, thanks to the incredible venue and their outstanding staff. We truly enjoyed getting to know and working with the venue owners Holly and Joe, the wedding coordinator Faith, the bartender Carie, and even their ranch animals. We are forever grateful for all of them who made us feel like family and made our big day so special. I worked closely with Faith and she always went above and beyond to ensure every detail was taken care of and that my questions were always answered. Her professionalism, attentiveness, and genuine kindness made my planning process and the entire wedding day smooth and stress-free. I truly could not have done it without her! A special shoutout to one of the vendors through the venue. It was an absolute pleasure and a breath of fresh air working with Jenn and Tony at Cona Studios for our photo and video. Jenn was excellent from start to finish in the planning process and Tony was fantastic to work with on our wedding day. His professionalism, ease, and humor made our day even better. Also, getting the sneak peek photos we've already received is pure perfection. They are so stunning and can't wait to see the rest. I am forever grateful for this incredible venue and team! This was the first venue we toured and instantly fell in love with the barn and Blue 🩵. We had about 85 guests attend, the setup was perfect everyone had plenty of room at their table and to hang around mingling. Faith was an absolute godsend! She was always so quick to answer my calls and questions, I could not have asked for better help throughout the whole planning process! Holly was also extremely helpful with everything! Carie helped us with everything bar related and she was able to keep up solo with out drinking crowd! Our guests had so much fun and they could not stop telling me how smooth everything went and how much they loved the venue! This is by far the best and most beautiful farm wedding venue in Florida! Our wedding was better than we could have ever imagined because of the staff and beautiful grounds! Faith, our wedding coordinator who is also included when booking the venue, was amazing. She ran everything so smoothly, was super organized and was able to help answer any questions during the planning process. We seriously could not have had a better day without her. We loved all the extra touches including the donkey at cocktail hour and the little touches the staff did to make it the best night!

We had such an amazing experience having our wedding here on New Years Eve! First and foremost, the venue is STUNNING. Just about every single guest commented on how beautiful and unique it is. Second, if you are considering a more DIY wedding/venue, let me stop you right there. You do not realize how much you will benefit from an all-inclusive venue. Seriously there is so much that they handle that you would otherwise pay a fortune for if you were to outsource yourself at a more 'bare bones' venue. Even the day of the wedding I was shocked at how many people I saw running around setting up chairs, speakers, lighting candles, etc.. They take care of everything, and are extremely detailed and instructional with the aspects that you handle. I was a very OCD bride (lol) and our coordinator Taylor did an INCREDIBLE job making my vision come to life!! The entire BBR team are so kind, caring, and helpful. They truly care about making it the most magical day for you, and it really is the perfect place. I cannot recommend this venue enough!!

just now New We got married on 12.7.24 and it was the best day of our lives! The first day we walked into the venue to tour, we were greeted by Oliverrrrr the barn kitty who came out to see us every time we went back after and obviously sold me right away because I’m a cat person (during our rehearsals, one of the boys were late and Oliver came out and stood in formation like he was stepping in and it killed me!!)! Holly gave us our first tour and as I walked around, I noticed myself sighing with relief and so much happiness. It’s such a beautiful venue, the barn, the ceremony site, the bride and groom suites, it was just utter perfection. Holly made us feel so comfortable from the beginning and even though we were not getting married for a year and a half, we could not stop thinking about Bending Branch Ranch so we booked it the following weekend. The venue comes with awesome partners - the photographer, DJ, bartender, and coordinator! That’s when we met the beautiful and wonderful queen Carie! Carie is on top of her stuff and she is sooooo helpful! Whenever I had any questions, she was just a phone call or text away. The contract said “day of coordinator” or “month of coordinator” (I can’t remember) but Carie was there throughout the whole year and a half. We also visited multiple times with family and our wedding party and she always met us and answered all of our questions. I’m a nervous person and Carie just always made me feel calm and heard. She offered amazing advice throughout the whole process and really made my vision come to life!! During (and now a week later)the wedding sooooo many of our guests have commented on how wonderful Carie was and what a great job she did. At one point, I was clearly getting tired of picturessss and here comes Carie with our signature drink and says “you look like you could use this” hahahaha it was such a sweet touch to her already amazing service. She really cares about the experience for everyone and it shows. It was crazy to relinquish control the day of but I walked out to the barn when I was supposed to be getting ready to check the set up and how it was going and it was better than I could have ever imagined. And she was nowhere close to finished at that time! Carie has an amazingly calming presence about her that even when I was running behind or wrapped up in other things, I never felt pressured or rushed and just always felt supported. My husband feels the same sentiments along with all of his groomsmen. Faith was also amazing! I met her the day of and she helped keep me on track. She even bustled my dress when the girls were missing 😭 At the end of the night, the owner was helping clean up and he even offered me a sweater because I looked chilly. lol. It’s just the small things. Thank you so much to you all!! I wish I was getting married again because I want to relive this day every day now hahaha. BEST VENUE EVER!! ♥️

