Beneath the Oaks is beyond perfection from the venue itself down to the staff. Meagan was so sweet and helpful thru out the whole process. She made things so easy and stress free. I knew going into searching for the perfect venue that I wanted something with a romantic feel and a venue that was beautiful bare. Beneath the Oaks was that plus more. 2 weeks later and guests are still raving about how beautiful it was. The 3 women who helped the day of the wedding were AMAZING! Lucy was an absolute god send for me leading up to the ceremony. She was so sweet and she calmed my nerves even if she didn’t realize it. I would do my wedding day all over again just for the venue and it’s staff alone. I cannot recommend this place enough. Thank you again so much!

Such a beautiful place for an affordable price. Such sweet people. They made my wedding day go super smooth and I'm so happy we chose this venue. Everything about this venue is perfect from the owners, to the staff, and to the venue it was all just such a great experience.

Beneath the oaks is the place to get married or have any party! I can not say enough good things about this place. The venue is absolutely beautiful and it also has a amazing winery! Everybody is helpful and friendly. There are 4 rooms your guest can rent and 3 rv hook up. Perfect for your bridal party or family to rent the night or your wedding! Brides check it out, I promise you will not be disappointed!

Beautiful venue!! Meagan was great! They have assorted things that we can utilize for the day of our wedding. Its so rustic and romantic. ❤❤ one thing that I do regret is that I didn't realize they had linens that can be used or else I wouldn't have rented linens. Lol I want to go back for our 10 year anniversary but we'll see. Totally recommend!! Definitely rent it out for the whole weekend.

From the moment I emailed Meagan to the day of the wedding was nothing but amazing news! With my husband’s work schedule we couldn’t get there to tour till night fall. Meagan stayed there and waited for us! Through all the mishaps with my coordinator I was always able to make it there to meet her! Meagan and Lorene both were amazing help for every single detail! Always a text, email or phone call away...literally! And not too mention it was so beyond beautiful! And everything speaks for itself❤️

Beneath the Oaks was just the most wonderful, magical venue ever. I had such a pleasant and smooth experience from beginning to end. Meagan, the Business Manager was just the sweetest and so pleasant to work with. The staff were so friendly and helpful, and the venue is just gorgeous. We stayed overnight at the bridal suite on the wedding night, and it was very cute, cozy, and clean. I want to get married there all over again!!

AMAZINGLY BEAUTIFUL venue!!! Meaghan was super helpful prior to the wedding! On the day of, Luci was AWESOME and so much more helpful than I thought. We stayed all weekend on site and then the Boot Creek “honeymoon suite” after. The price is perfect fir everything included. Thanks again for making my special day the BEST EVER!

The most BEAUTIFUL venue for a wedding. We can't say enough about the whole experience we had at Beneath the Oaks. The grooms quarters, the bridal suite, the bridesmaids suite, the hotel rooms, the RV hookups, the chapel, the reception venue....all right there on the most beautiful piece of property, full of gorgeous oak trees. Our wedding weekend was AMAZING. We had everything we needed right at our fingertips. Our guests were in AWE of how beautiful it was. Hands down the best place to have your wedding and 100% recommend Beneath the Oaks.

Beneath the Oaks is absolutely gorgeous! The cost to book is extremely fair and includes so much. The property is huge with two ceremony spaces and a giant reception hall. I received so many compliments from my guests on the venue. The owners are great people and awesome to work with.

This wedding venue is absolutely beautiful, we visited a few others in the surrounding area and none held a candle to Beneath The Oaks. Megan was very helpful throughout the planning of our daughter’s wedding and her staff was very helpful the day of, stepping up and helping with things allowing everyone to enjoy their special day without any distractions.

We could not have picked a better venue! From day 1 everything was wonderful. Meagan and her staff were so helpful and wonderful to work with even in the midst of having to change our date due to COVID 19, they were so flexible and accommodating. We chose to do the all inclusive package which gave us access and accommodations at the venue for the entire weekend. This was so helpful because we had time to just relax and enjoy the day. The decor closet that you get access to with any package you book has just about everything you would need! We found this so helpful. Meagan was very responsive to any and all questions. We truly picked the best place to have the best day of our lives! If only we could do it all again...

Having our wedding at Beneath the Oaks was the best decision we made. Our wedding was June 20, 2020, so we struggled for months deciding whether we should postpone our wedding due to COVID. Luckily, we did not. Meagan was absolutely amazing during this stressful time. She responded to every email that was filled with questions, and she went out of her way to try to find an alternate date for us in case we did decide to postpone (she even held that date for us at no charge). She was completely patient, understanding, and helpful during those uncertain months prior to our big day. Our guests couldn't stop talking about how beautiful Beneath the Oaks was. They said it was a hidden gem, and we completely agree. Brides, I know you want a stress-free and beautiful wedding day, and the Beneath the Oaks venue and staff will give that to you. If you do one thing right in your wedding planning process, it's to book your wedding at Beneath the Oaks. Like, I said...best decision we made.

