Disappointed in the selection and my experience. Tried on a couple so I could feel like it was worth the trip, no luck. Left my sunglasses in the fitting room and realize within minutes they were gone, the woman clearing out my room claimed she hadn’t seen them. Left my number but knew they would never be found, clearly someone had taken them. I would not recommend this bridal shop.

They did a wonderful job making my wedding day feel special and wonderful! I highly recommend them for anyone who is getting married!

I will say that the venue itself is beautiful and that it can handle many types of weddings, including a rain contingent indoor chapel. Now, for the bad. They contacted me a week away from the wedding to collect the final payment, which was fine, but then they yelled at us for not giving it to them sooner. We assumed it was due the day of the wedding and no paperwork indicated otherwise. After four attempts, Patti finally gave us what she believed was the right total. She said she had a hard time with math. The photographer that was included never gave us our pictures! Thank goodness we hired an outside photographer, who was harassed by Bendora before they even started shooting. They didn't charge per person like they said. They charged per chair. So when there were a few empty seats on the ends but more chairs were needed, we were hounded for payment. This was about three minutes before I walked down the aisle while I was arm in arm with my father. They did not coordinate bubbles at the end like they said they would, even though they had them. We were told we were going to get an additional sheet cake-- we didn't. Some of our guests actually missed the ceremony. She said she would put balloons and signs up because the Farmer's market was going on. None of the guests saw any. We were heartbroken not to have them there. Overall, our service was extremely poor. I understand the business is for sale. If Patti isn't working there, the place has a lot of potential. Is she is, run. Save your money.

Patti was absolutely amazing! She helped us pick out the best package for our needs and was there for us every step of the way! The chapel is absolutely gorgeous, but we chose to have our ceremony in the garden (which is even more stunning!). The ceremony was short and sweet but truly lovely! It was exactly what we had pictured for our big day!

We loved the venue and the service. Patti and her helpers were so helpful, nice and caring. It had rained for hours before our wedding time and they made possible to do our ceremony outdoor with a very short notice after the rain stopped. I highly recommend it for a romantic intimate garden wedding.

Downtown Worthington is a small wedding district and we did almost everything there - Bendora, Worthington Inn, flowers, and rings. We chose Bendora for our small wedding for close friends and family. It was beautiful and Tarah did a wonderful job. We had to move the ceremony inside at the last minute because of weather, but it still turned out beautiful. Of course it stopped raining as soon as the ceremony was over, so we were still able to take some pictures in the garden. Having the wedding on-site is also an excellent value for your money, and you don't really have to worry about the little extra details like wedding favors, invitations, etc because it is all included! Highly recommend!

I had my dream wedding and it would not have been possible without Tarah and her team. I'm not a very "bridal bride" and had NO clue where to even start planning a wedding. To be honest, I was dreading the entire process... until I sat down with Tarah for the first time - I booked her right away! She was extremely organized and professional, and her bubbly personality made everything fun. My engagement was 18 months and I was able to meet with her in person or call her on the phone as much as I wanted! She has relationships with the best vendors in Columbus, and being able to meet with them in the Bendora studio (instead of a Panera or somewhere) was a real blessing. She kept track of vendor connections and contracts, the time-line, and budget - I only did the fun stuff! She even negotiated better prices on my vendor contracts. On my wedding day, Tarah made sure everything was on time and beautifully done; if anything went wrong she made sure it was resolved without my knowledge! I cannot recommend Tarah and the Bendora team enough. Her taste level is exquisite, her organization and professionalism take the stress out of the wedding planning experience, and her relationships with great vendors are worth every penny in themselves.

My wedding was perfect. Tarah is the best and helped me plan every detail of our wedding. Her suggestions on who to hire for my wedding were great. She pointed me to the right people to get everything together. For those of you who want a small wedding or need some help with your wedding Bendora is the place to go. When our plans for a destination wedding fell through, we were scrambling to plan a wedding in a short amount of time: a wedding that would be beautiful and memorable. Bendora Wedding Gallery made our vision a reality. Our wedding was elegant and included many personalized touches. Guests are still talking about the garden setting and how lovely the service was. Our pictures are gorgeous and reflect the emotions and feelings we were experiencing that day. I truly feel like our wedding was just perfect and I wouldn't change a thing. It turned out better than the destination wedding we had originally planned! We were so please with the flexibility, service, and convenience Bendora Wedding Gallery offered. It was perfect.

