The experience that I have had with Bennion Jewelers has been no short of incredible. After purchasing my wife's engagement ring and getting married, the band developed a small crack where the ring had been sized. We quickly took it back in and they were more than willing to help us out by having it fixed. Unfortunately, this occurred a couple more times over the next two years. Every time we had to bring it in they were incredibly understanding and apologetic. They made an otherwise frustrating situation OK. They also went above and beyond and acted as our representative when the ring had to be sent back into the manufacturer. They pushed for it to be made in a stronger metal so that my wife could have the ring I had given her when I proposed. The manufacturer didnt even make this ring anymore but Bill and Cathy got it done. This meant so much to us. We recommend Bennion to everyone because they treat you as they would treat their own family. We will always use Bennion for all our future jewelry needs.

We really enjoyed working with, I believe her name was Jo. She even met us on a Sunday (my husband's only weekend day off) to show us wedding bands. They were accommodating, patient and helpful. My husband (fiancee at the time) of course picked the simplest, cheapest ring because it suited his taste. I, however, picked one that was exactly my taste but significantly more expensive. Jo didn't push us one way or the other-- just let us decide what we wanted.

We got our groom's ring from Bennion. We love the ring, but we had several issues with the service.

Bennion Jewelers saved my wedding ring. I wanted a setting from a different jeweler (Sierra West) without their stone and they weren't to happy to oblige. They damaged my setting while taking out their stone to the point of almost un-repair. We took the setting to Bill at Bennion Jewelers who ordered us an incredible stone for a reasonable price and had his master jeweler put my ring back together, good as new! I can't even tell that vengeance was taken out on it to begin with. Bill was very honest when buying the stone and steered us in just the right direction. I was SO happy with them I had no hesitation in purchasing my husbands wedding band there. Which later turned out to be to big and Bill had it replaced within the week. Couldn't have asked for a better experience!
