Paid in full for a dress but never received and have not been able to contact. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!

The owner of Benedict Bridal, Elizabeth, is an absolutely amazing business owner. If I could give her another star, I would! She cares incredibly about her clients and the customer service is extraordinary! I originally went to another bridal boutique in Sarasota. I thought I had found my dress but immediately walked out of that bridal boutique and was not happy with my experience. I felt unwanted, rushed and was not asked once if I wanted even a water.Thank goodness I made another dress appointment at Benedict Bridal. I walked in to Benedict and felt immediately welcomed by Elizabeth and her employee. They had drinks ready for us and we’re ready to find my dress and we sure did! I said yes to the dress! Then, a couple months later, the dress that I originally picked out kept getting delayed by the designers manufacturer (not Benedict’s fault at all). After 2 times of getting delayed, Elizabeth made the hard call to me. She went over the situation and advised thats she would recommend coming in to pick out a new dress. With everything I already had on my plate (planning a wedding and starting a new job), that was not what I wanted to hear. But, I made an appointment a couple days later. Again, I walked into Benedict feeling welcomed and they already had dresses out that were similar to mine. Immediately walking in my stress went away and I knew I’d find a dress. I again found my dress and said yes to the dress (which I actually love more than the original). When going to check out, Elizabeth made me cry with her offer. Even though this was not her fault, she still felt the need to not make me pay the difference of my new dress as well as offer me other items she had in the store. She is a small business owner and she did not need to do that but I surely will never forget it! For her to do that, says a lot about her as an owner. She cares about her customers and I highly recommend Benedict Bridal to everyone. It’s truly an experience at her shop!

I had almost given up all hope of finding the perfect wedding gown until I came across Benedict Bridal Co. Elizabeth was my consultant and she offered such a stress free, pleasant experience. She was so patient and so helpful. I “liked” all the dresses I picked out but then Elizabeth came back with one last dress, and I absolutely LOVED it! Benedict Bridal was such an amazing experience I wish I could do it all over again! Thanks for giving brides such an enjoyable experience in a high stress time Elizabeth🤍

Benedict Bridal made my wedding dress shopping experience so special. From the moment you walk into the boutique, you instantly feel welcomed and the focus is all on you. The boutique is gorgeous and is filled with so many beautiful dresses. She helped me find my perfect dress. Once I found my dress and said yes to the dress, she had champagne ready for me and my girls. She even had a boutique that you could hold to really get a feel for the dress. All in all, the experience at Benedict Bridal was unlike any other bridal shop I had gone to while shopping for my dress.