I can't say enough wonderful things about Bendora! They helped plan our wedding from start to finish and were nothing short of angels! Tarah was so great! She is such a professional and really offered great insight during the planning process. Our day went smoothly and I was able to enjoy it without worrying something would go wrong. We decided to get married and had our ceremony within 5 weeks so we chose the Bendora wedding gallery because they offered packages with everything included. The only not so great part was that the person coordinating the wedding kept waiting until the last minute to ask me to verify/provide things. Overall I had a great experience and would recommend them, especially if you have more time to plan.

I actually used The Bendora Wedding Gallery as the site of my wedding. My now husband and I wanted to have a small wedding but didn't want to go to the justice of the peace. Bendora was a perfect alternative to have a small event with just immediate family but also affordable and still have a wedding. It all turned out perfectly!

Because of Sarah's hard work, patience, and dedication to her craft my wedding day was everything I envisioned and more. The day was absolutely perfect!! If there were any problems, Sarah took care of them so I never had to know. As a bride you will have to decide what to spend and where to trim. Weddings are an investment and of all the costs, choosing Sarah as my wedding coordinator was the best expense decision made. It is well worth the money and your own sanity to sit down with Sarah at Bendora Wedding Gallery and figure out which coordinator plan works best for you.

My friend recommended Bendora's Wedding Gallery to me and I fell in love with the place as soon as I walked in. It is beautiful! The wedding specialists are so nice and know SO much about the business - they even sell gorgeous wedding gowns at a very reasonable price! I was wary of hiring them at first to help plan my wedding because I figured I could save money and plan my own wedding. One day, a few weeks after telling Sarah that we weren't going to use their gallery to help plan the wedding, she emailed me just to see how things were going and if I had hired any of the vendors she suggested in our initial consultation. Coincidentally, I was near tears at that point feeling so overwhelmed trying to plan a wedding while working full time. I needed help! Her email was so timely and my fiance and I decided to hire her to help with the wedding planning after all. It's only been about two weeks, but I feel SO much better already. Sarah is so nice and knowledgable -- without being pushy! She is extremely accessible, she has great ideas and possesses invaluable insight. She makes me feel at ease so, because she is helping me, I actually enjoy being a bride-to-be now instead of being stressed out like I was. Sarah is truly my wedding bff (like her email signature says haha) and she even likes pink the way I do! I haven't had much interaction with the other specialists, except briefly but the whole ambiance in that place is great. They all seem terrific. The magazine wall floored me! (You just have to see it for yourself). I haven't had my wedding yet, and I will post a full review when I do, but I can already tell I will not regret choosing Bendora Wedding Gallery to help me. I know I am in good hands.

I was lucky enough to come across the Bendora Wedding Gallery while searching for wedding venues in Central Ohio. After contacting Sarah at the gallery and an initial meeting to see the venue and get some details about their broker services I knew Bendora was THE place for our wedding. My husband and I wanted a small memorable, outdoor setting and Bendora couldn't have fit the mark better. Their wedding garden is beautiful, and well maintained which provided for amazing wedding photos and the quaint setting of the gallery, nestled in historic downtown Worthington provided the perfect intimate feel for our wedding day. Although we did not use Bendora’s broker services that did not stop Sarah and Tarah from recommending great vendors (many of who we used), styling advice for myself, our wedding and reception, as well as serving as a place of inspiration as I stopped by often to view the latest bridal magazines and keep up to date on current trends. On our wedding day, everything was perfect, as the lovely ladies at Bendora helped keep the day running smoothly, as well as welcoming and impressing our guests with their attention to every detail. My husband and I couldn’t have been happier with our experience. Thank you Bendora!

I have always heard brides say how much stress is involved in planning a wedding and how they always wish there was more time to do it. Well I was lucky enough to find Bendora. They have made the entire experience so enjoyable and simple. They immediately tuned into my tastes and recommended a venue that I had never heard of before which turned out to be PERFECT, and they have made every other decision just as easy and as wonderful as the first. Everything seems to just be falling into place for me, and there is no way I could do it without these lovely ladies!

