She is so professional, personable, and full of amazing ideas. She really took the time to completely understand what I wanted and I knew I was in good hands with her. If she asks you to let her make judgement and design choices on your behalf close to the day, definitely let her! She has an incredible artistic vision and will make the choices that ensure everything looks the best it can on the day of. massive, but one of the few splurge items of my wedding. We put together my dream board (including pictures), as well as brainstormed what was within my budget to keep it realistic. Was super excited and increased the budget to $2800 to accommodate. Did the final consultation meeting, everything looked good on proposal. No worries right... Wrong. Wedding day: Im getting my hair and makeup complete, my coordinator walks in with a dreadful look on her face. She had just seen the tree installation (designers left without checking in) that was the entire backdrop of our wedding ceremony, ~$600 worth of product. It looked as if someone had completed 75% of the installation and then called it a day. It did not start where it was supposed to or end where is was supposed to, as if someone had copy and pasted it in the wrong position. Coordinator calls to get additional babies breath delivered, has to spend 45 minutes completing the tree installation standing on a chair; which she had other things to do other than complete Beneva team's work. Next my bridal bouquet: Inspiration photo showed a definite cascade shape and it was written in my proposal "cascading". I told Corona my disappointment with the lack of "cascade" of the bouquet, to which I was told I was not holding it right... My wedding coordinator and wedding party all agreed the shape was that of a normal ROUND bouquet not cascading to ANY degree. Felt pretty insulting to have such a response, especially since that was to be the centerpiece of some of the most important photos of my life and not have it delivered as planned/ envisioned Next my bridesmaids bouquets: Normal bouquets with quicksand roses. What was delivered was a bouquet with white flower and ONE quicksand rose in the very middle of the bouquet. I was never told there would be ONE novelty bloom in each bouquet. When addressed, the response " At $85, including the vase, ribbon, pins, labor, florals, and foliage, the recipe in your bridesmaids bouquets allowed for one quicksand rose which you did state was included." Had I been informed that only ONE bloom would be included I would had taken them out completely. Last: $600 worth of babies breath. I ordered 8 BALLS of babies breath to frame my aisle and give a whimsical theme as I walked to my forever. In the final consultation I also clarified with Corona, "Will these BALLs be at least a foot tall to reach the bottom of the chairs?" Reply " Yes, or ever taller". Day of, I walk out to 8 HALF SPHERES lining my aisle. I was so unpleased, I brought the tallest one home, it measured 10" tall. When addressed they acknowledged the BALL form was missed as well as the height. In response to all this, Beneva upper management and Corona offered a whopping $60 refund; after 1.5 weeks of waiting for a response. To say I am upset with the lack of design execution is appropriate. However the response I got to my attempt to let them make it right internally is more upsetting. In conclusion, if you would like to be promised your dream wedding flowers and then be completely let down, then this is your company. I would not recommend them to anyone.

rona was able to make a fairytale bloom to life with the arrangements she envisioned. They were better than anything I could have hoped for! The beautiful florals really made the night feel and look perfect. Things could not have looked more perfect! Thank you for giving me the fantasy garden wedding I've dreamed about!

lanning, I did get switched to 3 different planners with them, and the last planner, Jaime, neglected to make sure that my bouquet was meant to be cascading, and we had discussed it in the months prior. It did arrive looking exactly like all of the bridesmaid's bouquets, but the person who delivered it promptly returned to their storefront and fixed it for me before the ceremony and pictures!

It was identical to what I wanted. Obsessed was an understatement! I had to deal with a few different people throughout the process which got confusing but in the end everything turned out exactly how I wanted. I was planning a destination wedding and everyone was super helpful and timely. Amazing work!

Two weeks + later, and I still cannot get over how absolutely breathtaking everything was. started talking about my wedding when he realized I didn’t have anyone picked out for flowers yet. He gave me his card and told me to come into the shop with my ideas. I hadn’t put much effort into finding a flower company yet with everything else I had going on for the wedding, but I always heard nothing but positive things about Beneva flowers and felt comfortable with the company, and with David. I went in with my ideas and the prices Beneva gave me weren’t even comparable; they were EXTREMELY reasonable! We were given a quote and they told us to call or email them with any changes we needed to make. It turns out one of my bridesmaids dropped out of the wedding, I called right away thinking we would lose the money spent on her bouquet. They refunded us the money a week before the wedding. We made 2 or 3 changes throughout the whole process and each time without hesitation or grief, they would change the proposal and gave us a new one no questions asked. They were extremely accommodating to all of our needs. I dropped the vases off for the centerpieces a few days before the wedding a little nervous something would get lost as there were so many vases. Everything came right on time and looking absolutely gorgeous the day of the wedding. They worked with my cake designer and day of coordinator to make sure all the centerpieces and the flowers for the cake got to the right places without me having to worry about anything. EVERYTHING WAS BEAUTIFUL and looked better than I could have ever imagined. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Beneva flowers!!!!