Their team — Ashley, Carie, Taylor and everyone are seriously THEE best. The team at Bending Branch Ranch our responsive, professional, and just overall friendly. They have been supportive from day one of us planing our wedding and letting us know what we need or what we don't need. There offered decor that went beautifully with my center pieces my mother in law made. They were open to last minute changes and they never made you feel like a inconvenience. They were very attentive throughout the entire process. They asked what we wanted and then made sure they delivered. On my special day I felt and looked like a fairy princess, surrounded by lights that play in the nature in a natural way. We can't thank this team enough they truly gave us the dream wedding!

My husband and I got married on 9/21/24 and our big day at Bending Branch Ranch was an absolute dream. We loved the ceremony spot and the barn for the reception. The bridal cottage and grooms suite were great, the wedding party loved it. Holly and Joe have a really special place here and we are so thankful that we were able to have our wedding here. Ashley, our wedding coordinator made our day go absolutely seamless and she will go above and beyond to make sure everything is prefect. We will never forget the 21st night of September!

Couldn’t say enough good things about this venue. Taylor was our coordinator, and she worked SO hard to make sure everything went smooth and stress free (which was a big worry of mine).The owners Holly and Joe are also amazing people - you can tell they take pride in the venue and all their hard work that makes the ranch so beautiful. Joe was our officiant. He did so great at keeping it light and helping calm our nerves. We also appreciated how they allowed/encouraged our unique ideas throughout the planning process. Our wedding was a dream come true thanks to Bending Branch Ranch!

I don't even know how to fully describe how wonderful it was to get married here. The staff alone was incredible. Our wedding coordinator, Taylor, was the absolute best. She made our vision come to light. Not only was she great at organizing everything for us, but she is also the sweetest and it was wonderful to work with her. The venue pricing came with our photographer, DJ, coordinator, officiant, and bar tender. Not to mention they have so many decorations! If you've been looking for a ranch venue that is all inclusive please go visit. You will fall in love. And from someone who did not like the planning process, I can not say it was 10000% worth it. LOOK NO FURTHER! Hands down, best wedding venue!! We got married here last month and Holly literally made my wedding dreams come true! From the start she was responsive, flexible, accommodating, helpful, attentive, and A SWEETHEART! Her and Joe (the owners) are some of the nicest people I’ve ever met. The property is well kept and just so beautiful. I toured so many venues but this one took the cake. Any questions I had in the process, Holly was there to answer ASAP and if she didn’t know, she sure found the answer quick. Wedding planning is already so stressful but she honestly took so many burdens off my back because of her knowledge and willingness to help with whatever she could. HUGE bonus they have SO much decor you can use which is nice because we all know it can be so expensive. Also, what I loved is that I visited the venue every few months leading up to the wedding to go over our check list etc so it kept everything organized and everybody on the same page. Carey the bartender - a freaking doll. She knows her stuff and was almost spot on suggesting what we needed to buy for our open bar as far as alcohol and garnishes. Tony (photographer if you go with their package) UHHMAZING! He is so attentive to the bride and grooms needs, he has such a great personality, super talented/knows his stuff, and I got sneak peaks TWO days after the wedding! Overall, such wonderful people, wonderful venue, which made for such a wonderful, memorable day! Thank you Bending Branch!