I am using Bendora for my June 9, 2012 wedding. I have a slightly different perspective than most brides, in that I did a lot of the vendor booking and inspiration on my own before searching for a planner. When I came to Bedora, I was looking for someone to help tie up the loose ends, book the remaining vendors, but mostly help execute the vision and theme for the night. Thus far, Sarah has been extremely helpful and conscientous about contacting me from long-distance, keeping tabs on vendors, and helping with ideas for the reception. She also referred me to a graphic designer for all paper products and sat in on our meetings as a liason. She is truly helping as the "middle man," which is exactly what I was looking for! Very resourceful, super sweet, and their shop is absolutely adorable. They are extremely affordable, and will be helping me every step of the way, including as DOC for the big day :)

I don't know where to start....I love everything about working with Bendora. When I started planning my wedding, I knew that I wanted help...I thought just DOC. I ran across Bendora and a few other planning companies based on referrals and began meeting with them, but I just really loved the girls at Bendora, they seemed to "get" what I needed. I thought some of the other planners were good too...Bendora just offered more. Their pricing is some of the best in town and they were the only company I met with that had a real business location. Most of the planners seem to work another full time job and they plan part time from their home...the girls at Bendora were very professional full time planner and the space is GORGEOUS! If you are looking for a planner, DOC or just inspiration, you are truly cheating yourself if you don't visit this shop. Happy Planning!

My husband and I were tempted to just go to the courthouse with close family for our wedding until The Worthington Inn restaurant recommended Bendora Wedding Gallery and we couldn't have asked for a more memorable experience. The staff at Bendora made us feel right at home by patiently guiding us through the whole wedding ceremony process and offering a wide variety of options that fit the intimate wedding ceremony we were looking for. The atmosphere, kind staff, and outdoor garden area were absolutely amazing and provided exactly what we were looking for in our intimate outdoor wedding. They are willing to work with you and your wedding party to fit all of your needs. They are highly connected to many wedding vendors and photographers in the area also. Bendora is truly your "one stop shop" for all your wedding ceremony needs. I especially want to thank Sarah V. (our wedding consultant/officiant) at Bendora for helping make our wedding day a memorable one! They are truly a class act. You'll love them :-)

Everything about this place is magic. They were one of my first stops after getting engaged (flipping through magazines at the gallery with my sister) and I had no intentions of hiring a broker (to help find vendors) and day-of-coordinator (for the day-of; these are two options for packages that i bought together) but I soon fell in love with sweet Morgan Callahan. After talking through my vision, I couldn't see myself executing it without the help of someone - and that someone had to be Morgan--she's perfect! Every interaction I've had with the amazing owner Tarah or my consultant Morgan (or the other fabulous consultants) has been awesome. They are so helpful, knowledgeable and sweet. I feel an absolute sense of relief and trust as I'm planning my wedding for next fall. I will post a full review after my big day but I have no doubts that Bendora will be the reason for me actually relaxing my type-A mentality and enjoying myself as I marry my fiance! Two of my odd requirements for choosing vendors are 1) I have to want to be their friend in real life (outside wedding-land) and 2) they have to appreciate a good cupcake. These ladies pass those weird tests and so many others with FLYING COLORS! I love Bendora!

I hired Bendora to be my Brokers and I LOVE THEM! I gave Bendoras a try because I was feeling soooooo overwhelmed with working full time, going to grad school, planning a wedding and oh yeah trying to spending time with Rob, my handsome finance, I was willing to give ANYTHING a try!!! So, I signed up and all I have to say is Bendora is WEDDING LIFE SAVER!!!!!!!!! The lovely Bendora Ladies, as I like to call them, Tarah, Sarah and Collen, have found me vendors, set-up appointments for me, which has saved me TONS of time!!! I can also go check out magazines at their store and all sorts of other good stuff. Let me give you some examples… I had been trying to get in contact with several venues for our receptions and we kept playing phone tag (I am a teacher and can’t answer my phone during the day) Within 2 days the Sarah had ALL my appts set-up with all the venues I wanted to see and guess who has a receptions site, that’s me! I also found a photographer that did “artisty photos” that I loved (I am an art teacher) but he was super expensive, like the smallest package was $5,000. Tarah found me a photograph with the same style I loved for $1,500!!!!!! With that vendor alone, that covered the cost of me signing up with Bendora! Seriously, you ladies have got to check them out!!! I am enjoying planning my wedding, with their help and I don’t feel overwhelmed and I am staying under budget without cutting out any style!