Not only is the venue property absolutely breathtaking but the staff are extremely professional and helpful. I would choose Beneath the Oaks every day of the week and twice on Sunday.

Their new chapel was the absolute best place that I ever could have gotten married... I’d do it again exactly the same a million more times! 💜

I do not even know where to begin. This venue was absolutely perfect. You will not regret picking this to have your special day because Beneath The Oaks goes above and beyond. This is a family owned venue and they sure do take care of you. They are the sweetest people you will ever meet. I was so worried I was going to be stressed out when planning the wedding and the day of but everything went so smoothly because of the staff and the family here. I cannot tell you how many compliments we had about this venue and how it was BEAUTIFUL! We barley had decorations because that’s how beautiful it was. Not to mention you have a whole decorating closet to use if you would like-this saved us on buying any decor!!! Also, being able to be at the venue Friday-Sunday was the best thing ever. We were able to have all of our bridal party stay with us the whole weekend as well as close family. We had our rehearsal dinner here as well. I could seriously go on and on. We would not have wanted anything but Beneath The Oaks to have our wedding at and cherish this forever. Megan went out of her way to make sure we were happy and that we got everything we needed. I’m going to miss going out to this place!! I highly recommend you to book now!! You will not be disappointed❤️

I have waited a couple weeks to write this because I was trying to compose the words to explain just how amazing this venue is and the owners are, but there honestly isn’t a way to put it into words. I am sad that our wedding is over because I now don’t have an excuse to come visit, if that says anything. I mean when I say that if we had our wedding at any other venue, I could see where weddings can be stressful.. But having it at Beneath The Oaks, eliminated a tremendous amount of wedding stress. Here’s just A FEW reasons why: - The beauty of the grounds - The Piwonka/Hickl family is just lovely and they make you feel like family. They let you have your day the way YOU dream of it to be. We were never told “no” to anything we wanted - Having access Friday-Sunday gives you the ability to actually enjoy the entire wedding day - Having accommodations for bridal party + loved ones to stay on the property - Being able to use your own vendors and not being restricted - Having the decor room at your leisure and not having to spend tons of money on decorations or run around to collect items - Multiple options to make your wedding day to best fit you and your spouse as a couple as far as using the chapel or under the trees I could go on, but we would be here for hours. I wish I could explain just how smooth the entire wedding process was, just simply having it at this venue. There is not a single thing this venue does not have or hasn’t thought of. I can’t think of a single thing that this place is missing. Beneath The Oaks is a true gem. We could not have picked a more perfect place to have our wedding. We are forever grateful for Beneath The Oaks and thankful to have them apart of the memories we will hold onto for a lifetime!❤️

I'm not sure where to even start with BTO. It was all amazing. This venue absolutely made the experience and wedding go smoothly and fall into place. First of all, it is gorgeous. Pictures do it justice, but it is nothing like being out there. I went to look at several venues in Houston, and none can even come close to comparing. The venues in Houston try and be rustic (except they don't have trees!), whereas BTO does it naturally. My favorite part was the cicadas chirping during our ceremony...it was just perfect under the oak trees. Meagan, the venue manager, is looking to expand the chapel as well to accommodate for the larger weddings. Second, Meagan. She is by far the friendliest, most helpful of all the venue managers/owners I met with. She will go out of her way to help you make your wedding weekend perfect. All of the vendors on her "preferred vendor" list are people she genuinely, truly recommends--many she used for her own wedding or has had positive experiences in the past. Not like in Houston, where many venues get a cut from the vendor for being on "the list." She does not get a cut--just her honest recommendations. Third, and maybe the most important, is the VALUE. You can pay tens of thousands for venues in Houston for a mere 10 hours. With BTO, you can get the WHOLE WEEKEND to yourself! This was one of the main reasons we decided on BTO--the cost + the value. Meagan also supplied the sparklers for the exit (while many venues in Houston have banned sparklers...she doesn't have to out in the country). This INCLUDED all of the rooms and beds they have on site: 2 bunk beds (4 beds total) in the bridesmaids room with a pull out couch as well; a full size bed in the bridal suite; 2 "cantina" rooms with 4 twin beds total; and 4 "hotel" rooms with a queen bed in each (one room has 2) and their own bathroom. Not to mention the RV spots available! There is a local company you can rent from as well. Having rooms allowed all of my bridesmaids and their dates to have a place to stay the entire weekend. You can charge people as well (Meagan will give you a price breakdown if you want), but I chose not to do that. There is a nearby hotel that works well with Meagan and gives a great, affordable price. I wholeheartedly recommend you go look at BTO for your wedding. It may seem out in the middle of nowhere, but you can drive the same amount of time to Magnolia or Montgomery and pay double or triple what you would at BTO (and not get as much!). It is worth a look...you will NOT be disappointed!