I don’t think we can put into words how much we loved Bending Branch Ranch for our wedding venue. We tied the knot on 2/9/24. Not only do you get a wonderful place to get married you also get an amazing couple to help you plan it all! As soon as you pull into the driveway and fallow the path you feel like you are somewhere else. I couldn’t get over how peaceful this place is. They offer a package deal to help take most of the work out of planning. The photographer, and DJ are just as amazing is this venue is. They all really work well to together to make your day as smooth as possible. Holly was our wedding planner and we couldn’t have been happier! She makes you feel so special. I loved her sense of humor, and her ability to calm me down when I started to over think! She has a plan for everything and any situation. We can’t thank her and her husband Joe enough for making our day so special. Our guest are still talking about how beautiful this place is. This place is a must see!

Words can’t even describe how amazing the bending branch ranch is. Ashley… MY GIRL, she knew exactly what I needed the entire time before I even knew what I needed. The entire night ran so smoothly nothing went wrong and even if it did she handled it perfectly and I had no idea. She became more than just my coordinator, she’s someone I want to keep around forever! So much love for her and beyond grateful for everything she did for us! Carrie the bartender was simply amazing she helped so much when it came to amounts and recommendations on anything! No matter where I wanted the bar to be or if wouldn’t work she would try just to make sure it happened for me regardless! Cona images was simply the best! Tony knew exactly what mike and I had envisioned for our big day, knew how to handle everybody and make sure everything ran perfectly. Holly and Joe are just simply amazing people… they’ve created a beautiful place for our big day, our early in the morning making sure the venue looked absolutely beautiful for us, Joe even snuck in for a few pics with the girls ;) LOL These people and this venue will forever hold a special place in our hearts! We love bending branch ranch and every one attending !

BBR is a BEAUTIFUL venue and we had such an amazing experience! Holly and Joe are wonderful to work with, along with their amazing vendors! Joe was our officiant and did a great job! Ashley was our coordinator and was the BEST ever! If we had to do it all over again, we wouldn’t change a single thing!

Holly and Joe bought the venue after getting married there themselves, and you can tell. They’re both so passionate about the wedding experience that the couple and their guests experience. Holly was a stellar coordinator and did everything right to ensure that we experienced the wedding day of our dreams. We solely followed her recommendations for vendors and were blown away with each of them, from photographers to caterers. This venue and its owners are truly special, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience from planning all the way through to our wedding day. 11/10

I want to recommend this venue to EVERY COUPLE OUT THERE! It was absolutely stunning and our guests couldn’t stop complimenting it. Holly, Joe, Carrie, Jessica, and our other vendors were absolutely incredible and made this brides dreams come true. My husband and I were stress free and they went above and beyond all of our expectations. Most importantly, this venue knows how to have fun!

We absolutely fell in love with the everything about Bending Branch Ranch, from start to finish everything so so smooth and perfect. The owners Holly and Joe and Ashley our coordinator went above and beyond to make our day amazing. We went with the bundle that included the coordinator, photographer, bartender and DJ, let me tell you… DO IT! They recommend the absolute best people and they work so well together. I had no stress planning, Ashley took care of literally everything. The place is huge, so many great photo opportunities, my bridal party was HUGE and we had our own houses to get ready in (not little rooms like most places). It’s hard to put into words how amazing our day was because of them.

My husband & I got married at bending branch and we had a stellar experience from the time we toured until our wedding date! The staff/owners are so accommodating and the sweetest people. They truly care about your wedding as if it were their own! Our coordinator Ashley helped with our vendors, our idea & any wedding questions we may of had!! All we had to do was show up on our wedding day, with no stress and the venue was ready for us! The property is stunning, no details go missed! There were so many beautiful places for pictures. Overall we couldn’t have picked a better wedding venue, we’re lifetime BBR fans!! ❤️
