My husband is very much an introvert, but when we stopped at their booth, he and the MC instantly connected. They were laughing, talking, and getting to know each other, and in that moment I knew this was going to be our DJ team for the wedding. The week of the wedding, we met with the DJ, the MC, and the owner to go over our timeline and all the final details. They were so thorough and detail oriented, which I really appreciated because those last-minute things can be stressful. They made the process easy and helped us feel prepared. On the wedding day, they completely brought our reception to life. The dance floor was never empty. Guests told us that every time they tried to take a break, another great song came on and they had to stay and dance. The music was the perfect mix of nostalgic songs, Afrobeats, Latin music, and crowd favorites. They even played traditional cultural songs that our elders loved and made sure everything was appropriate for the kids while still keeping the energy up. What really stood out to me was how thoughtful they were about the experience. They asked about our guest demographics and the type of people coming to our wedding so they could tailor the music perfectly. And they absolutely delivered. the year at our outdoor tented reception and both of them did not let it impact them at all! Our guests still had the best time regardless of the heat and we attribute a lot of that to John and Asa. They not only worked with professionalism but we also felt like they were celebrating with us which meant the most! y to work with. i had a bunch of random/super specific requests and he was so game for all of them and is a HUGE reason why our wedding day went so perfectly. we met asa on the wedding day and he was also really lovely to work with, made connections with me and my groom and our bridal party right off the bat and made sure everything went according to plan/timeline. he was even out on the dance floor with us and made sure that we as the bride and groom were having a good time as well as all the guests. john and asa are a power duo, i truly love them both and if for some reason we ever need a DJ and MC again, we will be going to them!!!

The week of the wedding, we had a helpful final consult to go over everything and discuss do's and don'ts. Then on the day of the wedding, they just absolutely killed it! Not only did they play all the right songs at the right time, John and Asa absolutely knew how to read and work the crowd, and Asa was even on the dance floor at various times, guiding the opening line dances or just belting it out with us on popular songs. Their energy and vibe were just fantastic and numerous guests told us afterwards that our DJs were amazing. We wanted to make sure our wedding was fun and full of dancing and John and Asa absolutely made sure that was the case. We could not be happier with them and Benefactor Events, as our wedding DJs! We would highly recommend them and if we ever need DJs again for another event, we would absolutely go back to them!