Beneath the Oaks.... such a gorgeous venue!! From the greenery to the oak trees to the chandeliers inside and outside! When we first visited the venue we fell in love! I didn’t want to leave. The manager, Meagan, is absolutely awesome and goes out of her way to make sure everything will be perfect for your big day or event. Her staff is just as kind and accommodating. They have a bridal suite which is beautiful and a Groom’s Quarters that is pure awesomeness!! Staying here was heaven and if I ever need a large venue again, I will definitely book again.

An amazing venue with an absolute amazing team! If you have always dreamt of having an outside rustic wedding venue this is your place! My wedding was everything I ever wanted and more!

This was such a beautiful venue, and on top of that the people were great! They were so easy to work with and they truly went above and beyond to ensure we had the perfect day. I appreciated how easy it was to communicate with them, and all of the extra effort they put forth. The venue itself is gorgeous as well, with so many options! The bridal suite and groom's quarters were perfect for the bridal party. They are adding on more sleeping quarters as well, which is only going to enhance this already fabulous venue! The Piwonka family are such wonderful people, and I am so glad I chose to get married at their place!

Beneath the Oaks is stellar. My husband and I had a beautiful January wedding and it couldn't have happened at a better place. Meagan and her staff were extremely pleasant to work with and made everything so seamless. We really loved how all-in-one everything was. We showed up, used their decorations, brought in our own vendors and had everything in place. We were even able to do our rehearsal dinner there the night before the wedding. I would strongly recommend Beneath the Oaks to anyone!

Had an absolutely beautiful wedding at Beneath the Oaks on October 28th! It could not have been better. My guests continue to send me texts raving about how beautiful the venue was. The staff is very friendly and took care of us very well! Couldn't have picked a better place to have my special day! Thanks for everything!

I'm absolutely thrilled to have my wedding here! From the moment we toured the place, we both knew this is were we had to get married. The venue is gorgeous, very spacious, and has everything we wanted and more. Meagan is so fun to work with, I think she's a big part as well that we decided to book the venue! I can't say enough nice things about her and the place. I will update the review after we have our big day here!

Beneath The Oaks was fabulous! Our wedding was perfect because of our venue! They helped with so much and made sure every detail was perfect! I couldn't have imagined it any other place!

I absolutely loved this venue. It is beautiful, rustic, and spacious. They have really thought of everything. There is space for your caterer and your DJ, a separate bar and an ice machine, a bridal suite with a kitchen and "salon" area for hair and make-up, and even spaces to stay the night. The venue also gives you access to tablecloths and almost any kind of decoration you could think of. The only thing I will say is that if you are looking for a full service venue this is not it. You have to decorate and clean yourself as well as coordinate your event. I was aware of this when I booked the venue and I wanted to decorate everything myself anyway so it was no an issue for me and did not affect the rating. There are also separate charges for things that you might think come with the venue rental such as the "salon" space for hair and make-up, extra sleeping space, sparkler send off and a charge to have a vintage car drive you down the road in a send off and right back. However, the cost of this rental for a whole weekend was less than some venues in the area for just the night so it was worth it either way. Just some things to be aware of when looking for your venue. The venue coordinator, Meagan, is also great. Anytime I had a question or an issue she was always on top of it.

Cannot say enough GREAT things about Beneath The Oaks. It was every thing I wanted and more!! Meagan was so nice and helped us on everything along the way! I could not have asked for a better venue!! I would highly recommend them!

Beneath the Oaks is breathtaking! It is beautiful every where you turn. You can take hundreds of pictures with a different back ground in every single one. The staff at beneath the oaks was wonderful. Meagan was quick to answer any question I had, no matter how big or how silly! If I had to do it I over I would choose Beneath the Oaks every time. Thank you for letting me have my dream wedding at your venue!

This venue is absolutely GORGEOUS!!! It provides the best oasis of oak trees for your special day. All of my guests enjoyed their time outside soaking up the beautiful scenery. Megan was great to work with and made the whole experience so easy. I highly recommend doing the whole weekend package. It was so nice to be able to set up the reception on Friday evening, host our rehearsal and rehearsal dinner on Friday and be stress free Saturday for the big day!!

We could not have found a more perfect location to celebrate the wedding of our daughter. The guest are still talking about the beautiful venue . We had no surprises everything was perfect and what we expected.
